First time in with hubby and son. Welcomed as soon as we entered the door. Food was delicious. My chimichanga and taco were crispy. Hubby's tacos too. All with fresh crisp lettuce

I literally drive from fresno to Cecilias twice a week for their breakfast burritos they are top tier and their homemade flour tortillas remind me of my Abuelitas been coming faithfully for the last few months after I discovered this spot HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is undoubtedly the best last great Mexican food restaurant in Kerman. As a native, I can attest to its authenticity, from the food to the tortillas. The establishment is well-maintained despite being in an older building, and the staff are outstanding. Service is consistently prompt and efficient.

My mom bought a chile verde burrito and brought her left overs home. it was really good but I got a piece of a metal scour scrubber! It poked my gums and tongue before I was able to spit it out. Me and my son were eating I’m so glad he didn’t get that bite

Who ever was the Genius that Prepared this Masterpiece forgot the “Chili Verde” the most important part of my purchase And over cooked the potatoes. This person is obviously very sloppy/Lousy in the kitchen when it comes to closing time. And For the price $11.88 I well not return. thank you very much. -Repeated Customer- 2024.

Two orders at our table were wrong, chicken, shredded beef, and shrimp were dry and overcooked...enchilada sauce was basically out of a can and barely existent, rice and beans lacked flavor. Eat here at you own risk. This is the last time I come here.

Great food, the menu is now posted on the wall, so it’s less contact inside. I had the enchiladas and they were great, warm and affordable.

Love getting the carne asada burrito from here! The salsa is also so good I always get two! Service is fast and friendly, I always call ahead to place a pick up order for convenience.

Great "hole in the wall" authentic Mexican food reminds me of growing up in the rio grande valley TexMex food was delicious the flour tortillas on point service was excellent very attentive I will definitely make the drive from Fresno to eat there again

I'm giving this place 3 stars simply because it took over 30 minutes to get our food once we ordered. The food itself was awesome. They served us chips when we sat down, which helped the wait. The burrito had hand made tortillas and everyone else's plates were great too. The place is small and gives a home town vibe spot. If you want some fire Mexican food, this is a great spot out in Kerman California.

The portions are huge! The prices are very affordable. I had the chorizo breakfast burrito and it was as big as my forearm. The flavors and the salsa were on point.

The waitress was fabulous, very very kind and attentive. We went in specifically for menudo and pozole, which they did have. It was different than what we're used to. The pozole was made with beef and instead of cabbage as a garnish they gave lettuce. Would not order it again, but we will try the breakfast burritos next time.

The breakfast burrito is to die for im not a fan of spice but the salsa really makes that burrito highly recommend with bacon!

I went to Cecilia's restaurant today after church. 4/5 stars bc they didn't have the chile en aceite that is a must in my book for serving Mexican food. They do have tortillas hechas a mano which is a definite plus. My daughter got chilaquiles smothered in what looked like mozzarella cheese she honestly asked if it was spaghetti servers were polite and bilingual. Ambiance was warm and inviting. Definitely family friendly.

I had their sausage breakfast burrito it was enormous very delicious but could have had more eggs and less refried beans over all still very good definitely would return here again the service was very polite great value for your money

I've only tried the breakfast burritos at Cecilia's, but that alone keeps me coming back. The burritos are huge and super satisfying. What really stands out is the homemade flour tortilla--soft, fresh, and adds that perfect touch. I've had the chorizo and egg one, and it was definitely on the greasier side. My go to is simply eggs, beans and potatoes.My only wish is that the hot sauce had a bit more of a kick. The staff is kind and attentive, which makes the experience even better. If you're looking for a solid breakfast burrito, this is definitely my go-to spot.

Pleasantly surprised with this hidden gem after a long afternoon in the sun. My order: taco + enchilada plate (carne asada for both) Food Result: Meat was seasoned well and both the taco and enchilada were stuff with it! Slightly on the saltier side, but overall very satisfied with my order. Service: Waitress was attentive and brought extra chips when we ran out. Overall: If I ever come out to Kerman again (for some unknown reason) I would definitely stop by Cecilia's!

Service is good. They're always busy so expect a little longer than normal wait. Food is average. The super burrito is VERY huge and could feed someone for two meals. I felt they over stuffed it with refried beans and skimped on the meat.

Fantastic restaurant in Kerman! The chile verde plate is delicious! So is their huevos rancheros!

