This is my third time visiting, and it has been consistently amazing! Every dish I’ve tried is full of authentic Peruvian flavors and cooked to perfection. From the fresh ceviche to the lomo saltado, everything is delicious. The service is always exceptional! Friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite spots for Peruvian food in Pembroke Pines.

Google
Food is amazing!!! We ordered ceviche, choritos a la chalaca, and they also had a weekend special called linguini a lo macho. Everything was yummy 😋 The waitress was attentive, and she explained everything with details. i’ll definitely be back!

Google
Pembroke Pines just got a serious foodie gem. If you’re into bold, fresh flavors, this Peruvian restaurant needs to be on your list. The ceviche is hands-down the standout. super fresh fish, corvina is my fav, perfectly balanced with lime, and just the right kick of heat. It’s refreshing, flavorful, and honestly the kind of dish you’ll come back for. Whether you’re going on a date, grabbing food with friends, or just exploring new spots, this place hits the mark. Easily some of the best ceviche in Pembroke Pines The best around! Promise 🦐🔥😋

Google
Service is excellent and our waitress (sorry, didn’t get her name); was absolutely awesome and very pleasant. At all times she made sure we were pleased and that we were enjoying the food. Ambiance is very familiar. Great place to go with family, friends or even with clients. Food was very very good!

Google
Food was hit or miss. Great ceviche and appetizer but the chaufa tasted like plain fried rice and the paella I ordered was lacking salt. Service was good but we waited a while for food to come out even though we were one of the few patrons in the store. Prices were a bit too high for the flavors served. Not bad but nothing crazy

Google
we ordered take out. the food was really good, but I ordered a medium-well churrasco and it came out red as hell. it was cooked barely even medium-rare

Yelp
An all around great place. Good food, not expensive, good environment, not loud, the waitresses are all nice and provide great service. This is my go-to spot when I don't feel like cooking.

Yelp
Visited this restaurant for the first time this month with a relative who raves about this place. I received friendly service from the staff! I ordered their 'Lomo Saltado' dish which is one of my favorite Peruvian dishes with a Kola Inglesa drink. The drink and dish were absolutely delicious! I loved this 'aji' sauce they asked if I wanted on the side. (If you're not into spicy sauces or can't tolerate spicy foods, I wouldn't suggest you trying it because it's has a medium-high spicy rating to it). I didn't completely finish my dish because it was a big portion so I had both the 'aji' sauce and the rest of my entrée to go. I really enjoyed the food here! I hope to come back soon!

Yelp
This unassuming place has great food, the portions are very generous. If you want authentic Peruvian then check out this place.

Yelp
The Best Lomo Saltado I've ever had, and trust when I tell you I''ve had a lot! The Fried Calamari & Cebiche as an appetizer was actually an entire meal in itself. The combination of the citrus sour and Savory was pure bliss. If you have read this far, you know what you have to do... Go have the best Peruvian food this side of Peru!

Yelp
Very good Peruvian food! .. and this is coming from a large Peruvian family visiting from California. We were a table of 13 people, customer service was excellent, the waitress was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our family is very nice but also loud and fussy when is about Peruvian food, but the food here was GREAT! All the dishes very tasty, big portions and at a good price! Overall excellent quality, taste and ambiance. We are definitely coming back (whenever we are in FL) - strongly recommended! Our drinks order: Maracuya drink (passion fruit) - very good! My daughter is very picky on drinks and she loved it! We had 2 glasses each! Chica morada - it was very good! We order few glasses then we ended up ordering a pitcher! (lol) Pilsen & Cristal - Peruvian beers Our food order: Tiradito Tricolor - Corvina (excellent! - big size for 2 or 3 people) Saltado fish - Swai Chufa fish Pesto Steak - for my daughter - she loved it! Big portions- she had it for lunch and dinner (lol) Tacu Tacu Seafood a lo macho with Fish Corvina (amazing! Delicious! - big portion!) Cebiche Mixto , Cebiche Corvina Leche de tigre Swai Cheers!

Yelp
Nice food , service and but of course ambiance is quite the charm place to visit after a long day or work weekend.

Yelp
I'm new to the Peruvian Cuisine but a staple dish for the culture is Lomo Saltado and let's say I'm a fan. The tenderness of the beef and flavors from the tomato's and onions is top tier. Thumbs up from me. Overall, 5 G's.

Yelp
My family and I LOVE this place! This is the spot I always go to with my parents when I visit home (FL). The taste of the food is amazing! They do not disappoint. The prices have definitely gone up though. Flavor is satisfying. Service here is always good. A lot of the waiters and waitresses are also Peruvian, so we feel right at home. The owner is also kind and great to talk to. The Ambiance is beautiful! I've seen this place go through its changes in decoration, and by far, this current one is my favorite!

