I lived in this apartment for a period and had a mix of positive and negative experiences. Pros: 1. Easy Communication: Reaching out to management was straightforward and generally responsive. 2. Clean and Pest-Free: My unit was new and well-maintained, with no pest issues throughout my stay. 3. No Equipment Repairs Needed: Everything in the apartment worked well, and I never had to request repairs. Cons: 1. Noise Issues: Unfortunately, noise was a problem sometimes. I could hear sounds from the upstairs and adjacent units, which affected my comfort. Additionally, a nearby business on Miller Ave often hosted loud parties on summer weekends, sometimes continuing until exactly 11:59 PM before quieting down. 2. Tight Parking Space: The parking area was just enough to fit a car. If you have a large dog, it’s not possible to let them jump directly out of the car to the ground due to the limited space if your parking space next to the wall or/and because your neighbor's car parked very close to you. 3. Move-Out Process: My experience during move-out was disappointing. There was an error in the refund process, and my utility bill was directly sent to a collection agency without any prior communication from the management team. Overall, while the apartment itself was in good condition and communication was easy during the stay, the noise disturbances and poor handling of the move-out process significantly impacted my experience.

Sarah, the manager, is fantastic - she's warm and welcoming, always striving to meet your needs. You can tell she genuinely cares, and she's super responsive. The building and amenities are top-notch, spotless, and well-organized, with a pleasant atmosphere in the common areas. Plus, the neighbors seem friendly and happy, making for a great community vibe.

Such a beautiful property. Went for a tour and was helped by a great staff. Especially Brittannye. She showed us the model unit and was very knowledgeable about the building. She was amazing to work with during our visit.

The current review is FAKE! First, it is not a new apartment. The score was 3 something (or less than 3 points) prior. Lots of complaints. They deleted all previous reviews! And their staff is UNFRIENDLY, and DISRESPECTFUL ! Once, I walked my dog ​​outside the building, standing on the sidewalk. A male staff passed me and yelled at me said: DON’T let your dog pee, it smells bad! I should’ve asked this guy’s name, then, I could write his name down. Well, they do not care about their reputation cause they know how to delete all bad reviews. Again, they show a MAKE-UP SCORE on Google. They think they know how to play the marketing game, but they forgot they have some terrible staff treating people and pets within horrible attitudes. So, if you’re looking for an apartment with the terrible and dishonest team, this is the one.

Everyone at the leasing office has been super helpful so far (even when I requested multiple tours). The units are spacious and designed well and lobby smells really nice and welcoming. Plenty of street parking around the building as well as a paid lot.

Been at this place for almost a year and it’s home The amenities, location and services are amazing. The staff Sara, Gaby and Mel make it feel like a home Highly recommend this place

I came in last weekend to tour Celeste & can I just say that the decor was absolutely GORGEOUS?! I'm all about customer service and I had a positive first-time experience on this tour. Not only was I greeted kindly by the leasing team, but they also took me on a detailed tour to explore the space. When it comes to looking for a new place, I always want to make sure that there is an accessible gym for me to workout in. I love how the gym is on the second floor overlooking the neighborhood and that the courtyard has views of downtown South City. Also, the apartments are very modern looking and full with high-end finishes. I'm excited to move into Celeste soon!
