What a remarkable find for a small town. Run by two local chefs who’ve worked and travelled the world, then settled down back home. Ceibe showcases local traditions and seasons with a distinct modern touch.
Theres’s two tasting menus so being dinner, we chose the smaller one and there was plenty of variety. Starting with a selection of aged fish, we were served a range of dishes representing the season and even their own take on a type of cecina - sort of like beef jamón - made with heritage breed rump cap.
Desserts were similarly thoughtful, and the price spectacular for the quality on offer. What a terrific place!
