Pizza Hut and Toyota Team Up to Make Self-Driving Pizza Delivery Trucks | Eater

"The automaker debuted a driverless, modular concept called the e-Palette at CES in Las Vegas, positioning test models for possible street trials by 2020. The vehicle is designed to be customizable for commercial uses—such as cooking and delivering pizzas in collaboration with a major pizza chain—merging autonomous driving technology with onboard ovens and marketed as an innovation in human mobility, reliability, and efficiency." - Chris Fuhrmeister

I recently purchased a 2025 Land Cruiser from Toyota Centennial, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Kylo, my salesperson, was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions and made the experience smooth and stress-free. I also want to thank Hubert, the finance manager, for making the paperwork process quick and easy. He clearly explained all the details and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Buying my dream car was a big moment, and Toyota Centennial made it a positive experience. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

We just purchased our 1st minivan, a 2025 Toyota Sienna Woodland Edition. Beautiful, efficient and spacious minivan. Centennial Toyota’s new dealership is beautiful to say the least. Trevor and Avan Sachs helped close the deal and stayed beyond working hours to accommodate our vehicle family purchase. No fuss, not much haggling, no BS, that’s how we made the deal. Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase and we’d surely recommend their team.

This was the most fluid transaction I’ve ever experienced at an auto dealership. I called to get information about a vehicle, lucky for me Waldo answered. Within 2 minutes he texted me a short video of the vehicle I was inquiring about. He was easy to work with, he explained every step clearly and made the transaction smooth. Fernando handled our signing and he was great as well. Very happy with my purchase and that it was done in a timely manner.

Recently, I acquired a new Toyota vehicle. Diego, Sam, and Fernando provided exceptional service and offered me an attractive price at 0% financing for the BZ4X. I would recommend them for any 1st time car buyers. IMO: Edward Charles O’Connell Sr. U.S Merchant Marine WWII (1923-2012)

The team at Centennial Toyota was AMAZING! Great customer service and professionalism from start to finish. They made it easy to secure a lease on a beautiful 2025 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. They really support us military service members by going above and beyond helping me secure the lease while across the country! Didn’t even have to step foot in their dealership! I had my wife stop by to finalize paperwork and in less than an hour, she had the keys and drove off! THANK YOU to Lee, George, Jason & the rest of the Centennial Toyota Las Vegas team for a great experience!

Yelp
I purchased a new Camry from Centennial Toyota, and the experience started off fantastic -- clean showroom, great atmosphere, and top-notch customer service. My salesman, Alex Garcia, was awesome. Friendly, easygoing, and genuinely helpful -- he made me feel comfortable from the beginning - no pressure, no gimmicks. Huge credit to him for setting such a positive tone. Also, shoutout to the team members standing outside in the Vegas heat escorting customers in -- that kind of hospitality is something I've never seen in New York. But things took a hard turn when I went to finalize paperwork with Huber Lopez, the finance manager. What started off cordial quickly turned into a rushed, high-pressure situation. I was asked to sign documents at lightning speed, with little time to read or ask questions. Then, right at the end, I was hit with a bunch of upsells -- extended warranty, service plan, immobilizer alarm -- and told I had 15 minutes to decide or the offer was off the table. When I asked for a day to think it over, he said it wasn't possible and he was leaving for the evening. When I tried to sign "under protest,"that was not allowed. It was disappointing and stressful -- especially after such a great start. Bottom line: Love my Camry, and Alex made the process feel great. But I hope Centennial takes feedback like this seriously, because the finance portion should never feel uncomfortable, or feel like a pressure cooker.

