We ordered one bottle of wine, a salad and two lobster rolls. 15 minutes later, the waitress brings out one lobster roll So I wait for the other one so I’m not eating alone 10 minutes after that, she comes out and says we are defrosting more lobster. It’ll be a little while. I asked her if she could heat up the lobster roll in the microwave and she said we don’t have any microwaves here I asked for a glass for my bottle of water and they said we don’t have any glasses only plastic bottles of water We asked for a fork we were given plastic forks After Splitting the one lobster roll that we were given and another one never came out when the waitress came back after five more minutes we just canceled the second lobster roll And then we left I will not go back

Went here for wine and dinner with a friend and it was wonderful! They have a great patio and ambiance. The service was amazing. Anna was our server and she was so kind and helpful. I would recommend Cellar to anyone looking for a great spot to take a friend, family member, or even for a date night!

Very quaint, elegantly styled wine bar. Perfect place for a first meeting or after work wine 🍷 down.

I had a wonderful experience my first time here. Our server, Anna, was very helpful and able to recommend the kinds of wine we each wanted. We had the cheese tray that we shared and it was delicious as well as filled with variety. We spent over 2 hours outside at their sidewalk tables and enjoyed the atmosphere. It was a wonderful experience!

It’s a nice clean place but the staff was very rude. Made what was supposed to be a nice evening non fun. I will not be back.

Great atmosphere. Had the charcuterie and cheese board. Lovely presentation. Found a new wine that we really liked. Can't wait to return again and again to make our way through the menu.

I brought 2 out of town guests down to Kercheval and we stopped by 313 for drinks. Very nice place. We sat outside and just loved the cute atmosphere. The wine was good and next time we would like to try the food. Very nice place!

Wonderful first time visit to this charming wine bar. Nice charcuterie and cheese boards and good selection of wines. Nice ambiance and good, friendly service. Can't wait to return with friends and order by the bottle and not just by the glass.
