Let me start by saying in store service was great. I purchased my items and charged out. The sales lady said the items would be heavy so she suggested curbside pickup. I called FOUR times and waited 35 MINUTES for curbside pickup. How is this possible when I was in the store just an hour ago with all of the items packaged and ready to go? Terrible service. Each time I called the person said they would check on it. They failed to apologize. Will not be purchasing anything from this store again.

Extremely Disappointed (Misleading Promises and Poor Service) I am extremely disappointed with both Crate & Barrel and CB2. On October 12, I made a large in-store purchase totaling around $21,000 charged to my American Express card. Before completing the purchase, I was assured by the sales staff that all items were in stock and that everything would arrive within 7 to 10 days. I made it very clear that I only wanted to proceed if delivery would be prompt. However, weeks later, several of my items—including the sofa—still have not arrived. No one informed me of any delays at the time of purchase. Had I known there would be issues, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Communication from the company has been inconsistent and unhelpful, and I have had to repeatedly follow up myself just to get vague updates and new delivery dates that keep changing. For the amount of money I spent, I expected professionalism, honesty, and reliable customer service. Instead, I feel completely misled and frustrated. This experience has made me lose trust in both CB2 and Crate & Barrel. I will not be shopping here again and would advise others to get delivery commitments in writing before spending a dime.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael Fernandez on furnishing my living room and bedroom, and the experience was exceptional. From the very beginning, Michael showcased incredible creativity and a keen eye for detail. He took the time to understand my functional needs, and created a design that perfectly fits my space. I have repeatedly received defective items with their orders, which has been an ongoing and frustrating issue. Despite multiple purchases, the quality has been inconsistent, and defects appear far too frequently to be acceptable. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and has significantly impacted my confidence in their products and quality control.

I had a wonderful experience with Celine Hua this past weekend. I am not an easy customer in that it's hard for me to visualize and make a decision. Celine jumped right in, took my measurements and very quickly entered my Living Room into the computer. Next, she put in the couch and showed us just how it would look in the space. Brilliant! Not only did she work very fast, she is such a sweet person, and there was no pressure at all about anything. She answered ALL of my questions, and there were a lot :) I am so appreciative of her time & talents, and I will be working with her in the future on all of my design decisions. Thank you, Celine! As an interior designer, I came into CB2 store after having major issues with their business line customer service. Celine immediately stepped in, troubleshot the situation, and straightened everything out on the spot. It’s such a relief to have someone you can talk to face-to-face rather than deal with the frustrations of a phone call. Not only did Celine resolve my order issues quickly, but she also offered great suggestions for furniture and accessories that made my design process more efficient. She’s responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend seeking out Celine when you visit CB2 — her service makes all the difference.

It said the worst customer service the worst employee people I called them. They hang up couple times and I went to the store. I wait more than 15 minutes to somebody help me. Nobody helped me to confirm the day for the Delivery I never gonna purchase again from this store with rude people

The worst customer service. I started a large order here after we moved. While my designer Michael was great, everyone else came short of competent. I returned a rug and had to call 20x to receive the full refund. They simply could not figure out how to calculate the refund correctly, and refunded me around $300 to $400 short of what I should have received. What really hurt me the most was that I had brought my toddler in to pick up a couple items. She simply held a soft pillow, and an employee came and snatched it out of her arms. Didn't even give me a chance to address it myself. I left in almost tears. I don't know why I didn't speak up then. I later brought it up to management and they didn't even apologize. Absolutely terrible.

Bought a simple marble side table, but CB2 turned it into a nightmare. They split the order into two separate pickups, forcing me to drive an hour twice. Then they told me my car wasn't big enough and made me come back again, all while they kept calling and texting to tell me if I don't pick it up the order will be cancel, even though a staff member had promised to hold it. When I finally returned with a bigger car, the pickup area had no signal, their WiFi wouldn't load, phones were useless, and online chat was offline. After waiting 20 minutes downstairs, I had to walk upstairs for help--only to be met with the rudest, most dismissive associate who gave excuses, refused to apologize, and even told me to "watch my tone" when I was being calm and polite. Other CB2 locations have been great, but this store is a disaster. Chaotic process, unreachable staff, and an attitude that makes you feel like you're the problem. Never coming back.

