"The midday crowd at this sceney Italian spot on Melrose is evenly split between agents hashing out deals and people with lots of money but no job to speak of, so there’s plenty of built-in entertainment. Obviously, there are plenty of salads, but if you feel like being the only person here actually eating carbs, throw down on the lobster spaghetti. "Smack dab in the middle of West Hollywood, Cecconi’s is consistently filled with agents, fake agents, and people with plenty of money but highly vague occupations. So yeah - it’s a scene. Having said that, mornings are generally more low-key. "Cecconi’s is the power lunch capital of LA, so you’ll find plenty of people trying to get their commercial reps to sign them for theatrical, plus people that don’t appear to have a job but are somehow wearing $6000 suits.
