Highly recommended, the staff has the best customer service we have ever received, super clean rooms and central areas. Beautiful area and building. The food as well matches in quality and flavor. Friendly managers and waiters as well. Plan on visiting again and staying here again. Staff members Josue and Sebastian gave us the best experience with hotel and accommodations.

The rooms are very grand , with a very large bathroom. They are very modern in an old building. The hotel is in a historic building and it has managed to retain the charm , the beds were comfortable and the staff were all very attentive. The food was tasty, but the menu was limited. If your breakfast is included it is a set menu, otherwise there is an a la carte menu.ours was served in the courtyard which was very pleasant

This is by far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in Chihuahua. The building and rooms are excellent, blending historic elegance (it dates back to the 1830s) with modern amenities. The location is even better, right in the historic center of the city. The food and drinks were quite good - we would especially recommend the poblano omelette. But best of all the staff were great, with Sebastian being especially helpful and friendly, making our stay even better!

Instagram raved about this bar located inside the boutique hotel, so we decided to give it a whirl. Even though the old Fashioned didn't have the classic orange peel or the Lombard cherry, it was delicious! My sister tried the Condesa, an american style Porter, which was also delicious! We wanted to try the food but had another engagement and left. I was hoping we could find this local beer at the liquor store, but I had no luck. It had a good ambiance and we enjoyed our time there.

We loved the place. It is unique and magical, the service and attention was wonderful, thanks so much to Kevin who was attentive to us and Captain Josue, ecxelent service all time. We loved the chilaca cream its so delicious. We hope to return again.

A little late but didn’t want to miss the opportunity on reviewing the hotel. Everyone was very friendly from the second we arrived. The room was clean, cozy and spacious. The location was excellent, we were able to walk to many stores. Sad we could only stay one night since we had to be in Monterrey the next day but the staff went above and beyond by having breakfast for us ready to go since we had a very early flight. My only disappointment was the drinks we had during dinner, they could have been better. Besides that we will definitely be back!

All of the staff are excellent and friendly. Reception, bar, restaurant, and cleaning staff were all very nice and helped with what ever we needed. ||The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. ||The hotel is old and beautiful. It’s a real gem in the city. ||The Restaurant. This place is VERY good. We ate here several times because the menu was very good and we couldn’t decide on a single item. The soup will be my new obsession because that is amazing. I don’t remember the names but they were such a great team. ||Can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s worth the visit.

The Central Hotel Boutique is such a nice place to stay! ||The building is over 100 years old and has been beautifully restored. We stayed in the Victor Hugo room and really loved the room layout and decoration. ||When we checked in, the hotel offered us a cocktail made from Chihuahua's sotol spirit (similar to tequila but different). The cocktail was amazing! ||The hotel is adjacent to the cathedral, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance to the hotel. ||The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel's restaurant is amazing! All of the dishes we had a breakfast and dinner were tasty and really unique. ||The courtyard area is a beautiful place to work, have a drink, or relax, both during the day and at night. ||I highly recommend this hotel! It's definitely my favorite hotel of 2024!

Worst service in the restaurant. We waited 10 min to sit then they took our order and only some drinks came out. I have a 3 year old and so I ordered him a smoothie that I had to keep reminding the server and never got. I never got my bloody mary then the said they had no clamato. We waited 1 hour for our food and we ordered yogurt, Avacado toast eggs simple thing never came we got up and left. Manager never came to apologize. So upset it looks like a really nice place never will go back again. Do not recommend to go for brunch. They don't even have brunch. No waffles pancakes they seem to be out of a lot of stuff.

Best hotel ever. Everyone makes you feel right home, amazing service from everyone including front desk, housekeeping, waiters and bartender. We were given a delicious cocktail upon arrival. Everyone made sure we had everything we needed including extra towels and a steamer when we requested, they even offer to steam my gown and my husbands suit. Definitely try the chilaquiles and French toast. Also check out the terraza to have a drink and relax. So relaxing even though it's right in the middle of downtown. Will definitely be staying here again.