Yelp
Worst customer service me and my family have experienced. On Saturday 2nd of August my family and I arrived at the dealership in regards to purchasing a Rav4 and possibly a EV for my sister and we quickly meet with Alex the salesman who was nice and polite and showed us most of his lot New/used. We soon enter the showroom/lobby where I was presented with some Rav4 there ,2 being black and was interested in them , I asked for prices and overall differences on both cars. We sit down with Alex and exchange information for the 2 vehicles. Things take a downturn when Mike/Micheal Vitolo the sales manager/owner/ financial manager or whatever tittle he kept presenting himself arrived at the table with an attitude and a arrogant tone. We as a family asked common questions to mike like what is the msrp / apr / dealer taxes and fees out the door. Mike took the questions as if we where trying to scam him and insult his business practices, then started writing down numbers on a piece of paper, and escalated the conversation by yelling at me and my family for not understanding what he was trying to present . We all looked at alex and told him we need another manager or someone higher than mike because he was being to aggressive and disrespectful, at the point mike said a comment " your sister and mother can stay here , we can finish this outside ". At that point we all decided to leave , all the employees there were in disbelief and some even said this was a common occurrence with Mike. Sam the the manager then came up to us and tried to make amends, apologized for the situation and gave me a deal on a Rav4, he was professional and actually explained everything well on the financing of there vehicles. Overall the experience was terrible and if it weren't for Sam and Davit the finance manager who was super nice and very apologetic about the situation we would of left . A few days later I get contacted about the unprofessionalism of Mike, I get asked my side of the story to then be followed up by "hes a new manager of three weeks and hes a nice , loud person. "

Yelp
If I could give zero stars for the initial customer service experience, I would. My family and I came in to inquire about the pricing and financing of a few vehicles we were interested in. We were initially assisted by a sales representative named Alex, who was polite and began explaining some of the details. However, he soon brought over someone he introduced as a sales manager named Mike -- and from that point on, the experience quickly deteriorated. Mike began writing down various numbers on paper, but the information he presented was inconsistent and confusing. When we asked for clarification, rather than offering a professional response, he became defensive and accusatory -- suggesting we were questioning his intelligence. His tone grew increasingly arrogant and confrontational. Despite our efforts to de-escalate and ask for a calmer conversation, Mike raised his voice and justified his behavior by saying, "I'm Italian, that's just how I talk." He then stated that he would speak to us as if we were his children to "teach us how to respect elders," claiming his age and experience made him more knowledgeable than us. This behavior was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. At one point, I turned to Alex and asked if another manager could assist us. Mike interjected and declared that he was the main manager and no one else could help. He then made a disturbing comment suggesting that my mother and I stay behind while he takes my brother outside "to teach him a lesson." Understandably, my brother became upset and asked him to repeat what he had said. In response, Mike yelled at Alex to accompany him and left the table. At that point, we chose to leave -- no customer should be treated this way, especially when trying to make a purchase and simply understand financing options. On the way out, I stopped by the reception desk to ask how I could file a formal complaint. A different sales rep and the receptionist were both extremely kind and apologetic. While I was providing information about the situation , I witnessed Mike approaching the reception area speaking about my family in front of another manager named Sam. Fortunately, Sam allowed us to share our experience, answered our questions clearly, and sincerely apologized for what had happened. During that time, several employees shared that Mike's behavior is a recurring issue and has impacted both staff and customers negatively. We were ultimately helped by Davit, a finance manager (proving that Mike was not the only one available, as he claimed). Davit was courteous, respectful, and also apologized on behalf of the dealership. We did end up purchasing the vehicle we were looking for, but the entire process was unnecessarily stressful due to Mike's conduct. If it weren't for the professionalism of the receptionist, the other sales person, Sam and Davit, we would have walked away entirely. I strongly urge management to re-evaluate the impact certain employees have on the customer experience. One person's unprofessionalism can tarnish an entire company's reputation.

Yelp
This is basically the worst place ever!!! I blew my tires on Wednesday and went to get it fixed and first they put the wrong tire and the they cause a real in depth scratch to my bumber stating that their picture is blurry!! I got the tires I was suppose to and then they offered me the paint. Like that paint will not patch my car number up. If anyone know who I should take this to please let me know. The fact is the mechanic was incompetent to chance the tire and the blew out tire was in the truck the scratch was done due to the rim being cracked and then not taking it out correctly.

Yelp
We had purchased our car here in 2025 and got a great negotiation out of it. We have been back ever since for normal maintenance and the service is always super fast! We usually wait no more than an hour. The place is very clean and spacious. There are cold, free water bottles and a delicious coffee/ tea station in the waiting area. Our go to advisor for everything is always Greg. He has helped us many times and always explains in detail what we are paying for. Overall, this dealership has treated us well.