Best local restaurant in town. Coworkers and myself always stop by when we are in town for a large burrito or plate. Great service and food.

Came on recommendations from several local friends and this place didn't disappoint! First of all, HOMEMADE TORTILLAS!!! Ummmmmm, yes! Sign me up please! ‍ The chips are made from their homemade tortillas and they were delicious! Partnered with their salsa made in-house, and I could have made a meal out of that. We came here for breakfast and ordered a plate and a burrito. When the burrito came out, I knew I was in trouble. It was huge! (And that wasn't even the "big" burrito). Everything was juicy and not oily, especially given that chorizo can be pretty oily. The potato's are pan fried before going into your burrito and the added beans and cheese made for a monstrous meal! We preferred the corn tortillas to the flour because they had a lot more flavor

This was an unexpected treat! I'm pretty sure the locals know about this place, as we went in well before lunch and it was crowded. But we got a booth non the less. The service was quick, the food was great, and chips are home made! There really isn't anything bad about this place. I got my usual chili rellano and shredded beef taco combo. Beans and rice were great, chili was full of cheeese and breaded to perfection. The hard taco came on a hand made shell. This place is a little more Americanized than some, but it still has that traditional Mexican flavor you can taste. I'll give it a 5 star when I come back, and see if it is still as bomb as the first time. I'll be back!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. I can't say enough, this is one of my hometown favorites. Went recently for breakfast, and it never ceases to amaze me how good the quality of food is for the price. Wait staff is amazing, super helpful, quick to get the food after you order. Might just be mine and my husbands go to breakfast spot from now on.

So I travel for work and eat in a lot of places, I have to say this spot is great, food taste fresh, the presentation was good, the staff was great, very friendly, the atmosphere was very family type. If I come back to Fresno I'm definitely coming back.

Can't speak for lunch menu but all their breakfast burritos are BOMB. Homemade tortillas and huge, most importantly...tasty.

Came here by a recommendation from family as I was visiting from New York. I lived in the Central Valley growing up but i'm sorry but the food here was not appetizing at all. Service was good. Personally might not come back again but hey everyone deserves a second chance next time hopefully better. Good ambiance all around! 3/5

I hadn't been here in a while, but I'm glad i stopped in. I ordered the combination Fajitas and they were good. The best part was the tortillas, both flour and corn, that were handmade. Other people at my table ordered the Sopes, which they liked a lot, and the carne asada quesadilla, which was tasty. The salsa was also pretty good. They have definitely made improvements from the last time I went there. There are lots of great Mexican options in Kerman, and i can add Cecelia's to the list.

The nachos were the best I've had! Huge portion, freshly made, and full of flavor! For sure a must try!

The only thing I hate about this place is the hours, I wish they closed later in the evening. The food is always amazing!!

Food is great but service not too good like it used to be. Called from Fresno before I got to kerman. Was on hold for 25 min then when I get it I was still on the phone on hold. I was told I was still going to have to wait 15 to 20 more minutes. Asked to speak to manager but he wasn't in. Not going back lost a loyal long time customer.

Had to spin the block AGAIN on this spot just to make sure it wasn't a one hit wonder. It did NOT disappoint, it was GASSSSSSSSS! I'm telling all the homies to come here and taste these breakfast burritos because it's unreal. Shoutout to the cooks in the back throwing it down fr.

Terrible food I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody a lot of people in Kerman rave about it but I have been a few times and completely disappointed every time

5 big stars because of this place having the actual BEST breakfast burrito ever. If you want the best or are near Kerman, definitely try it out. All ingredients in the burrito are freshly made, it is served hot, a large portion, smothered in a flavorful spiced green sauce, not too spicy and not bland.

Worst service!!!! They took more then 20 minutes for a one burrito. I saw people coming in and getting there food first then me so I ask the girl is my burrito done she said next time order head of time..... never would i come here..learn to respect customers!!!!!

over this place is great. been going here for a while. the service is great and fast and make great food. if passing by would recommend the 4 meat burrito.

I was told by my daughter that this place is great. Last week I came just after 2:00 pm and was turned away due to a catering event. Today I called at 2:35pm to place a to-go order; the first call they didn't answer, I could hear them in background. They just hung up phone. I called again and was told they stop taking orders at 2:30pm. Okay; so when I asked last week I was told you normally close at 3:00pm. Really disappointed that I didn't get to try your food. In these difficult times businesses are struggling; you need to take care of your current customers and welcome new ones. They say third times the charm; in this case there will be no third time. I really would only give 0 stars because I never received service nor was able to taste the food.