Just like others said, this store is sloppy with curbside pick up. I followed instructions and "checked in" when I arrived the at pickup location. After waiting for 15 minutes, I called the store to follow up. Ugh.

Had the worse customer service experience at this location with the manager Andy. I can't believe a store like this would have someone like him be the store manager. I had originally purchased a side table online and picked it up at the Costa Mesa location. I brought it home and the color was not a good fit. Two days later, brought it back to the store to exchange for a different color and Andy helped me process the exchange. Since it was just a color change, Andy helped me return the original table then applied the credit to help me place a new order. This exchange already left me feeling weird bc 1. Online website said store has the other color in stock, but when I mentioned it, Andy immediately said they don't have it without checking and only went back to check bc I said the website shows them carrying it. Then he checks and the store doesn't carry it, he helps me place an order only to input the wrong city for the shipping address. I had to really ask him to change it. You know those situations where the person doesn't wanna help you but u ask so he finally does it. Like who does that? If you enter the city in incorrectly for an order that needs to be shipped to the client home, wouldn't you want to help and make sure the customer gets the order? Then I went to west elm and bought a side table there (honestly the people at west elm were so nice, like I'm keeping the west elm one just bc they are nicer to me). So I call the same day to the the cb2 Costa Mesa to try to cancel the order. Andy tells me on the phone that he could only issue store credit for cancellation because the system doesn't allow him to do the refund and he can't see my original order's payment method, so I needed to call customer service to get help. Mind you, this is the same man that did my exchange and saw the original order and this all happened within the same day. So I'm like fine, I call customer service the next day, the customer service people were nice but they can't refund to my credit card since the new exchange order was done by the store so they called the store for me and asked Andy to call me back to help with my order the next day. So I'm here thinking- oh great, this should get resolved soon. And guess what?! Andy never called me back. So I call the store asking for Andy. left a message with someone there, waiting for him to call me back as instructed by customer service, and you guessed it. Of course- I get no response. I can't believe this is the type of customer service I get from a place like CB2. I will be taking my business elsewhere like where I get good customer service. I don't expect special treatment but I expect respectful treatment as a paying customer. So I will not be shopping here anymore. Why would I pay a lot of money to get such bad treatment. Cb2 is great, but it's not special. It's funny that this just happened to me when I was just about to recommend cb2 pieces to a close friend who's redecorating her house. Guess this will also be something for me to talk about when people mention CB2 to me in the future.

I LOVEEE CB2 and I especially love it because of Jose. He's helped me with most of the items I have. He's patient and sometimes I don't necessarily need his design suggestions but he just listens and he's so easy going. Recently I wanted to order a set of chairs and I called the store because I wanted to have them shipped to the store for me to pick up. The associate I spoke to said this wasn't possible and left it at that. I thought to myself Jose would always find a way to make it happen. So, naturally I emailed him and he promptly responded and made it happen. I don't know why I didn't think to write him first and save me the time of getting frustrated. Everything about CB2 is CHIC but Jose helps take it to another level. THANKS JOSE!!

This place is straight garbage - with a matching team of garbage associates. I walked in and made two full laps around the store without anyone greeting me or asking what I was looking for (which I was). There were 6 associates all standing around talking to each other. 2 even asked me to move out of their way! Stay away and order online.

Came in here on 1/10/25 just to browse. Have bought a few prices of furniture here and so far very happy with the quality. I spotted some shelving with some good looking rocks glasses. I asked an associate if I could take six of them and she went off to the back. While I waited, I asked over to the registers. Startled all of a sudden when I heard, "need something?!" I turned around and a middle aged pregnant woman was standing right behind me. Uncomfortably close and with a bit of scowl. I then noticed she was wearing a badge and was an employee. Very bizarre and rude interaction. No smile or introduction at all, just snuck up behind me. Luckily I didn't have to continue the interaction because the original associate came back with my glasses and happily rung me up. I left the store after my purchase but what a weird way to treat your customers. Rude enough for two she was.

