We had the absolute best experience working with Nik and the Cento Percento team for our wedding. From the start, Nik just got it. He understood the kind of night we wanted — relaxed but special, great food without the fuss — and made it all happen so effortlessly that we didn’t have to think twice about a single thing. The food was, honestly, incredible. We heard from more than a few guests that they were the best meatballs they’ve ever had — which is saying something, coming from two big Italian families. The sandwiches were spot-on, presented beautifully for our event, and Nik made sure to accommodate every allergy and request with care. Everything was fresh, vibrant, and delicious. Even though it was a casual buffet-style service, it tasted more refined and professional than any sit-down wedding dinner we’ve had. For dessert, everyone was raving about Cousin John’s pastries — and these are Italians who know a good cannoli when they taste one. Most importantly, Nik surprised us by adding our favorite rainbow cookies from the bakery. That little detail meant so much to us — such a personal touch and the perfect way to end the night. What really stood out, though, was Nik himself. He wasn’t just our caterer — he was a calm, kind presence through the whole process. He coordinated seamlessly with our venue, offered advice before we even knew what to ask, and made sure everything ran smoothly without ever calling attention to it. We trusted him completely, and he more than delivered. We couldn’t have imagined a better meal or a better partner to help bring the night together. Cento Percento will always have a special place in our story — and we’ll be talking about those meatballs for a long time.

Hands Down Fantastic! Cento Percento was an awesome vendor at our wedding reception. Nik worked with us throughout the entire process, ensuring that we had the perfect menu. He was incredibly responsive and flexible. While we were not familiar with them when we began our planning, Nik made us completely confident that the menu would match the vibe of the reception, not to mention, taste great! The execution of service that Nik and his entire team provided was seamless. Our guests continue to comment on the wonderful quality, variety and flavor of the food. Working with Nik and his team was so easy and tasty. The food is impeccable along with their service. We had to have a special GF, vegan and no pork options for our wedding and Nik + team made all of our requests come to life without skimping on quality whatsoever. We heeded a lot of advice from Nik as he has been in the business for awhile now and everything he suggested we went with and it all worked out perfectly. Workin with Nik was seamless. He was so responsive and out going, he really made the whole process easy for us. There are no complaints and only praise for his food presentation and taste! Every one of our guest had something complimentary to say about how good the food was! You would be so lucky to be able to hire Cento Percento for your event.

Cento Percento catered an event I had this April. It rained, and still everything went off without any issue! They were wonderful to work with and were able to accommodate all of my requests! The food was also fantastic and I have heard nothing but rave reviews from all of my guests!

Main menu featured sandwiches on foccacia, reminded me of the popular place in Florence but this bread was way better. Soft and plentiful, made this bread lover super happy. I split the Spicy Pork and Johnny Boy with the fiance. Spicy pork was surprisingly not spicy at all, maybe they forgot to add the heat part but it had a tomato jam that was yum and made it unique. Johnny Boy combined all my favorite ingredients: prosciutto, pesto spread, and arugula. Both sandwiches tasted fresh and devoured quickly. Definitely would come back to try the other items on the menu.

Truly some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. You can tell the read is very freshly baked and the meat is very high quality. I had the Nonna Frances—the whipped pecorino and tomato jam *chef’s kiss*—and the From Florence With Love which had an amazing truffle cream. I topped things off with the La Dolce Vita which was spectacular. The walnuts with the Nutella and fluff was an amazing combination. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!

What a treat! I had no idea what Florentine sandwiches were until this gem! Beautiful focaccia, cheese, meats, and spreads literally overflowing from these sandwiches. Highly recommend, and highly enjoyed. Take a peak inside the truck too, you'll feel like you've stumbled upon a little Italian kitchen right on the street.

Met the owners at their shop at Royal Palms last week. These guys are grade-A top quality dudes. The food was fantastic - I picked up a suite of their sandwiches to share with a party we were having as well as the bean dip and burrata. We got to chatting and they sent us some items on the house, including some incredible desserts. Just some genuinely nice guys who are producing some top quality stuff and really know how to make a customer happy. 10/10 would recommend!
