Central Hotel Boutique

This hotel is charming and beautiful. There are only 11 rooms surrounding a beautiful courtyard, and each room is different. Elegant wallpaper, beautiful marble bathroom, bathrobe and slippers, and everything you would expect from a boutique luxury hotel. We were presented with a welcome cocktail upon arrival, which was a nice, personal, touch, and we enjoyed it in the sitting room. The dining room is excellent, and my only suggestions are that they should offer an English menu and some better wines by the glass. The hotel is perfectly located right off the plaza, but the rooms are perfectly quiet and you do not hear any noise. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is without a doubt one of the nicest hotels we have ever had the privilege of visiting. Happily we are here for 2 nights. We were able to have an early check in and the lady at the front desk obliged us by showing all the available rooms so we are super satisfied with our room that has lots of light and views of the beautiful church next door. We hear the church bells ringing. Peaceful and relaxing.

This hotel is amazing. Service is outstanding. We were treated like royalty. The food is amazing. The drinks are very good and creative Jamaica and sotol is very good make sure you order that. The rooms are modern and clean. The bathrooms are remodeled and modern even though this was a traditional chihuahua home. |Make sure to stay here - it’s a must !

This is the place to stay if you visit Chihuahua. Great location, amazing service, restaurant is 5⭐️ and rooms are comfortable, well appointed and so convenient. Central probably has the best food and drinks available in the area - cocktail mixology is fantastic and so is their breakfast, lunch and dinner. A must if you visit CUU. Central Hotel Boutique is by far the nicest hotel we’ve been to in Chihuahua! The building itself is gorgeous, dating back to the 1830s yet simultaneously having modern rooms. The patio and dining room are especially pretty. The location is also great, right in the Centro Histórico or historic downtown, next to museums, government buildings, beautiful churches, cafes and restaurants. But you don’t even necessarily need to visit many restaurants outside the hotel, because the onsite food and bar are excellent! The best part though was the friendly, helpful service. Sebastian, at the breakfast service, was especially great and helped make our stay even better. The bar tenders were also quite good, doing a great job of preparing both classic and original cocktails.

This is by far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in Chihuahua. The building and rooms are excellent, blending historic elegance (it dates back to the 1830s) with modern amenities. The location is even better, right in the historic center of the city. The food and drinks were quite good - we would especially recommend the poblano omelette. But best of all the staff were great, with Sebastian being especially helpful and friendly, making our stay even better!

The rooms are very grand , with a very large bathroom. They are very modern in an old building. The hotel is in a historic building and it has managed to retain the charm , the beds were comfortable and the staff were all very attentive. The food was tasty, but the menu was limited. If your breakfast is included it is a set menu, otherwise there is an a la carte menu.ours was served in the courtyard which was very pleasant

The overall experience was amazing! We stayed one night and it was worth it. The rooms are pristine and comfy, the amenities are amazing, beautiful hotel features like the courtyard and restrooms. It feels very much like an elegant historical stay!

Worst service in the restaurant. We waited 10 min to sit then they took our order and only some drinks came out. I have a 3 year old and so I ordered him a smoothie that I had to keep reminding the server and never got. I never got my bloody mary then the said they had no clamato. We waited 1 hour for our food and we ordered yogurt, Avacado toast eggs simple thing never came we got up and left. Manager never came to apologize. So upset it looks like a really nice place never will go back again. Do not recommend to go for brunch. They don't even have brunch. No waffles pancakes they seem to be out of a lot of stuff.

Best hotel ever. Everyone makes you feel right home, amazing service from everyone including front desk, housekeeping, waiters and bartender. We were given a delicious cocktail upon arrival. Everyone made sure we had everything we needed including extra towels and a steamer when we requested, they even offer to steam my gown and my husbands suit. Definitely try the chilaquiles and French toast. Also check out the terraza to have a drink and relax. So relaxing even though it's right in the middle of downtown. Will definitely be staying here again.