Awful. Renee needs basic training on customer service and how to do her job. We were interested in purchasing 4 clear old fashioned glasses and instead of letting us purchase them off the shelf, she said she'd get new ones from the back. Fine. She took the glass we wanted and came back with 4 in a box. She rang us up, the receipt showed we bought the clear glasses bc she rang up the glass on her hand, but we get home only to find that she packed us the wrong glasses!! Did you not even check the glasses before throwing them in the bag?! I called the store and spoke to Renee directly and she told us there was nothing she could do. Her suggestion was to call customer service to "maybe" get a ship label and then once returned, I could call her back to place an order for the correct ones. Yeah right. You should have eaten the cost of your mistake and shipped out the brand new glasses. Avoid Renee when you're in the store.

Great store with beautiful furniture and accessories! Never too busy at this location and the service is friendly. Prices are a bit high but the quality is well worth the splurge. These are timeless pieces that will last three years to come. Worth checking out if you're looking to upgrade or furnish your home!

Love CB2 and have for years. I have numerous pieces from them for 2 bathrooms I remodeled & my Studio. Mirrors, light fixtures, hardware, decor, light bulbs (especially the gold tipped bulb), shelving & more! Recently, I popped in to get another replacement bulb and was told they were out of stock by a manager, kind of dismissive, not at all friendly. Started talking to another associate, I think her names Rachel/Raquel Boy she made this happen. Radioed the stock room got the guy to looking and sure enough they had them in stock! Hope she stays. Very friendly & helpful!! I hope the store stays too. It's wonderful to have a brick and mortar location that I can go in and visit and see things in person rather than ordering online which is what I was originally told to do about the bulbs, but I can do that with Amazon~ No Thanks, I'd rather be in person. Even w/ that manager. Still love the store!!

Watch out for a brunette hair lady. Walked inside today and she seemed to profile me and whenever she saw me she would give me a bad look and quickly walk away. When other customers walked in she greeted them and asked them if they needed help. Lady should not be working customer service if she clearly has issues with people that do not look like her

Had such a wonderful experience shopping at this CB2 location. Monika was extremely helpful with my purchase today! She readily answered all questions and was able to offer a very appropriate alternate suggestion for furnishing one of my balconies as an additional option to consider. Monika was fabulous with helping even after making my purchase. I'd initially planned on picking up tomorrow but was able to make arrangements for pick up the same day. Note that this was a rather large outdoor couch that would need to be wrapped then brought to the lower level pick up area. After calling to inquire regarding the possibility of an earlier pick-up, Monika was able to arrange for the couch to be ready within an hour. Also wanted to share that the overall in-store experience was great too. This location is spacious and fully stocked with decorative accessories shown online as it can be helpful to actually scope them out in person. The store and furniture layout also made it very comfortable to navigate the store despite a fair number of customers simultaneously shopping. Wish I obtained her name but there was another helpful associate, who I'm guessing may have been the manager? She made sure I was maximizing the discounts available and was so pleasant to interact with. The store is immaculately maintained and everyone was welcoming and readily accessible, without the uncomfortable hovering, throughout the entire shopping experience. I'm an avid online shopper as it's often more convenient, but this CB2 was worth the drive from L.A. as the in-store shopping experience was stellar!

I recently ordered the Titus Round blackened cast aluminum side table. It was damaged from the wrapping when I got it home from the store and after putting a cell phone on top of it the black finish came off the top of the table leaving white marks. I used my decorator and she returned it to the store, asking for a manager. The manager was very rude to her and said we would have to pay a fee to order a new one (restocking as we loved the table and did not save the box) and she would not give us a credit to return it! The store did not give the decorator her discount and charged her the full price which had been reduced from $399 to $319.20. Neither she nor I will ever purchase anything from this company again that does not stand by its products and has sells defective merchandise!! BE WARE!!!

We were looking for counter stools and Sabrina was very helpful, she showed us some beautiful barstools and gave us all the info we needed. This is a beautiful store, I love the furniture and prices are good 10/10 for the customer service

I really like the items this brand sells but this particular location is really sloppy with pick up orders. More than once they have either given me the wrong item or items were missing from my order. Of course you don't find out till you arrive home and their policy does nothing for the inconvenience. I'm stuck having to drive 1hr round trip because an employee didn't take the extra moment to double check what they're placing in the bag. They should have a person that double checks the inventory before pick up since the original person isn't thorough. It would help the customer tremendously in wasted time and ridiculous gas prices for being inconvenienced having to waste time driving back. I also think the managers need to be more accountable to help the customers with discounts or compensation for their mistakes because let's be honest these items aren't exactly the cheapest and it's the employees under those managers who are causing the issues.

