The Ordinary Hosts an Oyster Extravaganza at Bowen’s Island in November | Eater Carolinas
"I saw that Food magazine the Local Palate and Breakthru Beverage are hosting their annual Whiskey After Dark at the Cedar Room on Wednesday, October 16, at 7:30 p.m., featuring more than 100 whiskeys and food from Rodney Scott’s BBQ, Sam Jones BBQ, Southern Soul Barbecue, and Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint; tickets start at $65 and a portion of proceeds will benefit Charleston Animal Society." - Erin Perkins
A nice mix of indoor and outdoor seating. You order at the bar for everything. Food is delivered to your location. Great happy hour specials. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I ordered wings while watching a movie. I’m still SHOCKED that I paid $15.50 (before tax and tip) for 5 small wings! They’re even smaller than the dipping sauce container. I even walked out of the movie to double check with a Cedar Room employee.
Usually the staff is usually nice and friendly and it’s a good place to chill for drinks with friends.

Great selection of draft beers. We stopped here after Captain America Brave New World (Great movie!) Service was great, attentive but not intrusive. The reggae music added to the ambiance.

This bar has a great vibe and live country music but on a Friday night they didn’t have strawberry purée for their drinks and they didn’t have cold brew for the espresso martini on their menu. They substituted raspberry for 1 drink and that was good but the other drinks we got weren’t that great. Can’t recommend the margarita or Long Island iced tea

Great local place in the Pruneyard. HH Tues-Friday $5 beers (15 on tap), $4 wine, $8 cocktails. Very nice inside/outside venue.

Nice place to hangout with friends. The place is in the Pruneyard square. They have some nice cocktails and beers. They have plenty of seatings indoors and outdoor. They also serve food till 10:00. We tried fries and wings which were decent.

Not many places with good live music left in the area. Good food, good drinks, and great music.

It was a place called Boswells. In the 80 and 90s. Many nights of love music and Frank Joseph. The place has transformed from a cool bar with fun music to an awesome place to eat high quality food made with great care and drink craft beers. I miss Boswell’s but this place is the Sony PlayStation taking out the Atari 2600.
