If you like cemas poblanas, this is the place to go, they also have all delicious entrees, super taco de Cecina is a must, I highly recommend this place.

If I could do no stars I would! I have been coming here for years and although it started as a great eating spot for the whole family, it is no longer the case. 1. Parking is always an issue. If you are willing to wait for parking or don't mind stacked parking then this shouldn't be a problem. 2. Wait times. They made us wait ONE HOUR. It is understandable to wait a while due to the amount of customers, but this is unreasonable. 3. The food quality. As I mentioned, our experience started off very well. It has slowly degraded in quality. As shown in the picture, I ordered a Carne Asada Sope and was given the hard nerves (hardly any meat). As I raised my concerns about this, one of the employees said that they can't guarantee a clean amount of meat. Let me remind you, the reader, that I had just started eating this and the bites were inedible. 4. Uncomplete orders. It's been my experience that when waiting for the order they always forget something. I then have some family members eating and others still waiting, while other families continue to receive their food. Again, management has failed to resolve this and instead tries to blame it on the customers. Save your money (this place is not cheap), save yourself, and save yourself the stress this place causes. It's not worth it.

The best Cemitas in LA hands down, they are open late and very warming. Come by with the family

Over rated. Too small of a place. Not enough parking. They didnt take my order correctly. The cemitas themselves werent that great. It was overloaded with cheese to compensate for lack of flavor, minimal on the avocado and meat was not of good quality.

This place is so yummy, the service not so much. I've came here many times, order to go, to eat in, and every time the people here have a high chin. It's a little weird. I'm like what did I do. Idk the reasoning behind it. I love their food. I've been supporting this place for so long. I even bring different guests here to try it. The last time I came there was a family gathering there in the parking and the stare was real coming in. Felt hostile & weird. I'll never return.

If you’re looking for a taste of Puebla, Cemitas Poblanas Juquilita is the place to be! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the star of the show is the chile chipotle. It’s got a real kick, and the smell alone is enough to make you want to come back. I’m definitely going back for more!

It was my second time visiting this place, I tried the mole before, and I liked it, and it was good this time. The only thing the rice was spoiled and I did not mention it to the guy. Because I already found a hair on the quesadilla and long black hair, I know it was not from the cooker because her hair was tied. Also, after that, we start seeing a lot of in and out from the kitchen. The service was cold and careless. The inside is too small, and both doors remain open. They intend to sit us on the back side but it was so cold and windy. Coffee was cold, and so far, a bad experience over all

I ordered a cemita de milanesa and it was really good. Everything was fresh and we didn't wait long for our order. Only reason I knocked off a star is due to the rude lady at the register.

This place is an authentic pueblan flavor. The staff here is very friendly giving it a casual touch with its patrons. The portion sizing is amazing if you have an appetite. We will be coming back again and again.

For the $18 order of mole with a tiny portion of rice and canned beans you only 1 piece of chicken. A cut in half thigh piece. You would think the rider came with a leg & thigh. It's really skimpy for the price. But at least you'll get full with the three tortillas that come with the order. What a joke right! They also change an extra $1 to use debt cards here. Which in fact it should be free. Oh and if you're spending nearly $40 forget about asking for a cup of ice with a soda or water bought here. They'll make sure to charge you too. The girl is the front has an attitude too. You'll know when you meet here. Trust. SKIP OUT on the place. And find a REAL true authentic homemade with love & care for MOLE. NOT this up-charged mole here. Even the plates served here are plastic. To say the least this place was a true DISAPPOINTMENT. DON'T be sold from the hype videos online. It's fake the good quality is not up to par. Very Low quality.

An authentic taste of Puebla, Cemitas Poblanas Juquilita most definitely delivers. As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you are greeted with friendly staff. Everyone is very welcoming. For me, the star of the Cemitas is the chile chipotle. When I say it has a kick, I mean it. Just the smell of the chipotle does it for me. I will be going back for more!

I recommend the enchiladas de mole,the service was great.The place is clean and organized.The vibe reminds me of Puebla in Mexico.highly recommended it.

My niece came from Houston and she wanted to go eat there, I have 2 toddlers so I'm always hesitant to go out and eat because toddlers and restaurants are challenging but hey that's where she wanted to eat so we went! The food was good... BUT the customer service was horrible, and I say it was horrible because the cashier was seemed like she was not kid friendly, on a table where they have the aguas frescas they have fake fruit so while we were waiting for the key to the restroom my kids started to touch the fruit , cashier came out and told my kids (not in a nice nor polite way) "no, don't touch that! " mind you the only reason my kids were standing up was because my 3 year old had to pee so we were asking for the restroom key because the restroom was locked. She ignored me when I asked if we needed a key to the restroom! To top it off like I said previously, my niece wanted to take food back to Houston so we paid we went home and when we get home we realized that they gave us the taco without TORTILLA! We had to drive back to get the tortilla! If this girl was more occupied in serving rather than what MY kids were doing maybe things would have been different!