Yelp
Michael Vitolo and Corey Kasem were amazing to work with. From the time they seen us walk onto the lot, it was professional and simple. It is true, you go to the dealership for a reason. Work with them until you get what it is you want, and if you have 2 guys like Michael and Corey, you will leave as a happy customer... just like me. Thank you both for helping me get into my new 2025 Tacoma!!!

Yelp
This review is specifically for my car-buying experience. 5+ stars to Victor! He was patient and honest with me throughout the whole process. I came in with a long list of "must-haves" for my new car and honestly didn't expect to drive off the lot with a car that even exceeded my expectations! I absolutely dread car shopping because of how pushy and dishonest some salespeople can be, but Victor was the complete opposite. He actually listened, took the time to understand what I wanted, and helped me find the perfect upgraded family car. I ended up trading in my 2021 Toyota Highlander for a brand new 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander, and thanks to Victor--and Fernando, the finance manager--the whole transition was even easier than I expected. Highly recommend working with Victor if you want a smooth experience and someone who truly cares about finding the right fit for you rather than just making a sale.

Yelp
I wish I would have considered some of the reviews left here. Their customer service was great!. Very friendly and warm if you will. Now once you get to the sales part, It was pushy and loosely lack of consideration of the buyer. They were your typical car salesmen. I did go in with an option in mind but I qualified for other options and that's fine. The issue came when I became slightly unsure and you can immediately feel the pressure. I felt overwhelmed with choices, numbers and etc. I get trying to find a vehicle for someone, however uncertainty is thing here. Allow someone to breathe and have a moment before making such a big purchase. At this point I've signed the contract and looking to trade this in almost immediately! Again the customer service was nice, just when it's time for the business, be ready to stand on business! Walk out if you need and do not get the KARR security bs. Thank you guys for your time, though I feel just a few things can be reconsidered here.

Yelp
I cancelled the 'TIRE & WHEEL PROTECTION WITH OPTIONAL COSMETIC COVERAGE SERVICE AGREEMENT' today. It was also an annoying process since they make you fill out a physical form, then mail it back to them, and then they send it to the dealer. I appreciate the owner Jason Meixner reaching out, but I'm not interested, since this issue has already been resolved and I don't see how it would help. My opinion still stands, don't sign up for this service agreement.

Yelp
Toyota has been the dealership I've been going to for the past 9 years, but I feel ever since they've moved and they have been more worried about survey and giving reviews rather than just making sure my service is done right or recommendations for what needs to be done is accurate across the board.

Yelp
We to buy a Landcruiser or 4Runner today. Dealership has NO INVENTORY. I guess I'll buy a Honda. If I were a car salesman at this dealership, I would BE PISSED OFF. No cars, no business.

Yelp
the worst place you could go for service!!! DO not go here. They will treat you horrible and try to screw you over!!

Yelp
There's a reason why Centennial Toyota dealership have more cars in stock than the other Toyota dealerships in Las Vegas. Because their prices are OUTRAGEOUS! I feel sorry for those who fall for their scams. They target those who are gullible and unsuspecting. I'd recommend not coming here alone if you're not confident enough to see through their scheme. Have your calculator ready so you can calculate in the end how much you're REALLY paying for their vehicle (they hide their market adjustment very well) and to make sure that everything is adding up correctly. Their sales people and representatives get nasty when you don't fall for their bs. I'd recommend going to AutoNation Toyota Dealership. Salesperson there was honest and did not beat around the bush about the price. They were direct and did not charge the unnecessary market adjustment. You may need to wait for the car you want because unlike Centennial Toyota, they're actually selling their cars FAST due their great service. Don't come to this one. Unless you want to get financially screwed.

John

Yelp
From the time I pulled up in the parking lot everything went so well. My salesman Jay was awesome, but what made the experience for me was Mike Vitolo. He was amazing in helping me get into the car I wanted, at the price I needed. He was able to get me top dollar for my trade , as well as keep all the fees that go along with purchasing a new car. Last but certainly not least he is currently helping to get me into another vehicle, that I have my eye on. I have bought a few cars in my life, and this was by far the best and easiest experience because of Mike!!!

