Don is great man he programmed my ds4 on my previous car. Stopped in for second car to install remote start for my 2001 Camry on 9-1-23 arrived at 10:30 done 11:45 done in timely manner great . The only issue how he run the wire under the hood not so professional wire snug rubbing against drilled hole causing problem down the road.

I believe that I called and even stopped by his shop a few times with my concerns and asking questions. Don was patient and took time to address concers and answer my questions. He told me to think about it and not rush. I did and finally settled on buying the Viper DS4 remote starter and having him install it. He is very skilled & knowledgeable. His work & the service that he provided were both thorough and completed in a timely manner. A visit to Cell Block D feels like you're just chilling out in the garage with a good friend & the pricing is not bad at all. Don thanks for being patient, open and honest with me. I will be back soon to have dash cams installed.

Guaranteed great customer service!! Very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing, if the vehicle has a problem, (like my truck did because it’s an older model) he’ll find it and fix it to make the alarm work. The door open trigger on my suburban was malfunctioning, which is why the alarm kept spazzing out in the middle of the night. He installed new one and everything works great. This will be my main alarm shop now.

The owner seems to be the only employee and is thorough, quick, explains everything, and is friendly. He has competitive prices. The first time he called to tell me that I could come in a few hours earlier which was great. For a different service I called the same day, and he was able to get me in a few hours later. Also, Google maps will get you there! His business sign is small right now. He's tucked away in the corner.