Yelp
I've passed by Cebiche Bar many times, but this was my first time dining here. Now I wish I had gone in sooner!! The food was delicious and the service was quick. It was packed (Sunday afternoon), but it was still cosy and our server was friendly and attentive. My friends and I shared a few dishes and still had some leftovers since the portions are very generous. Everything was delicious. Im looking forward to dining here again to try some more of their menu items.

Yelp
I will start this review off by saying the sign of this place really caught my eye. I had just left the gym next store and all of a sudden was craving ceviche. I was greeted by the hostess and seated immediately in a booth/table. The place seems clean and the vibe is very casual. Decor is very nice as well and created a cool trendy look with some "instagram-able" pieces. Our server did take a while to get to the table but she was great and really explained the different "Cebiche" dishes and how I should order the fish. Everything was so good my friend said they should cater my wedding . But seriously the food was so good and I didn't feel sluggish or bloated afterwards. Everything was so fresh and flavorful ! Both meals wear definitely shareable for the size! Didn't get to try dessert here but I do have my eye on the passion fruit mousse. Next time I'll have to order ! They also honored my 10% off from Yelp which was nice . Will be returning.

Yelp
We have been here multiple times and the food is delicious and their portions are amazing. We have had their jalea which is a breaded seafood platter and comes with lime and onion salad on top. They are crunchy and delicious. My husband ordered their ceviche which is fish cooked in lime juice and he loves them. The chicken fried rice or chaufa as we call them are Peruvian Chinese fusion dish and always comes plenty to share. The location has upgraded their interior and their serving dishes. They look great! The service is friendly and pretty quick as well.

Yelp
Excellent food!!!!! Large portions, the restaurant is small but worth the wait. Staff is friendly and attentive, Hispanic music is always playing on the background.

Yelp
Primera vez visitando el lugar y me encantó. Pedimos un plato "combo" que incluye el arroz con mariscos y cebiche y la verdad estuvo delicioso. El camarero fue muy atento y conversador. Definitivamente volveré a probar otros platos.

Yelp
My go to peruvian place. Whether it is dine-in or take-out, they always bring their A-game & i'm never disappointed! Everything on the menu is a must-try so you will not be missing out on whatever you get.

Yelp
Excellent food, service can't be better the place is really confortable Excelente la comida y muy buenas porciones, calidad incuestionable y no pude recibir mejor servicio de Dayana

John C.

Yelp
Although I have consistently ordered the same thing I have always been pleased. The ceviche is excellent and the service is right on par. I usually only take out but the restaurant appears to be clean and well kept, and usually busy with clientele. Another restaurant I will be returning to.

Yelp
Great food and huge portions! Went here for lunch and got the Fish Chaufa and it was definitely enough for 2 meals for me! The lunch special comes with soup or salad too. The wait staff is super friendly and quick to check on you.

Yelp
We have noticed that the portions are getting smaller and smaller. This is our favorite ceviche spot but we just ordered take out and are shocked to see the portion amounts. We placed an order for 2 sautéed beef and the pictures below will show how much we received. We don't mind paying more for good food however this is a little much Cebiche Bar.

Yelp
I came in for a lunch date with my daughter for our first time. We where both pleasantly surprised. The food appeared too well as if photo shopped. Lol. Yet, the taste was on point. I must say that our entree course was actually better than our appetizers. However, we enjoyed our selections. Ultimately, the service was fabulous and the food came out relatively fast. Thank goodness because we where both hungry. Enjoy!

Maria S.

Yelp
To be honest I always come to eat and then I order to go and it's literally half the portion for the same price won't be coming here anymore :/ and I felt like the quality was not the same maybe is the to go orders

Yelp
I had the privilege of being invited for a tasting event here. Cebiche Bar is located in an unassuming shopping plaza in the heart of Pembroke Pines. It was a Wednesday night so the place was a little slow but that's OK. We were here for the food anyway. We walked in and asked for the manager but he wasn't there. So the server called him to clarify what was going on. It seemed that there was a lot of back and forth so I assume the server had no idea about the invitation. Nevertheless, we proceeded to order a round of beer and appetizers to start. We got the Cebiche De Pescado and Causa. Both were fresh but the Causa was outstanding. The ceviche was OK. It's similar to other ceviches I've had before. As for the main courses, we got the Churrasco Steak with Pesto and Whole Fried Snapper with Fried Yuca. Again, both were really good. The steak was perfectly cooked and the pasta was al dente. The fish was also meaty and loved the crunchy skin. Despite the awkward start, the quality of the food was superb. I just think the service was a little off because it wasn't until we got the main courses the server informed us that they weren't part of the experience. So we were basically invited only for a couple of beers and 2 appetizers. Again we didn't mind paying for meals (that are good) and the extra beers, but just make the guest feel welcome and be clear of what's included in the future.