Yelp
I wouldn't recommend buying;selling; or having your car or truck serviced here. This is a new location after they did extensive remodeling which I'm sure cost alot of money to complete but guess who's paying for that ?? Yes YOU the customer; their parts are double priced over the msrp and much more than the same exact part at other Toyota dealers Their labor rate is also much more than other Toyota dealers if you decide to get your vehicle serviced here. Also my friend just traded in a Jeep Cherokee they gave them $10k trade in value and are now asking $18k for it on their used car lot. They need to stop scamming people!!!

Yelp
Corey was great. Went in at 7:15. Left with a deal, new car, financing before 10. Was the most painless car buying experience I have ever had. All staff were way, kind, reasonable, and a pleasure. I didn't know it could be such a painless experience.

Yelp
I bought my car in Henderson with platinum package. I brought my car in with A/C problems. They charge me $1200 and it STILL doesn't work. I called the number on the platinum package and found out that the AC should've been covered...

Yelp
Sent an email to the email listed in the reply, several weeks ago and have heard 0. Definitely reinforces me not going back.

Yelp
pt. 2 ---------------------------- And the cherry on top? The way my car got driven. Whoever test drove it, the a*shole slammed on the brakes and floored the gas REPEATEDLY. 66 in a 35. What is this, "Fast & the Furiously Unemployed"?! Thankfully, I have a tracker on my vehicle (receipts have been attached), which means I got to review the whole thing. If you're going to joyride in a customer's car, maybe don't do it like you're auditioning for Need for Speed. And even better, don't be the dumba*s who doesn't look for a tracker first. Embarrassing. I called the next day. Surprise--my advisor wasn't in. I asked for a manager to call me. One of the service managers, Randall, reached out, said the main manager was out, and asked me to email everything. I did. He said someone would be following up. It's now June 4th. Guess who still hasn't received a call? MEEEEEEEE !! Oh, and adding onto this absolutely f*ck of a disaster. When I got my trim finally fixed, I noticed that one of my speakers on my LESS THAN A YR OLD car was blown. I do not max out the speakers, ever. I asked them to look at it and see if I could get it replaced. My service advisor said they ordered a new one and it'd be in by Friday, May 30th. He wanted me to make an appointment right then and there so that when it came on Friday I was there to get it installed. I said absolutely not, I want a phone call when it comes in because if it's on back order, too, I'd be pissed if I come and it's not here. He said ok, he'd call me on Friday, May 30th... Now say it with me guys.. Guess who hasn't received a call?! ME. It's June 6th, NO CALL. The more all of this builds up, the more pissed off I get. I'm a patient person, I am. But Toyota's employees have disrespected the sh*t out of me and my car, and y'all don't even have the balls to call me and admit fault. I have never had a problem with any of the woman working there, and Im trying real hard not to come off as sexist, but why do the men there not want to do their jobs?? At this point, someone needs to give me new brake pads or some money off of this sh*t show of a car. The moral of the story, if you're considering taking your car here, ask yourself: "Do I want to overpay for mediocrity, be ignored, lied to, and have my car spiritually violated by a wannabe Vin Diesel?" If yes--Toyota Centennial is the spot for you! If not, take your car and your dignity somewhere that respects you, your car, your patience, and your time. Once again, I recommend Brake Masters on Azure/Tenaya. P.S. - TOYOTA WINDOW GLASS IS SH*T. I, again, have had my car for less than a year and have had 3 chips/cracks already. I have two Chevy cars I've owned for 3+ years and drive all my cars the same, my Chevy windows have ZERO chips or cracks. Why do y'all's cars chip/crack so easily? Seriously guys (Toyota manufacturers), this is immensely embarrassing for y'all. Love you guys (the readers who got to the end, NOT Toyota)!

Yelp
Kevin an Avan made buying a car a great experience. They were patient, helpful, and genuinely interested in helping us get the perfect car. The give them my highest recommendation.

Yelp
So far best treatment I got was from Mr Stone in service to bad it was because my car was leaking oil after service but he came explained what happened and got me squared away if it was just on my visit to service I would probably put at 5 stars

Murrellene W.

