I recently visited CB2 in Paramus and was impressed by the modern and unique selection of home furnishings. The store has a great variety of high-quality items, and the layout makes it easy to explore different styles. The staff were helpful and welcoming, making the shopping experience enjoyable. However, I do wish the prices were more affordable. A lot of the pieces, like sofas priced around $5,000, are beyond what many people can budget for. It would be great to see more options at different price points so that a wider audience could enjoy CB2’s stylish offerings.

The staff here come across as indifferent and snobbish, appearing busy at their computers while actually just scrolling through their phones and being unhelpful. Although CB2 has a lovely design, I think management should consider an undercover boss approach to improve the customer experience.

Unfortunately, the post-purchase service is absolutely disappointing. We placed a large order, and CB2 has failed to meet the delivery timelines promised at checkout. Each shipment costs $279, and instead of shipping items as they become available, they wait until all items are ready—resulting in us waiting over two months already. Alternatively, we’re expected to pay $279 for each item to be shipped separately, which is simply unreasonable. If you have other options, I highly recommend buying from a different company.

Lynne is the mvp here. I had to prep for an aroma display at a beauty convention, and she was super helpful in exploring all the different options the store had to offer based off of my needs and even gave me helpful tips for future shows. Our short interaction this day made for a lasting impression.

We had an amazing experience with Margaret G today who assisted with answering numerous questions and placing the order for in store pick up. The online check-in service for onsite pick-up is an absolute joke. It asked me to provide details like the car model, color, and where I parked. But 15 minutes after I submitted that info, no one attended to my order. I called customer service and was told that the store staff had been notified and would bring out my items soon. Another 15 minutes passed, and I finally lost my patience and used the intercom outside the curbside pickup door. The woman who answered nonchalantly claimed they had no idea I was waiting outside. This experience was terrible. YOUR TIME WON’T BE VALUED HERE. As a loyal CB2 customer, I will never use the online order and in-store pickup option at this location again.

Finally made it to cb2 on Monday. I spent about 30 minutes in the store taking pictures of items I was interested in. Several customers in the store mostly around register. A couple of employees on the floor, to my chagrin not one person asked if I needed help. Very disappointed! I decided in the future I will shop this store “online only”.

Customer service here is top-notch! As a trade member, I have no complaints--I love stopping by for inspiration and chatting with the employees. CB2 has that modern, moody aesthetic--a dream for anyone who loves sleek design. If you prefer something more vivid and bright, Crate & Barrel is your go-to. I wanted to share this because, after reading some of the other reviews, I had to laugh at how sensitive people can be. Cheers to CB2 Paramus--thank you for always delivering!

I really like Cb2!!! I normally go to Soho but decided to visit Paramus. I'm so glad I did. I just missed the line. Had the entire store to myself for a few minutes. Each employee I encountered was so nice and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help me locate merchandise that was not available in their location. I laughed, talked decorating, and shop. That's a 5 star experience.

This store felt dark and dreary - maybe because the only sunlight is from the front entrance and the store goes deep without any natural lighting. Also the dark floors and a lot of dark decor just added to the dreary feeling. A decent amount of the displays/lighting fixtures, etc were crooked giving a lower quality feeling to their furniture. Their selection definitely looks better in catalogs and in pictures but the quality just wasn't there for me when I saw it in person.

This is a great place to get some glam home items or pick up a few cool unique pieces. The space is a decent size store and showroom and has most things from the website in stock so you can see it in person, buy it from here or order the item to ship to be shipped. The staff is really friendly and helpful. One of the nicer CB2s I've visited.

I've long been a fan of CB2 -- there are many CB2 items in my house as we speak! -- but never had the chance to visit a store until now. I'm pretty excited that this one is in Paramus! It's just a few minutes down Rt. 17 N past the Container Store, West Elm, and Crate & Barrel. The outside is deceptively small, nestled between a few other design stores, but the store is big & welcoming on the inside. It seemed like there was a little bit of everything they carry: furniture, pillows & decor, tableware, and even hardware. I love the display setups they have too -- it's easy to envision everything in your home! I'm a little bit in love with their pillows and curtains -- they're so graphic and cool. The staff is super friendly & welcoming, and while I didn't buy anything on my first visit, I know it's only a matter of time before I add another one of their awesome items to my home.

This is my CB2 store, well it was... I love CB2 and have a lot of furniture and kitchen stuff. I went there to buy martini glasses and espresso cups and napkin holders for a dinner party at my place. The sales associate Sybil was the one at checkout. She kept talking and talking and talking. You know how those people who look like they are doing everything and not doing anything at all. That's who she is. I got my stuff and came home only to realize that she forgot to put my martini glasses in my bag. I called the store. I asked her name she answered and I told her who I was she said "oh I got your martini glasses here". She did not even bother to call or e-Mail me. I told her that this is so inconvenient for me since I am hosting the next day. She was not even apologetic at all. She got my phone number and address to send them with fedex but she said they won't make it on time and then she said " thank you very much". And She Hung Up The Phone on Me. Her name is Sybil. Unbelievable. I called again and she did not even want to come to the phone. Finally she picked it up from her associate and when I asked her if she hung up the phone on me she said "not at all, not at all".Sybil is so disrespectful and rude. As a customer I have never been treated like this. The assistant manager Lynn called me and apologized. I got a refund which I don't care. The manager Ray did not call me at all. Not going to that store ever again.

Love the brand but the customer service (at least with the reps I interacted with) was horrific. When I asked for help on one their couches, the reps treated me with such disdain (I guess because I politely interrupted their conversation about weekend plans???). I left the store laughing in disbelief. Hey CB2 Corporate, you need to do some quality control at this location!

Always love CB2, we just moved recently, so we decided to get a new couch from there. And we went to Soho NY one, there were no one want to talk to you,even say hello to customers. But this location we came here twice ,both time the sales ppl were super friendly and helpful, so we finally got our dream couch here, and the couch got delivered 2 days ago,the delivery company were on time and super professional and quick, 10 mins 2 guys were done for everything and left. Love CB2.

A decorator had placed an order for a painting for me and after placing it we learned it was out of stock. I called around to stores near me in Manhattan and they weren't helpful at all. Just told me they didn't have the item in store and that was it. Then I tried the Paramus location and Jes was fantastic. They didn't have it in their store either, but she found one in a warehouse and ordered it for me and I should have it any day. Thank you for your customer service.
