Centennial Park Atlanta

Centennial Park Atlanta... Large Park in the heart of the city downtown Atlanta. Good central location and walking access to surrounding sites such as the Georgia Aquarium or the College Football Hall of Fame. The lawns are well kept and in good condition. Overall clean and well kept, walkways are wide and easily accessible. Commemorates and named after the Olympic games of 1996... Famous for Richard Jewell and the Centennial Park bombing of that same year. Previously an industrial zone... with vacant lots.

Pretty place for a walk and enjoy the scenery. Love the water features. Well maintained and clean surroundings. The history of what happened here touched our hearts.

Very beautiful park located in the middle of downtown Atlanta near hotels, tourist attractions and restaurants.

Amazing place to relax in the midst of the tall buildings and busy city. Right next to some major attractions, like the Georgia Aqaurium, World of Coca Cola, and Skyview Atlanta.

Beautiful but beware Homelessness is very bad in Atlanta. Most of the time they sleep on sidewalks or parks. I think you to help them out! I do recommend coming here though for its fantastic sights!!!

Great park. The fireworks show was also great but the ticketing was not. I think BigTicket did it, the lines were slower than the airport on a holiday and inconsistent - half our group had to show their ID (why?) and half did not.

Went here for a quiet Christmas eve dinner with my wife and son. Food was average at best (cooked wrong temperature, lots of fat and bone and would not allow substitution for side). The last straw was when I noticed the following day we had drinks charged on our tab that were not ours. When you spend $ 470 plus, things should be near perfect. Definitely displeasured.
