The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay with no outside noise. The room design was unique and thoughtfully arranged, with a spacious, spotless bathroom that added to the comfort. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. However, the breakfast experience fell short of expectations, the service was quite slow, which was disappointing.|Overall, it’s a pleasant place to stay, especially if you value calm surroundings and clean, well-designed rooms, but the breakfast service could use some improvement.

This is just pure magic, our experience was absolutely out this world. It was so pleasing that we felt like royalty. Staff members are extraordinary and their attention to detail is unmatched. Charming boutique style hotel with a really nice inside patio, very quiet, really big rooms and great design, both modern and warm. I particularly enjoyed eating in the patio. Personel very attentionate.

Best hotel in Caracas. Very clean, world class service, top amenities and gastronomy. Located in the best area of the city. You won’t find better. They give attention to details, make you feel at home and surprise you only for the positive. They have a beautiful roof top pool. A great restaurant, A boutique atmosphere and a very safe and clean environment.

Staff at this hotel are trained well, the service here is extraordinary. Bathroom is beautiful and spacious with nice products. The shower pressure was good. The details of giving venezuelan chocolate was thoughtful and it is delecious selection. I only wish I discovered this hotel earlier

Amazing 3 nights spent in Caracas. The room, the service , the food were all above expectations. A real 5 stars hotel in the middle of Caracas . Very surprised to find such a sophisticated place in this challenging but so charming country .