Yelp
Waldo was very rude, didn't seem to want to do his job. We came in with questions that were not getting answered..

Travis W.

Yelp
No even out of my car and a young salesman is yelling at me from across the parking lot asking if I can be helped as he's walking towards me. Mind you they have speakers blaring and when he finally gets writhing 30 feet of me I said I'm sorry I can't hear you from across the dealership and with the music blaring. Looks at me with disgust and walks back to the huddle of about 5 other sales people and puts his foot against the wall. My family has bought many Toyotas, I decided to walk back outside to my car and go to another dealership.

Yelp
This place was the worst place I have purchased a vehicle from. Don't get me wrong I love my car, but didn't like the process. My boyfriend worked here. The sales manager spoke to my boyfriend as if he was buying me the car . I took the car home after they said everything was approved. Then 3 days later I was told I didn't qualify. Before calling me to say i didn't qualify the sales guy went to my boyfriend without my knowledge at work ask him if he would cosign. also they tried giving me $500 less on my trade in on my contact. After going back in forth trying to fix my contact, they then didn't include gap. after fixing my contact they asked I gave them $1000 more down. wow, I now qualify for the Toyota Financing with before they said I didn't qualify for.

Kenzie L.

Yelp
This is the second car I have bought from this dealership and the fourth in my family. My salesman Chase is extremely helpful and I enjoyed when he sold me my Camry back in October and most of this sale as well. I went on Friday knowing exactly what I wanted, I test drove it, we talked numbers and I decided I was going to get this car. There was a little misunderstanding with the numbers, but Chase made it right immediately. Where the issue came in was in the finance office. I worked with Huber Lopez and at first he seemed routinely nice. Then he started pushing upsells, which I can recognize is his job and I politely declined all except gap insurance. I was not happy with the price of gap and the numbers that were coming out at the end and started to hesitate on the purchase of this car. I did get very overwhelmed because there were so many numbers thrown at me it was hard to keep them all straight, I was visibly upset and uncomfortable already. At the end of the day I wasn't comfortable paying the number on that screen and said I was going to have to walk and that I would go and contact my salesman right away to let him know what happened. Huber then basically didn't take no for an answer and then went as much as telling me "you need to respectful and let Chase know what's going on" (I was already planning on calling him on my own cell and had said that already). I was very taken aback and Huber called my salesman to come into the office. The only thing that saved this sale was my salesman. I will probably never come back to this dealership due to Huber Lopez being out of line and disrespectful. I regret my purchase because I allowed a scummy finance guy disrespect me. I hope this is taken into consideration when moving forward with this dealership, especially because I can see this is not the first complaint about Huber.

Yelp
If I could leave a zero star review, or better yet, a negative 5 star review of Centennial Hills Toyota, I would. I brought my 2018 Lexus RX 350 here to have the 65,000 mile service performed. Following this service, when I brought my Lexus to another repair facility, it was discovered that the technician who performed the service over-tightened the oil filter and the oil drain plug. The oil filter was on so tight that the "special Toyota Oil Filter Wrench" could not remove the filter. The filter had to be completely destroyed in order to remove it. This caused damage to the place where the filter attaches that needed to be repaired. Furthermore, the drain plug for the oil pan was probably put back on with a pneumatic torque wrench. This is a bolt that does not require that much tightening. By the manner in which the drain plug was put back onto my vehicle, this made small cracks in my oil pan, and the oil pan had to be replaced. By the manner in which the technician performed the service on my Lexus, what should have been a $100 oil change turned into a $5,000 repair. This is beyond negligence on behalf of Centennial Hills Toyota. I would not recommend anyone, even my worst enemy, to bring their vehicle here for any type of service. This repair facility is either incapable or unable to make even the most basic repairs as evidenced through the manner in which they performed this service on my vehicle.

Yelp
Excellent Customer Service All Around! Purchased a Tacoma in November for the Best Price in the region with everything I wanted and more. The new location is amazing, comfortable and great coffee too! Kayla in parts was so knowledgeable and helpful with our questions and gave us the best price anywhere for an upgraded part. Thank you for honoring the service members with a military discount! it's always a pleasure to come to Centennial Toyota whether its a question , part or service the staff always makes sure we leave with a smile.

