19 Superbly Delicious Tortas to Try in Los Angeles
"This fonda and bakery cranks out cemitas used by Pueblan families and rival cemita poblana trucks and restaurants, which they use on the premises for their own rendition of Puebla’s iconic sandwich." - Farley Elliott, Bill Esparza
The cremita was very delicious. Lots of breakfast plates to choose from. You can buy cremita bread here as well. Recommend if you're in the area.

If your place is known for Cemitas, then you assume they should be great. I live near the neighborhood and wanted to give them a try. First and last time ordering. The order was placed to go. I was disappointed if you review my picture the meat looks like a piece of chip. The meat was not fresh I didn't even attempt to bite it. The bread was old. The best thing was the cheese and the avocado, that's what I ended up eating.

SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, One of the older women cashiers were very rude to us and didn't want to proceed to take our order and made the other young lady take our order.