I like and appreciate shopping with retailers who seem to valve my business. Every time we walk into this store, we're promptly greeted and acknowledged. Whether we're shopping or just browsing for new decorative items the staff has been warm, friendly and very helpful. They get and understand how to keep and retain one's business through outstanding customer service. This week we were in searching for new accessories for our Bathroom sinks. Everyone was busy with other customers, but Emily found a way to give us the help we needed. Pleasant, kind and caring made us feel very welcomed. She also directed us to a few items that made our shopping experience a complete success. Thank you CB2 and Emily for understanding how to treat and care for others while visiting your store. We'll be back soon!

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered the Harper dining room table in Oct 2022 as soon as we moved-in because I know the supply chain was a problem. They said it would arrive in 6 months later in March 2023. I even financed it and paid it off, (charging me $50 in interest each month!) I was so excited last week to get it. They told me when it arrived at the warehouse the marble was cracked, AND the metal legs were damaged. I saw on yelp what there were many customers unhappy and photos of their marble table arriving damaged. So I would try my luck on the next delivery the following week, this time the delivery made it to my house and when they opened the box it was damaged again!. The marble must be so thin that they can't seem to get it here. Talk about a cheap rip off of $2200.00!!!! I still have no table. (BTW: Several of these photos of the Harper damaged table from other customers have been deleted in the months I have waiting to receive this table. They didn't let me see the table, so no photos of their cracked table.

Just opened on December 8, 2017! Woo! When I first saw the store, I honestly thought "why would you need a Crate & Barrel little brother next to the two story original?! I absentmindedly picked up a pretty wire diamond ornament and glanced at the price and was surprised to find it was only THREE dollars! Well, I'll be damned for judging a book by its embossed vegan leather cover. I kicked up my heels and started looking around. If you take the time to comb through the store, you'll find a lot of very affordable housewares and fun items...and LOTS on sale! I ended up buying a bunch of random appetizer plates; I love the mismatched randomness! Each were under $5 each and one was under $3 after the 25% off sale offer. I also found these great matte gold jumbo clips which were advertised as photo holders but I think can be very versatile for hanging/holding items. The cashier uses them for hand towels. So whimsical and cute! Ok. I'm sold. I'll be back again! P.s. The complimentary hot cocoa bar is a nice touch. It was so velvety smooth that I had to ask what the mix was. Ends up it was made by Blackmarket Cafe! Kudos on supporting a local shop!

recently had the worse experience at CB2, since I started dealing with them, Victor the manager was so unprofessional and rude in his dealing with us, It was evident from the moment I approached him that he had no interest in providing a positive experience or even basic curtsy Victor not only was unhelpful, but he also seemed annoyed by my inquiries. He answered my questions with a condescending tone and an air of superiority, as if my presence was an inconvenience to him. His dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome and discouraged me from exploring the store further or making any purchase. It was bad to see someone in a customer-facing role display such a lack of professionalism or even a simple smile In a customer-facing business, the role of a manager should be to ensure that customers have a positive experience, but Victor failed miserably. I left the store feeling frustrated, disrespected, and with no intention of returning or recommending the store to others I strongly urge the store to reevaluate their customer service practices to ensure that future customers do not have to endure a similar disappointment, even though I will make sure to spread that review everywhere .

Zero stars. Trying to get money back for a purchase that hasn't shipped. It's been over 4 days. CB2 corporate says it's up to the store but the store says to call CB2 Corp cust sevice. It's going in circles and they still have my $2,000. A manager just says all the typical corporate stuff but won't give a date when the refund will be issued and does nothing except to read notes from the computer. At one point I was told it would be resolved in 24-48 hours but after 48 hours it's still not resolved and no sign of when I will get my money back. Two thumbs down.