The food is really good and they are always busy so that says a lot more specials after 3pm

Hubby and I were quickly greeted with a welcome, menus and soft drink service - even at a busy lunch hour. I can see why Cecilia's has a loyal following! Hubby ordered Chile Verde Burrito, and I had Chile Relleno and Shredded Beef Enchilada Combo; Rice and Beans were... just okay... maybe it was an off day. But, that said, I would like to try their Breakfast sometime. It is a sparsely decorated room, and so the lunch crowd and pouty-kid noise can be bit overwhelming... could be a great time to go with younger kids cuz' they'll blend right in... (winky face)... Anyway, I'll update after checking out their Breakfast!

I love Mexican food. This place does not disappoint. Been coming here for a few years now and I'm happy to find they are open late now 6 days a week until 8pm mon- sat. All their meats are tender and full of flavor. I love their HOME MADE tortillas they have great texture and flavor. Chili is nice and spicy. I love their chili verde, flautas, quesadillas, crispy tacos, shredded chicken is a flavorful filling, tostadas, chili rellenos, enchiladas and of course their breakfast burritos (they come in size big and biggest !!) I guess I really just love the food here !! No complaints besides the dining room is a tad small but they're only open for takeout right now anyway so enjoy!!!

Brought my grandma and mom to this place that was a recommendation by my tia. I ordered the breakfast torta. Mom ordered macheda breakfast and grandma ordered Chile relleno. Everything was delicious. The wait was just tad over than usual BUT WORTH it! They have a HUGE menu. Every plate I seen come out the kitchen looked. Staff here was friendly and they took care of us in every way. Definitely coming back when I'm in kerman visiting.

Cecelia's has amazing food! The chicken fajitas are my favorite but I haven't found anything yet that I didn't like. The customer service is really great as well.

good Mexican food and great customer service, stopped here bcuz I was craving some chicken nachos and they came thru with all the fixings... cilantro, cheese, beans, sour cream, guacamole and of course plenty of chicken, I couldn't even finish it had to save some for later, if you're ever in Kerman area this is a nice place to eat will definitely be back

Changed ownership this year and the food has drastically improved. Their homemade corn tortillas are insane, probably the best I've had. My favorite thing to get is the machaca and eggs plate - they give you a lot of meat and mix in fresh chiles. The staff is very friendly and will help you customize your order if you're on a special diet.

The service there sucked for the most part. The food was not good at all. It was just average at best . If you want a good Mexican Restaurant go to Mario's in Merced. Not much to look at but the food is excellent

It was ok. Nothing outstanding and nothing bad, just average. Three only thing that fell short was the service. When I was handed three menu, I was asked what I would like to drink. I asked for a glass of water. Never received it until I was finished and asked for the check, then the waitress asked wanted anything else.

Regular take out customer...This review is for the recent Facebook post about "valued customers". Taking phone orders shouldn't be a big deal. If you can't handle phone in orders you deserve to lose business. Apparently we are only "valued customers" if we dine in. Newsflash Cecelias, some people don't want to dine in and takeout orders are the most profitable

Felipe special is the GOAT burrito!! Tired the Chile verde for the first time and it was amazing, very tender and flavorful.

I ordered catering and it was really good. I also had a lot of changes I needed made and they were able to do everything I needed. I always like the food and the breakfast burritos are the best.

Went to Cecilia's today in Kerman with my 3 boys . The service was quick and our sever was friendly .. based on her recommendation I got the chile verde plate .. with homemade flour tortillas .. my boys ordered 2 kids pancakes , eggs and sausage and my 12yr old ordered Chorizo with papas burrito. Service was quick ! Only took 7 min for us to get our food . My Chile verde plate did not disappoint. The portions were very generous .. the flavor was right on point !!! My 4and 6 yr old loved there pancakes and eggs with sausage .. my 12 yr old crushed that massive burrito .. he said the papas and chorizo were perfect .. quick shout out to the cook making those home made flour tortllas .. big tortillas with that great homemade taste .. my boys had me order a side just so they can get some more !!! Great surprise in a hole in the wall restaurant!! A hidden gem !!! If your ever in town stop by and give them a try .. you will come hungry , leave full hand happy !!!