Yelp
Yum! Best restaurant in Pembroke Pines. Food staff and management are all great. The good is consistently good no matter what you order. I highly recommend for families and friends. I've had the tallarines verde with skirt steak, leche de Tigre, papas a la huancaina. All delicious!

Yelp
My son wanted some ceviche one night. So I went to the ol' trusty Yelp to find a place near us as I know plenty in Miami. This place popped up and after reading the reviews and reviewing the pictures, I was sold. I called in to place my order and was very thankful that they honored my Yelp discount over the phone versus having to come in and order. I really. like to just pick up and go nowadays. I ordered two swat ceviches and an order of tostones. The ceviche was great. I did not hear a peep from my son. Even though I asked for medium spice, there was no spice at all in either of ours. Either it was forgotten but they have very different heat levels from other places. The tostones were fried well as well but they lacked any salt on them or at least a sauce to eat them with if you're not going to put salt on them. Overall the food was good and I'd definitely go back for ceviche.
google avatar

Byron G.

Yelp
The location is very nice and the food is good, however, the service can use some work. The waitress had an attitude the whole time and seemed to be particularly upset when we asked for the lunch menu. The food was good. The ceviche tasted fresh and the lomo had good flavoring.

Yelp
Was in the mood for some good food on a Sunday afternoon. Found this place and decided to give it a try since I love Peruvian food. This place was spacious and you have the option to eat outside as well. They were quick to seat us and take our order. We ordered the Tostones Cebiche's Style with corvina for appetizer which was delicious. They couldn't have made it any better in my opinion. It brings 3 tostones topped with a load of ceviche and they even bring you extra sauce on the side, if you prefer it. For entrees, we ordered the Wanka Linguini with Grilled Steak and the Lomo Saltado. Both dishes came in large portions and were pretty good. The steak was juicy and tender, the rice was fluffy, fries were crispy and the pasta was creamy. I slightly preferred the lomo saltado though. Everything also came out fairly quickly and the waitress was very attentive and brought us extra sauces on the side. I would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area and in the mood for good Peruvian food.

Yelp
I haven't tried all of their menu but the ceviche is so so good. My favorite part about it is that they're not greedy with the amount of fish they give. The service was pretty good they're super nice. Nice environment, you have to try it- especially if you love ceviche. Oh and the papas a la huancaina were also really good.

Yelp
The last time I had driven 10 hrs to get here. Now, I've driven 4 hrs and 5 years. Yea, been gone for that long and I came here before anywhere else. The food is still as I remembered. I ordered The Chaufa de Pollo. There were 2 of us and that was definitely enough for two. Good taste and plenty of food. I missed this place and Im so happy to be back and will definitely be back really soon.

LindaEsther M.

Yelp
Fried red snapper to be honest I just come to this small place to eat this and so far it hasn't disappointed me ... highly recommended 5 for this whole fried fish, salad and wine!

Yelp
Came here after a beer festival because it was a block away. We wanted to sit at the bar area but they said it was busy. There was only one employee sitting there and during our whole time there. No one say to eat there. When we arrived there was only one table that was occupied. The service was good, food was good, the plates were good too. However, for left overs, they were not ideal to place in the Togo containers. They offered a Yelp 10% cash back so that was a plus. Maybe it was the seating at the bar, but why lie, just say that section is closed. That is the reason for the 4 stars not the food or service.
google avatar

Cheyenne R.

Yelp
The food was absolutely delicious! I loved all of my meals and the service was great as well. The calamari had awesome flavor and very fulfilling. The tostones were out of this world! It was loaded with shrimp and had an authentic punch to it! The restaurant also offers wines and beers which is great for a Friday night. I will definitely be visiting again.
google avatar

Ayesha R.

Yelp
This is my second time at this establishment. Very quaint nice little spot in Pembroke Pines. The causa is my favorite a must try. My other favorite is the fried rice which is called chaufa a must try. The tostones was an hit as well. Everything was fresh and food nothing bad which is always good when you have to eat. They did seat you away from people so they are doing their part with covid and everyone were wearing masks. All in all I would say give it a try.
google avatar

Melissa R.

Yelp
My family was in the area and decided to try this Peruvian restaurant. It was such a pleasant surprise. The food here is excellent. The Shrimp Causa was my favorite. It tasted like potato salad with avocado and shrimp on top. It was drizzled with a mayonnaise based dressed. So delicious. We also ordered the tostones with shrimp. The shrimp was like a shrimp salad. It was also a delight. Next we had the vegetable chaufa which was a fried rice and was very fresh and flavorful. The fried calamari came in a huge platter with a dipping sauce. The food was enough to feed two people maybe three. The prices were reasonable and the staff was very friendly. All in all it was a great experience. If you are in the Pembroke Pines area, this place is a must have.

