CC's Coffee House

It was everything other reviewers rave about.The place was homely with welcoming baristas.Ordered their special Moccachinos and loved them .Mine was with Chico chips and whipped cream and yummm.

Second time out of three I've been here and they have been out of something, today it was milk and hot cups... On one of the coldest days we've had of the year. And the hot latte I ordered wasn't even mildly hot. Not even Luke warm. It tastes like old coffee. Me and my mom poured them out as soon as we got out of the vehicle. I'll be out of my way for starbucks from now on. Id literally give negative stars if I could.

Delicious coffee. Cutie if you're going to clean the doors hit the coffee table and sweep the floor too. Every time I come in the floor needs keeping. Love that you have chicory, but this is out of New Orleans and you don't serve whole milk.

They hit the jackpot when they hired lolly. This was my first time here today, my daughter graduated from LSU and cc was her favorite place to go to for coffee. We live in Tyler and she had me go to Jacksonville to get her one of these Iced coffees today. I normally try her coffee because she always makes me… And I always think it's gross. This was absolutely delicious! Way to go super one for putting cc in your store. I hope some of the Tyler stores! Five stars for service, I even called back and asked her a question about the coffee. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to find great help. This girl is amazing! She totally takes pride and ownership in her job. And five stars for taste!

Great coffee shop. This is more like chain shops we get in Australia. I was hoping this might mean I got a coffee more like back home. But not really. I’m not sure I understand why you can’t get a decent proper cappuccino in the US. Coffee always seems to taste like flavoured water than a good coffee. And if I order a grande, I expect it to be near full, not like the tides gone out

Super friendly staff. Little to no wait time for drinks. Love their seasonal flavors. I always order the Espresso 22 and it's consistently perfect every time.

My first visit here was great. The staff offered great service and answered all my questions about the menu easily in a warm and friendly way. There were a variety of sitting areas to choose from. It's a great place to relax, study, or hang out with friends. I only wish they offered free wifi.

The scones were not the greatest tasting item. They were out of a lot of items that goes with the coffee items. The coffee was bitter tasting, tasted like it was watered down. Coffee had a lot of grinds in it as well. Ended up throwing the rest out. Definitely ain't going to recommend this place to no one. Bought a small coffee and a scone and ended up paying over 13$ for both.

They have great coffee. Staff friendly and they remember you and what you like. Their breakfast croissants are made fresh and are very tasty. One of my favorites for breakfast.

I've only purchased coffee here and it is amazing. I drove home with my coffee (they place a stopper in the lid), put away groceries, then enjoyed my HOT latte after 15-20 minutes from leaving CCs! I am NOT complaining. I have been to another coffee/donut place numerous times where I left the place with a lukewarm latte (numerous times). I asked the reason, since I ordered a hot drink. They responded, "Something is wrong with the machine." I thinking, "Does an employee need to report this up the command chain and correct this problem?"

I had never heard of Community Coffee (the coffee brand) before coming to Louisiana, but quite frankly, it's goody Enough that when I left Natchitoches (Knack a dish) there was no decent (e.g. not convenience store coffee) coffee open so I put this in my gps. I got off the freeway and discovered, to my dismay, that their lobby is closed because of Covid (that's why only four stars). I ordered cold brew with caramel and half and half and it came in a cup with a big hole in the lid. I asked for a real lid (without a big hole). They don't have any (this is another reason only four stars). I asked for a coffee cup and lid and was able to get one of those. Success! Coffee and back on the road.

Was for sure our favorite coffee in town though not sure we knew why. The service was always fast and we polite and the order was never incorrect. Louisiana coffee is always better coffee.

I love CC's in Baton Rouge, but this one is run so poorly I could have flown to pick, roast, and grind my own espresso beans in the time it took to make an iced drink and warm a croissant. Over 45 minutes wasted waiting. Shreveports location needs to step it up and hire more staff or consider shuttering the doors. I made a specific point to swing by here on my way to Texas since there aren't any locations in DFW but I'll never make this mistake again.