Stay away from Victor. He said he was the manager. I call BS. I tried to return a duvet because it was falling apart. I was within 3 weeks. He told me I could not because it did not have the original tags on it. He began shouting at me and told me that this was on the receipt I was given. I looked at the receipt and it said no so thing. I have spent over $10k at CB2 and you just lost my business. I left feeling terrible.

5 stars are for Edwin! He was so helpful and welcoming from the moment we walked in. He up sold us twice! It's a shame his boss Rosemary treated Edwin along with about 3 other employees behind the counter like complete crap in front of customers. I hope she apologizes to all of the employees she mistreated today.

I am incredibly disappointed in my recent experiences with CB2/Crate and Barrel. While their furniture is beautiful, I cannot recommend that anyone purchase anything from this company. Here is why: I ordered a marble table from CB2 back in April of 2020. I ordered it knowing it was back ordered until May/June. No problem, I can wait for this awesome table. After 2 months of waiting, I was able to successfully schedule a delivery for the item. As a side note, they claim you can schedule a delivery time online, that is a lie. Something is wrong with their e-scheduler on their site, thus forcing you to call them in order to schedule a simple delivery. This normally wouldn't be a big deal, but for the fact that it takes at least an hour to get someone on the phone to do something that should take 2 minutes online. Fast forward to mid-June, my table is delivered on the date we set. As the delivery men are assembling the tabletop to its base, they unfortunately end up cracking the marble from edge to edge. Not a big deal, things happen. While the delivery guys are there, someone from CB2 calls me and assures me someone will be in contact with me shortly to set a delivery time to get me a replacement part. That phone call never came. I waited 2 weeks to hear from them. Nothing. So I called them, waited for another hour to speak to someone, and was surprised to find that the replacement tabletop was never ordered. NEVER ORDERED. To add insult to injury, the replacement part was back ordered and wouldn't be in stock until AUGUST. I was told that it was impossible for me to get the replacement part sooner than that. Now I'm waiting until August for a table that I ordered in April. Mind you, I was charged for the full purchase price of the table and had already purchased 8 chairs to match the table. CB2 had no problem taking my money and making me wait to get the order fulfilled. Nonetheless, I decided to wait it out. Fast forward to today. The earliest CB2 can schedule the delivery for the replacement tabletop (for an item that was in stock in August) is 9/4. I clear my work schedule and delay my vacation to be at home for this delivery between 10:30-12:30. The delivery never shows up. Once again, I have to pick up the phone and contact CB2. Apparently the replacement table top was cracked/broken and that's why it was not delivered. I did not receive a single notification from CB2 informing me of this. No call, no text, no email. NOTHING. Needless to say, I am not a happy camper. I've spent the better part of my Friday being passed around to different levels of customer service dealing with this fiasco. No one has been helpful and I've been met with continued, utter incompetence. My experience has been unacceptable on so many levels. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Jose is the best. He helped me during my purchasing. He went above and beyond and finally with a heartwarming smile. I think I start to like CB2 southcoast plaza again.

Kelsie knocked it out of the park! There was only one counter stool left on the west coast and I needed two for my kitchen. She worked on it, and found its match in New York, put it on hold, and made me a very happy camper! I would highly recommend her if you need extra service to find what you need!

The store isn't open. I drove here from West Hollywood to check out this location and it was closed. This was disappointing since on Cb2 website they said they were open and also the West Hollywood location was open

If you ever go to CB2 at South Coast Plaza ask for Victor, he was the most helpful, Courteous and has great customer service all with a genuine smile! CB2 Victor is a huge breath of fresh air in your establishment! Thank you Victor!!

I have been receiving CB2 catalogs for years and never been to an actual store yet!! I had so much fun obsessing over their beautiful furniture pieces! A young fashionable woman greeted me and assisted me throughout the store. Her name was Kelsie! She was so sweet and nice. I took my time and took lots of Instagram videos!!! I found the perfect size mug for soups and desserts! It's a large pale pink mug for $4.95. Kelsie brought me a new one from the back! How thoughtful!!! They have lots of gift ideas!!! I will be back soon :)

Really shitty service. They delivered a bed frame that with an open box and completely ripped fabric. They made us wait another week for "soonest delivery", and they delivered the SAME RIPPED BED FRAME. ZERO STARS! Don't ever order stuff from CB2.

