This is a nice little venue for small or niche events. I don't know exact numbers, but maybe 100-ish people is the density you can expect comfortably.
There is a dance floor on the bottom level with some seats that were presumably reserved or paid for. If interested, consider asking the staff.
There are 2 staircases with small landings halfway up that lead to the second floor. If you were thinking of looking down from the top floor down onto the stage, a strut blocks your visibility.
The second floor has access to the rooftop, bathrooms, and seat that can comfortably fit around 7-8 people. Decent if you need a break, but its likely to be occupied quickly. I don't think I saw an elevator for eventgoers. The rooftop is a decent space to escape the noise, but not massive. Some more seating to rest on would be a very nice addition.
The sound system and acoustics of the venue seems acceptable to good, this is subjective however. For an EDM/Dubstep concert (Eliminate's Turn It Up tour), the bass & sub seemed a bit muddy at first and it was comfortable to stand near the stage speakers with or without ear plugs (I would reccomend them though!) The next performance had much better volume, clarity, and resonance, even upstairs. So the venue has the potential to have great sound if its mixed properly.
Lights and visuals were ok. I don't think anything is wrong, but I was surprised to see only 2 screens on the stage. One is on the stage table and the stage background. There are 2 TVs upstairs that had a livestream of the stage on them. The lights seem good, however if they happen to focus on you for a bit, they will make you feel warm very fast. Also the fog machine must have been for a decent timeframe, after about 2 hours, a haze was present.
One suprise was how good the ventilation system was. There were some people vaping or smoking inside (idk what tho), maybe 10ft away, and I was not able to sense any of that on the ground floor. Upstairs has some strong downdrafts too and opens to the air outside. While the seats upstairs are next to the bathroom, I didn't smell anything bad. Eventually the smell of vape/smoke/something was able to linger upstairs, but from my experience, the ground floor is pretty solid.
Security and ticketing was fairly quick and painless, however that's if you get in early. I should have asked what the timeline of the concert was, maybe that can be posted at the entrance. Have your ticket and ID ready.
There are 2 entrances, so incase you get there early and feel like there's no line and they're not open yet, you should check the other side of the building.
As others have mentioned, the water is 5$. Do with that what you will.
