"As part of Starbucks Workers United’s week-long Strike With Pride on June 30, pickets were held at Cedar Hills Crossing in the Portland area; the first pickets began at 6 a.m. and continued into the afternoon. The action joined more than 150 locations nationwide demanding that company leadership negotiate a fair contract and address ongoing reports of anti-LGBTQ policy changes, including workers’ allegations that management has prevented Pride decorations and engaged in union-busting tactics that disproportionately impact LGBTQ employees." - Janey Wong
