The storm of non-communication ended as the clouds parted and--out of the blue--an email from my Cento distributor stated my delayed product was available for pick-up.
Upon pick-up, I inspected product dates (okay), lot codes and country of production (Italy). All seemed good.
I moved to the kitchen and the product passed quality and taste. All is good.
Still I value communication...perhaps patience is key.