Tried this place a few months ago thanks to my parents and I finally got to go there. We placed the order for pick up. Because the sitting and parking is limited. Staff is friendly and helpful. Got 2 Super tacos 1 Ceminta (w/ham) 1 Memelita 1 Horchata Total of $90 The Prices are not on the menu but ask for your receipt. Over all I think it's worth it and the portion are good. A Super taco can feed two people.

Food was warm taste was good. Bad part is it's very much over priced for what they are serving. Service was not all that great that was the down side, the woman at reister was not interested in giving us good service even when asked for a restroom she just pointed the way then another female came in at some point seemed like a family member of them wearing the same uniform and bringing in merchandise, got offended because I asked for napkins she looked at me with such attitude... I assumed she was working. Don't have arrogant people in your business it just give a bad vibe honestly. Maybe it was just one of those days for them... Over all it was ok, just ok.

Best quality in food and the best customer service, they treat us like family. I drive almost 2 hours to come here. It's so delicious. And the owners are supper sweet.

I was excited to try this place with my mom for lunch after it was referred by a cousin. Unfortunately our experience was not the best. To start parking was kind of tight. I have mixed feelings about the service. The servers weren't rude per say, however they lack a bit of professionalism for a restaurant. The server that took our order seemed to be rushing us a bit, the server that gave us our drinks was dressed like she was home wearing sandals, tights and a sports bra, and the server that brought out our food brought us papalo (after we asked her for some) that was clearly bad. Why even serve it in this condition, it was clearly spoiling already. The cemita was not the best, a bit greasy and definitely salty, but not bad enough to not eat it. This was unfortunately a one time place for me.

Worst experience here the food is nasty. The cheese is sour on the cemitas the girl who took our order was very rude and nothing friendly she kept rolling her eyes wouldn't recommend coming here to waste your money. If I didn't have my family with me I would of turned back

Small local family owned restaurant with bomb mexican food Definitely recomend Enchiladas de Mole Cemitas Super taco Chalupas while you wait for your order Usually a busy spot but food is fresh when served. Parking is limited but worth finding parking for.

Soooooo gooooddd!!! My family & I have been coming here for years now. We always stop by before heading to El Mercadito. I have tried the mole, the cemitas de milanesa, the tacos de asada & the super taco de cecina & all are amazing! All accompanied with a Mexican coke or a Boing... just perfection! My mouth is watering just thinking about it again! Also it is a small business that had a hard time during the early years of the pandemic so please go support!

This restaurant is by far one of the best in town this was my first visit and it won't be my last. The staff here is amazing they are friendly and the customer service is great!!! I highly recommend Cemitas Poblanas .

I ve had the memelitas and chicharrón quesadillas and it's 5/5. I'm not a fan of the super taco. The Cemitas are on the salty side. The best are the quesadilla

The food had such great flavor. The service was excellent. Wendi took her time and had patients with us since it was our first time. Seating is outdoor but the have out heaters which is great. We will definitely be back.

It's a nice little place. Food is descent... they have nice decor, beautiful food photos on their wall.... they have nice tri-fold menus... they got good aguas frescas... BUT!!! THEY DONT SHOW FOOD PRICES ANYWHERE!!!! I don't know if the printing company screwed up.. or this is their "business strategy" Not even on the take-out menu! If this is on purpose, that's extremely stupid. I never seen this at any restaurant... it was definitely. Turn off.. I need to know how much things cost so I can decide what and how much of what to order!!!! I don't get that part. I hate being surprised at the register.

Came by today because my usual cemita spot was closed. Man do I wish I didn't come. First off the prices are not in the menu & now I know why. A cemita normally costs me $8 at my normal spot 2 blocks down and here it was $12. The wait times were awful and I couldn't get my drinks until I got my food. They run out queso fresco... They let me order horchata water just to tell me 40 minutes later when my food came out that they were out of horchata. The cemita bread was cold, the meat dried. The tacos were good and the sope was good. For 5 people the bill came out to $100.. would of been around half at my normal spot. I tried it, I didn't like it, live and learn.

My family and I have been coming here for years and just recently we made a drive here from Ontario and we are very disappointed on food portions. We don't mind prices going higher but at least keep the food the same size as before! Very pricy for very SMALL food portion definitely won't be back..

I loved the atmosphere here!!!! I brought my family and friends here to try it out. They all loved it. The food was amazing It was on a Sunday, so it was busy but the wait was well worth it The workers were very knowledgeable of the menu. So it helped my family in deciding what to eat. We will return back with more people.