I love everything about the store but the fabric items pill sooooooo badly. I have bought a few fabric furniture pieces and the quality is just not there. It's shocking since you're willing to fish out good money for quality items. My bed frame especially is pilling so badly since it's thick fabric ruffing. I've had it for 5ish years and it started pillling 18 months in. The same thing happened to my sisters bed which she purchased less than two years ago. You can buy anything here minus the fabric items and def stay away from fabric bed frames.

Great buying experience and customer service. We bought a few pieces of furniture from CB2 for a new place. After using it for a few months it feels the furniture is really good quality.

Purchased a wall mirror that had to be ordered. Estimated delivery is late August or early September. Store asked for full payment however receipt states "for out of stock items, we require a 50% deposit to reserve incoming inventory, when entire order is in stock ready for delivery, you will be automatically be charged the remaining balance due. When I brought this to the managers attention I was told this policy applies to furniture and not decor, which is not stated anywhere on receipt. Store/company does not honor their written policies so not sure what is policy and what is not. In closing, buyer beware of this store. Disappointing affiliation with Crate and Barrel.

I purchased a new condo and decided to visit CB2 to purchase a piece for my entry. The team was able to quickly add it to my existing Crate & Barrel order but later I noticed a discrepancy. Andrea helped me resolve my issue after delivery and was professional, patient and pleasant.

I am very torn on my feelings towards CB2. I understand that in the Covid world we are having issues with shipments and logistic issues, but I don't feel that is an excuse for how unprofessionally, and inefficiently this was handled. In October of 2020 I placed an order for a gold crimped wardrobe and a few Rouka dining room chairs. On the day of delivery they called to tell us the wardrobe was damaged during shipment and wasn't in the condition to be delivered to our home. We reset our delivery date almost a month later and when the wardrobe was delivered it was missing the handle hardware. When calling the warehouse and CB2 store they told us that they do not ship just the hardware and they only ship complete units... which, fine, it was inconvenient, but the doors themselves were screwed on crooked anyway so replacing made more sense, and no real choice in the matter. Flash forward a month and this handless, wonky wardrobe in still sitting in our kitchen, and after staring at it for the last 2 months I am noticing every imperfection, there is a scratch on the right door near the bottom, the doors don't line up, and the fact that it has been living rent free in our home and I fear that it has squatters rights. During this time we also ordered the gold crimped dresser, and when it was supposed to be delivered in late January (originally set for mid-Dec) they were aiming to have a replacement wardrobe arrive. On the day of delivery they only send the hardware, and when delivering the dresser there is a huge gash in the front of it and the gold crimp around the handles is cracked and broken. I guess this one snuck past their quality assurance team. They install the handles, tried to fix the crooked doors but made them worse, and inform us that we will need to set up a new delivery time for the dresser. I speak with the customer service team to try to get some answers for these issues. They tell me that we are back ordered on the wardrobe and it would take until March to get a new one, and the dresser is backordered as well and will be near the same time. Unsatisfied with that answer I call the CB2 store and speak with 2 different managers to assist me. They tell me that they will try to expedite the replacement and see if they can pull some strings. During this time I get exhausted with the idea of the wardrobe, I have built so much animosity for this pile of wood that I just want it gone. However thankfully they are able to schedule a delivery of the dresser by mid-February. They pick up the wardrobe and deliver the dresser. The dresser looks great, but for $1000 you would expect better hardware, and the drawers themselves are significantly smaller than the outside dimensions so it's a bit of a letdown. I am sure $10 more would buy soft closing drawers, but I guess if your warehouse team is playing football with your inventory you probably can't spend the extra money for the customers' sake. During this process the manager told me that we should let the dust settle and they will find a way to compensate me for the trouble and headache of this whole experience and they would make it right. To add more flavor to the story we also ordered a horseshoe table that is falling apart from the bottom and we were expecting a replacement by mid March (and here we are with no word-, and we also placed an order for a lotion dispenser that took almost 3 months to arrive when it wasn't listed as backordered at the time of purchase. After the dresser was replaced, and the wardrobe was returned, I spoke with the manager and she offered me a 15%-20% discount on my next order. If that doesn't scream middle finger for the trouble I don't know what does. Inconvenience aside, I guess this was a firm lesson in fool me once, shame on you, fool me 3 or 4 times, I really should have known better.