Yelp
We came here starving after a day at the FIU V UM game and I must start by saying that Cebiche Bar is a super cute place located right in the heart of Pembroke Pines. This was a last minute spot after a long day of drinking so unfortunately I can not comment on what they are known for, Ceviche. We had a long day of tailgating and drinking and needed to soak up some alcohol with solid comfort food AND PLENTY OF WATER! To start we tried the Causa with Tuna. The plate presentation on this dish is super sexy! Adding the tuna gave this dish gave a rather unique taste. Causa is made with potatoes so there is a creamy texture with a sauce that tasted like it had a mustard base (Huancaina sauce). The dish was served cold (disappointing). It was not bad, nor good. Just different. We called it fancy tuna salad and potatoes with avocado (more creaminess)! To be honest, this dish was a little on the pricey side for cold canned tuna and potatoes in sauce. I may be open to trying another protein base to see whether I would like it better. But at this point, the dish was uneventful and overpriced. My entree order was Tallarin de pescado (fish and spaghetti in a savory sauce). The white fish was chopped up and lightly fried with a nice light seasoning that gave the dish a nice crispy texture amidst the soft pasta and stewed tomatoes. There was nothing extra fancy about this entree. It was basically a traditional Peruvian style dish. Very enjoyable. Overall, the ambiance is nice and the location is easy to get to. Traditional Peruvian dishes with a few sexy plate presentations. I look forward to returning and trying the ceviche, they all looked so good!

Food and service were excellent- highly recommend! We did a quick search for ceviche nearby and this was a top suggestion. So glad we went ceviche, tostones, arroz chaufa and steak with pesto pasta all so so good! Our server was also very attentive.... Can't wait to go back

Yelp
I love this quiet, sweet spot in my town. It's always very clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and I haven't had a meal I don't like from Cebiche bar. My family and I had their shrimp fried rice, grilled octopus, ceviche and the churrasco. Everything was delicious

Yelp
If you're looking for good food with no wait time on a Saturday night, this is your spot! The food is very delicious. It came out fairly quickly. The waiter was also very fast and attended all of his tables in a timely manner. He explained what some of the food menu items are. I had a great experience.

Judy L.

Yelp
After attempting to eat at Submarine Crab and finding a 2 hour wait ahead of us, my party of 3 found this place in a quick search of seafood in the area. There was no wait and we were seated quickly. The menu has plenty of options and a TV in the dining room has photos of many of the dishes. Drinks include limited liquor and mixed drinks, beer, wine, and sodas. We ended up getting 2 appetizers, a shareable cebiche for 2, and a fried rice. The appetizers were crab tostones and a mix causa of crab, tuna and shrimp. Tastewise, everything was delicious. The portions were large for appetizers and more than enough to share between the 3 of us. The tuna causa actually looked like it was canned tuna as is had that brown color to it. Definitely not a raw tuna. For dinner, we had the mixed seafood fried rice and a shareable cebiche (as they call it), the 3 types of cebiche. It came with portions of regular, medium and spicy fish. The chunks were large and the fish was perfect. The spicy was my favorite. Though they were all good and the citrus seasoned well. The Peruvian fried rice was nothing special. It came with a mixed seafood of squid, shrimp and mussels. The flavor was a little bland and the seafood was sparse. The portion was huge though and complimented the cebiche. Overall, this was a great place to stop in at and I highly recommend it!

Yelp
Tried the yucca a la huancaina and the fish ceviche and for dessert the maracuya mousse. I was expecting the yucca to be prepared just like the potatoes but the huancaina sauce was on the side and the yucca fried. It was good but not what I was expecting. As much as I want to give this place 5 stars they just can't seem to get it right with the service. It took the server sometime after we were seated to offer us water and take our order. There were just two other tables of two. I almost got up and left. And as usual they did not apply my offer from Yelp. Otherwise the food is fantastic.

Yelp
I went here with a friend for dinner tonight .. the food was delicious. It was my first time ever at a Peruvian restaurant. The service was out of this world too - Ori is awesome! I will become a regular as the churrasco is out of this world.

Yelp
We ate lunch in this restaurant on Saturday and I would not recommend this place. I ordered jalea mixta which I always order in peruvian restaurant. It costs 26$ and it was very overpriced for what I received. The portion was small and jalea was not good. My husband ordered special of the day, ajide galina and he was not impressed with this dish. We were very disappointed with what we received to eat after reading all the reviews. I would not recommend this place.