Yelp
Dean is really great and easy to deal with. Didn't make me feel pressured, listened to what I wanted and got me a great deal. Highly recommend! Sales manager John is also fantastic. Second car I've bought from centennial Toyota and I will absolutely be back for the next one.

Yelp
can't say enough good things about my experience at Centennial Hills Toyota! From start to finish, the team made buying my new Tundra an absolute breeze. My salesperson, TJ, was incredible--friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect vehicle. He listened to our needs, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel pressured. It's clear he loves what he does, and it made the whole process enjoyable. Then there's Huber, the finance manager, who worked some serious magic to get me an amazing deal. He explained everything in detail, broke down all my options, and made sure I walked away feeling confident about my financing. He's a pro who truly cares about his customers--couldn't have asked for better. And let's not forget Kam, the manager, who oversaw everything with a warm smile and a hands-on approach. His leadership really shines through in how smooth and welcoming the whole experience was. Centennial Hills Toyota is hands-down one of the best dealerships I've ever worked with. TJ, Huber, and Kam are a dream team--professional, personable, and top-notch at what they do. If you're in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and go see them. Five stars all the way!

Yelp
I was dreading the thought of buying a car. With all the negative stories and experiences about salespersons, closers, finance managers; all the scripts and tricks you heard about over the years...Ugh!! My experience at Centennial Toyota this week couldn't have been further from those stories. I had done my research online, and had clear ideas of what I wanted, a used RAV4. I made an appointment with Zak Berge, told him what I wanted and let him know I didn't want to feel pressured or rushed. He was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and incredibly patient with my list of questions. Zak introduced me to Andrew in the Service Department, who explained the 160 pt inspection and future maintenance requirements. He even took a phone call from my brother in Chicago who wanted a detailed description of the work they'd just completed on the car's brakes. Zak and I worked out a solid deal. Kevin, in Finance, made the signing process painless. Literally, from start to finish, I felt very comfortable and confident I was getting a good deal. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Yelp
Have you ever been to a car dealership that did everything in their power NOT to sell you a vehicle? That's exactly what happened to me. My first thought was, did I forget to take a shower, do I smell or something? I have been searching for a new Tundra. I saw an ad by one of their salesmen. I'm going to leave him unnamed because I don't want to jeopardize anyone trying to put food on the table but I really should name him for wasting my time and gas. The MSRP on the truck was over 81k but they had it marked down by 11k. I make an appointment and arrive on time. The salesman greeted me upon my arrival and then proceeded to tap away on his phone. The truck was located inside the showroom. He starts the truck, pops the hood and disappears. Comes back in 10 minutes, still on his phone and said the used car salesman is on his way to appraise my trade. He then leaves. It's really awkward because I'm just standing around this truck for a long time while it's running and doing nothing. The used car appraiser arrives and we go outside so he can look my trade over. When he's done, we go back inside where once again, I'm standing around the truck with the hood popped open and still running, salesman is nowhere to be found. Normally a dealership would have you come to their office, offer a drink and produce some numbers. I'm just awkwardly standing around. The salesman finally returns, phone in hand and gives me a lowball appraisal on my trade. I told him that I have already received three online appraisals and his was the worse. Carmax was the highest. He said go to Carmax and sell them your car and come back. What kind of salesperson tells you to go to the competition to sell your car? Don't you think they will try to sell you something also? I mentioned that there was some damage to the rear of the new Tundra. He said let me go speak to my sales manager. Once again, I'm waiting around awkwardly. It's been nearly an hour and 15 minutes total. He returns and says he can't adjust the trade value and they are not going to fix the damage. 81k MSRP on a new truck and you're going to sell it damaged? I pretty much at that point believed they may have had a buyer for the truck and was giving me the run around. Don't you think if that was the case, they should simply say there's an offer on it but let me try to find you another vehicle and see what we can do to improve your trade value? You know basic sales 101? I shook the salesman hand and left. It's ironic because it's impossible to leave a dealership without being gang tackled but at Centennial Toyota, I simply walked out. And when you do leave without buying, they tend to hound you by phone to get you to come back. Not a peep here, haven't heard from them since. I went to Toyota of Las Vegas the next day and purchased a new Tundra. I'll do their review shortly.