This location is really good. Fancier and bougierrrrr than the West Hollywood one. I went in to purchase a couple things and the sales associates were super helpful- they even gave me a lot of design tips and ideas. Only thing is I once called and I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up because I was over it. I called again maybe after 30 minutes and was again put on hold for forever. Then when the lady answered...she did not sound very professional. C'mon, y'all charge $70 for a fork... That didn't feel cute. But over all, come here. I recommend this location. Plus West Elm, Crate and Barrel, RH are all next to it.

Did an online return. I always ask for a hard copy of my receipt but for some reason I let my guard down this time. The sales associate said he would gladly take care of my return while I do more shopping. Short story...I was told my receipt will be sent via email. Never happened. Had to call the store multiple times to get a copy of the receipt I didn't expect so much hassle/incompetence from a company such as this.

Wow is an understatement for the team working at this location ESPECIALLY WITH ROSEMARY (operations manager) who is the most kindness, sweetest, pleasant, attentive employee I've ever come across at any retail store. She was so helpful and easy to work with. She went above and beyond in every way! I highly recommend her to everyone who walks into the store. Rosemary is such a joy!! Thank you for providing the utmost, most excellent level of customer care.

Update: I went in recently to look at some furniture that I had been eyeing online for quite sometime and had the pleasure of working with a salesperson named Eve who was kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. Will be going back soon to open a credit card with them and buy a bunch of things to furnish my place from her.

Denise and Claudia go above and beyond! I recently made several purchases and their help, patience with me was greatly appreciated. They took the time to help find everything I was looking for, from pillows, lamps, rugs, poufs, etc. Their customer service was some of the best I have ever experienced at any store!

I have never heard of CB2 and was just walking by and have been recently been redecorating my room and this place is it! I did not know it was part of crate and barrel and I have to give a shoutout to Greg who helped me and told me a lot about the history of CB2 and as well helped me out with a lot of home decor. I'm definitely going to frequent here for more items I came back 2 days in a row just because of how much I loved it! Thanks again Greg!

The salesperson at Crate and Barrel suggested I look at CB2 for a rug. The rugs at CB2 were hanging so it was difficult to see what they would look like flat. I mentioned that to the young woman who was helping me and asked if there were small samples. The answer was no. When I replied that I wasn't going to spend $1000.00 plus on a rug I couldn't see flat, she went to look for someone else. She returned to say they could take a rug down but I would have to wait 20 minutes or so as they were busy. I left. I never really got the impression anyone was interested in my business and I was a serious shopper.

Worst customer service EVER from @CB2 and @CrateandBarrel. We ordered a corner group and 1/2 arrived, another week later the other half with no legs ...no resolution over a week later and we're sitting on the floor. Think twice before you buy from them. . How do you schedule and delivery for only 1/2 of corner group and then deliver the following week no legs. Then...get an email that we can go buy standard furniture legs at Home Depot and put them on ourselves and they would credit us $338 !! Like Home Depot is going to have these mid-century modern chrome legs to match the other piece. That was the icing on the cake that gets these reviews and Twitter posts.

The best always on time , I trust Cb2 a lot even if the store is close I can order stuff online without even going to the store . Items are exactly like the pictures Quality is perfect And always on time thank you Cb2

My new favorite store! My brother had been telling me about this place for a while even before this location was built. It's much better, in my opinion, than Crate and Barrel. Everything is very modern and trendy but not in a stupid, douche-baggy, too precious way like you'd find at [insert hipster store]. They have a very nice selection of plates, coffee mugs, wine glasses and other food serving items that are good quality and reasonably priced. I feel like Crate and Barrel is a rip off. The staff was very kind too. I'll certainly be back!

I called CB2 to see if they had an item in stock at their store. Unfortunately, they didn't but Kira was able to help me complete a phone order instead. She also waived the shipping fee! Great customer service!

Today February 9, the table was scheduled for the 4 times to be delivered, to my surprise and disappointment they called and said that they have not received the table yet. Honestly don't know what to do, my dining room is a mess and nobody is responsive. Paid $1500 for the table in June 2021!
