Unacceptable Service – Never Coming Back to Celio
Our experience at Celio was a complete disaster, all thanks to one person: our server, Nags. From the moment we arrived, she was rude, dismissive, and acted like we were an inconvenience. When we asked about menu items and pricing, she rolled her eyes—as if answering a basic question was beneath her.
Then came the most ridiculous part. We were seated by the host, only for Nags to come over mid-meal and rudely tell us to move because of “other reservations.” How does that make sense? We didn’t pick the table—their staff did. Instead of handling it professionally, she made us feel like we were in the wrong for simply following their instructions.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the table was filthy, the couch was covered in crumbs, and the food was outright disgusting. The chicken tenders were stale, overcooked, and clearly reheated. And the sheesha? Completely burnt because they dumped oversized coals directly in the center, ruining the flavor.
This wasn’t just bad service—it was disrespectful, disorganized, and completely unacceptable. If management doesn’t fix their staff, this place won’t last. Save yourself the frustration—go somewhere that actually values its customers.