Yelp
We had a good experience buying a car here a few months back. It's far from our house, but when another Toyota dealership in town wasn't giving us what we needed to make a deal, we wanted to see what the competition could do. We were greeted right away when we arrived and immediately taken to test drive the car we were interested in. It was not exactly what I wanted, but of course the salesman tried his best to get us to buy it. Then when we all realized the exact car I wanted was on the lot (being test driven by someone else at the time) he bent over backwards to grab that car back as soon as they returned. They also had no problem giving me exactly what I asked for with my trade-in, which the other dealership said was "impossible" and told me to go to Carmax instead. Really appreciated that they made that easy on us. We ended up buying my new car that day when we didn't really intend to because the deal was exactly what we were looking for! The rest of the purchasing process was pretty painless honestly. The staff was all really friendly and helpful and it didn't take that long. It's too far away for me to use their service dept., but I'd definitely visit them again way down the line for a new vehicle!

Yelp
I absolutely recommend going to Centennial Toyota. Talk to Johnny Q or Jose Rosales. I needed to buy a car urgently. Jose made it possible. The payments were within my expectations. Price clarity was excellent, and the service I received was excellent. While waiting for the paperwork, there's a wide variety of free coffee to pass the time. The bathrooms are super clean. Thank you Jose and Johnny for your attention. I highly recommend it.

Yelp
Thank you Armando Estrada and the centennial Toyota team! I came in with a budget and list of must haves in mind and Armando was able to guide me in the right direction. He was very helpful, didn't try to push me for anything outside of my comfort zone and made the experience a breeze. I've had a couple bad experiences at other dealerships where I feel like I'm not heard and they will try to make me spend far beyond what I'm comfortable spending, but that was not the experience today and I couldn't be happier. You guys checked every box in my must haves list and I'm in love with my new purchase car! I will be referring all my family to Armando, you have earned a loyal customer!

Yelp
I've begrudgingly brought my Toyota Tacoma TRD sport to this service department one too many times now. $2100 for a 60,000 mile appointment. One of the "recommended services" was breakers I just had my brakes done on the last service 5k miles before and I'm a highway driver that seldomly has to use interstate 15 or heavy traffic on any of the highways. What enrages me the most is all of the services are recommended before they even pop the hood and look at the car. How many people do they get to put windshield fluid in their car for 100$. Or get an alignment when not needed. Bad business is bad business. My friends that are services advisors all laugh at this place for the practice of bad business they have. Toyota care is a joke don't pay for any extras do yourself a favor and take it anywhere but here.

Yelp
Guillermo Milan was an excellent salesmen. I love my new 24 Toyota Tacoma TRD off road !!! He was helpful and answered all my questions regarding this truck. He was understanding and didn't push anything on me that I wasn't comfortable with. I definitely recommend Guillermo to everyone ! I also was helped by Kevin Aviles in finance and he was awesome ! He also walked me through everything and made sure all my questions were answered. Kevin and Guillermo are the best people when buying a car. I loved my experience at Centennial Toyota

Yelp
I just got back from one of the most infuriating experiences while car shopping! Car shopping is a fun and exciting time but not at Centennial Toyota!! This happened on 12/7/24! Long story short, the salesman talked to me like I was an idiot and then argued with me because I didn't want to buy his 2021 Camry! I merely said I didn't want a 2021 Camry because I heard they had issues, mechanic friend. He wanted to know where I got my information and then proceeded to tell me that Toyota is one of the best brands and that I was wrong!! First of all everyone knows Toyota is reliable that's why I was at the fricken Toyota store! Second, there's a car lot full of cars! I'm sure there was something else I could have seen. My parents owned a used car lot before they passed so I am not an idiot when it comes to cars. I got out of the car and walked away, then he tried to offer me something else. I wanted to tell him, he could kiss my ass but I stayed professional. How dare you stereotype me as a fool. And try to take advantage of me! Shame on you Centennial Toyota! Your salesman is like a hawk looking for prey. Disgusting!