Once again I come it's 10:22 am says it's open and they are closed. I live in riverside like seriously update hours and days that you guys are open. SMH

My friends and I drove over an hour to come eat at this place and let me tell you it was worth it. The food was very good and the portions were more than enough I will definitely be coming back to the space and the staff is really friendly

The worst experience of my life the food tastes does not taste good at all plus the service is the worst two ladies with ugly attitude. Can't even ask them a question about the food cause they answer you in a rude way. Never going again

I've been driving thru the states for the past 3 days until I finally arrived to LA! Oooh ooohhh, have relatives in the area that i paid a visit to. They decided to take me out for an authentic Mexican meal, which we East LA is obviously known for. I was craving some Enchiladas and my god! Were these the best enchiladas I've ever had. The mole was amazing and the tinga was spot on. I couldn't resist the chalupas with salsa verde I ate there 3 times in a row within a day. I practically live there now. If you're ever in the area , stop by and try their amazing food. Won't regret it. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend!!!

They take forever. Had me waiting 1 hour for my food. Already paid so I had to wait. Poor service. People I'm front of me in line complaint too. Good food but horrible service. No good If you enjoy waiting an hour for a simple order then by all means, do business with them..

Please check your order before you leave the place. Upon arrival the girls were in a bad mood. I wasn't even done with my order when she kept on insisting if my order over.

Saw their interview on KLOVE so decided to give them a try. Cemita de milanesa was great, no complaints on the food. It came out to $22 for 2 cemitas. I've never had cemitas before so don't know what's the average cost. Food can be great but if the customer service isn't good, it's not worth coming back. Most of complaints here are based on their service. I'm sure before pandemic loosing a customer didn't affect them as much because business was consistent. During the pandemic though, every customer should be given great service or your business will suffer. .

I love this place! I been coming here for more than 20 years The food is the best! Love the Super Tacos ( which are huge) the Tinga Quesadilla ( which are huge) the Cemitas ( Milanesa is my favorite) the Mole is the best and more sweet than spicy The quality is great! Tortillas are made by hand and everything is made fresh. People that know about quality and freshness understand that food might take a little longer than usual but it is completely worth it when you taste the freshness and quality parking is a little bit hard to find but there is always parking by the curb. Do not mind the little walk because food is completely worth it. The service is awesome they are a family owned restaurant and the Mother (owner) and two daughters are almost always there giving a friendly and fast service. I recommend this place 100%

Best Mexican food I have ever eaten in my life. Takes a long time to get your food but I it's worth it!!!

I've been hearing good things about this place and now I see why this restaurant is popular! The first time I tried their version of a taco arabe and it's really big and very filling. This time around, I tried their cemitas de cecina and it was so good I wish I would have ordered two! The meat was tender, the cheese flavor was not overpowering and the bread was fluffy and fresh! Can't wait to go back!

This place rocks. We love the memelitas. There is no place like this. If you desire cuisine from Puebla that is authentic. Drive to this place. I try to eat here at least once a week.

The food is amazingly delicious and truly authentic. Bread, cheese and chipotle is very authentic. Have been coming here for many years. Hands down the best cemita poblana place in LA.

If i could i would give this place no stats. First of the place os filthy. Theu use way to much manteca and they take forever plus no parking. I dont know why people even come here. The cemitas are not authentic as they lack papalo and queso fresco. The meat was stale yuck! Horrible experience.

Hard to find parking, food takes a while. Service sucks, they aren't friendly. We ordered got our food after a while then we were missing a cemita, they had us wait until they took more orders to make the missing one! Not worth it, won't be back

1st, customer service is not their strong suit. expensive for the portions they serve. Flavor was good not impressive just ok cemita's bread was hard as rock, meaning old af taco arabe, was meh meat flavorless Picadita was ordered with quesillo, they charged me extra for it and wasn't there. Last but not less important, with the prices they charge using a credit card should have a fee. Not going back

No complaints about this place. It's a small, family owned place with good food. It can get a little pricey though. For two veggie quesadillas and a side of rice and beans i paid 32 buckaroos. The quesadillas were probably longer than 13 inches though. The beans taste authentic and Mexican, i think they use lard or something.

Came here to eat on my way home. I was being towed cause my car broke down. Not knowing this area i asked the tow truck driver if he can stop somewhere so i can eat. After given the ok by his base at Manuel's towing he told me about this place CEMITAS all i can say is BOMB BOMB BOMB. the flavor was/is BOMB...... thank you. Also thank you maneul's towing for having such an awesome driver.... Charlie. Thanks to all.
