We stopped by this past August for a tasting. The experience in store was positive. Lots of good information about the wines and good discussions to help us learn more.
I bought a lot of wine to be shipped home. After two months, having charged my card in full, I still hadn't received the wine. When I called, they seemed surprised. Their response was that the wine would come later, now three+ months after purchase. I had to make several more calls and emails to get the wine. Good arbitrage for you to hold my funds and wine without sending it. I like the wine but the experience needs improvement and more focus on customer post sale experience