Yelp
The Service Dept is the slowest for oil change, and tire rotation. I quit going here. And since I live over 10 miles from the Dealership they won't give me a courtesy ride home. I won't buy, or lease from them again. David Wilson Toyota is quicker service, and they're closer from my home.

Yelp
Absolute dirtbags. These guys are the worst and bait switch. They advertise one price then they try to attack on another $10,000 and they don't even apologize for it. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this dealership as you can.

Yelp
I bought most of my vehicles at this place. Note: if you ever buy a new vehicle you might have to adjust the tires because the tires are over inflated. When I bought my 2024 RAV4 hybrid the tires had 57psi instead of 33 psi.

Yelp
Centennial Toyota is also known as keys automotive they are known for one of the biggest markup dealers in the western United States. They don't cut anybody deals basically even when you go to buy parts it's double or triple the price you can get it online from another Toyota dealership they make you feel like you have to buy a car when you go in there and make you think that's the best price they can do and they let you walk out the door and then they call you back and make you drive all the way back down there. I bought two cars from them and I wanted a third I had lined up to buy and they sold it out from under me without even telling me or calling me when they said they would they don't care about the customers they don't care about return customers all they care about is money they need to keep the lights on, but they have no loyalty to customers.... I have to go across town to buy parts or order them online from other Toyota dealerships because they're out of their mind charging triple the price for the same part so lucky to have them in my neighborhood yeah right

Yelp
I had the absolute worst experience at this Toyota dealership. I brought my Prius in to get a diagnosis done and it took over 4-5 days for them to communicate back to me. They told me it's going to cost $7,000 to replace my DCDC converter. I specifically dealt with Alex Ramirez from the service department and his nonchalant, rude, pushy attitude. When I told him I wasn't going to pay $7,000 to fix that part when I purchased the vehicle for only $3,500, he scoffed and told me "he just spent $3,000 at the Chevy dealership for his vehicle." As if that was supposed to manipulate me into paying the $7,000. Eventually I spoke to Jason Todd from relations and then James Hantl, the service manager. They were all completely rude over the phone and argumentative. Didn't want to work with me after all the shitty customer I received here. I ended up taking my vehicle to Hybrid Auto Repair on Cameron St and experienced amazing customer service from them! They fixed the part for less than $700. This dealership robs people, do not take your vehicles here! Not to mention, all of the salesmen are like vultures when you park in front to walk inside.

Yelp
I came in just to test drive a vehicle, but they were out of what I wanted. I ended up test driving a different one, and the sales person obviously tried to sell me on it. I was negotiating a deal for the certified used vehicle I drove, and told them what my dream term and cost per month would be. The sales person was great the whole time, and had to check with his boss (Javier) if it could work. His boss came back and offered a price similar, but a longer term with less interest. When I refused, because I don't absolutely need a vehicle right now, he started belittling me. Only way I would have bought one was on my terms. The deal I wanted was below MSRP for the car so he told me I didn't make any sense. He did the math on his calculator and acted confused/insulted. I kept telling them I could leave and save more money to afford it how I wanted, but he kept telling me he wanted my business; then continued to act like he was angry at me. It was very uncomfortable. I was trying to be reasonable and tell them I could just come back at a later date. I will never shop at this dealership again because of Javier's rude behavior.

Yelp
Purchasing a vehicle here is much more efficient than in Findlay Toyota! Cory is a great salesman and made sure to take care of all our needs during the purchasing process. Rob over in financing was very thorough and precise with the paperwork. Would come back to purchase a vehicle here in the future!

Yelp
Shout out to Patricia and Archie! Great customer service that will keep me coming back. I live in Henderson and Centennial is not my closest dealership but I don't mind the drive because I've always had excellent support from the team. Purchased my car in 2023 and needed information for the registration but finance was busy and sales had just opened. Patricia went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Thank you Patricia and Archie for your prompt response to my request.

Yelp
Great experience buying a vehicle with our sales person, Ramon, who helped us upgrade from a Jetta to a Bronco. Also had an awesome time with the finance manager, Kevin Archie!
