The food had good flavor but the "seco de carne" beans were salted, the chaufa rice was salted or over seasoned, pisco sour well and the waiter attended Monday afternoon very friendly and attentive.the smoke from the kitchen came out to the area of Tables I think they could improve the food but the service did soften our experience..Easter Sunday when we reviewed the website said it was open and we are driving from Colorado Springs to find the place closed. We commented this situation to the waiter and after apologizing kindly informed us that on most of the holidays theyre closed. Our recommendation is that call by phone in these cases first, and that whoever manages the website keeps it updated.

This was my very first time visiting Cebiche Highlands and I ordered the Ceviche Mixto; it was refreshingly good. I wish the portions were bigger but just because I love this dish. The classic margarita was also refreshing for a hot day. The plantains... so yummy that I did not even have time to take a picture... they were gone! And the service... friendly, fast, and fantastic! I would come back. 😊

This was my first time trying this restaurant. I had the camaron cuzco. I wish that there were more shrimp in the dish... because I wanted to eat more. The salsa criolla was delicious and just the right amount of spice. The margaritas were served in large wine glasses and very tasty for a hot summer afternoon. The dried plantains were perfect. We even had the chincha morada for the first time ever and it was interesting and refreshing at the same time. This restaurant has a charming and sizeable patio that made a nice setting for a sunny afternoon. I would come back here, and recommend it.

The pisco drinks and the chicharron de pesco were the most amazing things I've ever had. Pricey but delicious.

Love this place! My husband and I had dinner here last night, and so enjoyed everything. Low key atmosphere, great food, and great service. The sample platter was excellent, and more than enough for the two of us. Our server went over the top to answer any questions we had, which we appreciated since we were new to eating Peruvian food. We'll definitely be back!
