"The midday crowd at this sceney Italian spot on Melrose is evenly split between agents hashing out deals and people with lots of money but no job to speak of, so there’s plenty of built-in entertainment. Obviously, there are plenty of salads, but if you feel like being the only person here actually eating carbs, throw down on the lobster spaghetti. The person who asked you to meet them here is paying anyway." - brant cox
"Smack dab in the middle of West Hollywood, Cecconi’s is consistently filled with agents, fake agents, and people with plenty of money but highly vague occupations. So yeah - it’s a scene. Having said that, mornings are generally more low-key. For healthier options, Cecconi’s has a full salad section, but if you want something more substantial, go for the steak and eggs or even a pizza." - brant cox, sylvio martins
"You can dine at Cecconi’s West Hollywood on Thanksgiving and indulge in all of the sceney Italian spot’s luxuries: spaghetti with lobster, porterhouse steaks, and the option to add shaved white truffle to whatever dish your budget allows. There’s also a Thanksgiving special for $75 that includes turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and mashed potatoes (with truffle). Price: A la carte, $75 Thanksgiving menu" - sylvio martins
"This won’t be your casual sweatpants kind of Sunday morning, but Cecconi’s will reward your choice to wear real pants with a very good brunch. The high-end Italian restaurant on Melrose serves dishes like black truffle pizza, ricotta hotcakes, and spaghetti with lobster to a crowd littered with entertainment power brokers, random celebrities, and out-of-towners who want to watch them eat. They’ve expanded their patio to include the entirety of the front valet area." - brant cox
"Cecconi’s is the power lunch capital of LA, so you’ll find plenty of people trying to get their commercial reps to sign them for theatrical, plus people that don’t appear to have a job but are somehow wearing $6000 suits. Despite the fact that everyone is here to be seen, the food is actually decent - get the lobster spaghetti." - brett keating
