Google
Solid spot for hangouts, I was there for a quick bite and a drink after work meeting. The vibe is great and definitely cozy spot for gatherings. Drinks, beer tasted great, food was alright, nothing mind blowing but served its purpose.

Jeremy Go

Google
Absolutely fantastic experience! The drinks are supreme in both taste and presentation, and the service is impeccable. Beyond that, it's a great place to hang out, with an incredibly comfortable atmosphere and chairs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a top-notch outing.

Google
The wizard of Hopps is very good, as is the style points! I had also come to enjoy their pizza, as I had heard it is very good! But, because there was a food truck out front, they were not serving pizza. 😢 I drove all the way from Hell Michigan to check this place out. I also enjoyed the live music.

Bailey

Google
Very chill, laid back vibes. I loved the abundance of outdoor seating and how they had a large garage door that merged the indoors and outdoors. They had some really good locally sourced pizza and bomb brews. They specialize in sours and IPAs, which is super cool.

Google
Who would know that you would have a hidden craft beer gem in Wichita, KS? The brews I had here were all exceptional. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Wichita.

Benito Carrillo

Google
This place is very personable to me. The beers are always on point, some to the level of being unavailable. Which means, don’t sleep on their beers. A majority of people show their support and agree this is a very genuine place. Dogs are allowed to join owners in the succulent libations. Many collaborations from other breweries happen in the form of special events like Boogiedown. If I can’t convince you, please come down for your own experience. This has been a place that is near and dear to me. See for yourself. Try CSB!!

Google
This is the best brewery in The state of Kansas! Hands down. It is literally, the standard, that I hold any craft brew beer to. Wizard Wednesday is the best deal you can get on an amazing ipa! $3 a pour.

Jeff Salyer

Google
Best beer in Wichita. and that is saying a lot. So many great breweries here.

Yelp
Still the best craft brewery in ICT and this is my third visit over 5 years. I like that they vary their menu and not just offer the same core beers, and they have a good variety of types that should please every beer drinker in your party. I came here on Bingo night and it was wild and super crowded that I had to stand. The space is large and has a nice outside patio when good weather, and sometimes they have food trucks. Definitely worth visiting. I'll be back to validate the best of ICT on my next visit

Yelp
I work at a brewery in Tulsa and never forget to tell anyone if they're ever in Wichita to stop here. Great beer, great atmosphere, merch is cool, must stop.
google avatar

Yelp
Lemme tell you something. This place has one of the best gose beers I have ever had in my life. The Mango Pineapple Peach Yard Games is so good you could slap your grandma and she'd be ok with it. My wife doesn't really do sours and she even liked it.
google avatar

Yelp
Outstanding atmosphere inside and out. If you have a green thumb you will be impressed inside. Outside - nice and large picnic table seating area around the building. Service and locals were awesome, friendly, and engaging. I actually visited the brewery to try the beer AND the pizza promoted on their yelp page. The beer remains outstanding but the serve "local" personal sized pizza's that are not aligned with the photo's on the yelp reviews... I would encourage CSB to update to align with current offering... As noted, the pizza variance did not warrant a lower score IMHO. Plus, the pizza was not horrible, just not up to the expectation established through yelp prior to the visit.

Yelp
Great brewery in Wichita. You can't beat it. Great vibe, reasonable prices, cool spot. Came here for a music festival and really enjoyed myself. Everyone is fairly well behaved, having a good time. I'm not a big beer guy myself, but the I enjoyed the beers here.

Yelp
Always our go to third place in Wichita. All through the pandemic and beyond they're always there with fantastic brews and great service. The barstaff is to die for.

Yelp
Great venue, great music, great beer...and great tacos! Perfect location, highly recommend!

Yelp
I was in Wichita to visit and during that time they had a brewery/coffee trail thing going on. Central Standard was the first place that we checked out. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. CSB is in between warehouses/mechanics and some homes with a nice outdoor patio. We went inside there were a few folks already inside enjoying beers so the bartenders were free to answer questions. They had a decent line up of beers along with a sour and a sourish beer. After asking her what her preference was I went with one of their Fruited Goses and damn that was good! The service was great, sometimes at taprooms it can be a little beer snobbish but the bartenders here were eager to answer any questions and when I asked about have my beer packaged they were willing to go bother the packaging crew to see if it was available. I appreciated that effort but went with one of their other sours-which I've been told is one of their better ones. I guess I didn't know what to expect with Wichita breweries but CSB definitely set the tone both beer and service wise.

Yelp
We stopped on the way to Oklahoma City from Kansas city and were glad we did. Friendly staff and well made ipas and sours in a cool setting and they were dog friendly. We had the holiday fluff (sour) which was sweet and delicious , the wagyu double IPA which was solid and also a hoppy saison called space clouds. We also got some cans and cellared bottles to go which were well priced. We were a little hungry and got the jalapeno cream cheese pizza which had a nice sweet jammy touch to the right amount of spice. It would be enough for one hungry person but we split it. I'd definitely recommend CSB to anyone that appreciates craft beer and good people.

Yelp
Needed a place to relax briefly on a road trip from Texas to Nebraska. I really like this place and hope to stop here again. Really nice beer offerings something for everyone even the new beer drinker that prefers something sweeter. Everyone working that I encountered was super friendly. We got beer and each got a pizza and were happy with it. Sat out on the patio. They have a couple of picnic tables scattered around and it was perfect relaxing evening just what we needed before getting back on the road.

Yelp
This place is garbage. Owner gives super creepy vibes. Beer is substandard. Service is terrible. It's just a huge miss unless you're a dirty hipster, then you'll love it. Won't be returning.

Shelly P.

Yelp
Bling Blau is amazing! I wish they had it all year:). Cool atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seating makes this a awesome place to unwind.
google avatar

Christine S.

Yelp
The atmosphere is amazing. They have done a fantastic job bring the outside inside. I love the vintage furniture and all the health plants. The only reason this doesn't get more stars is because the beer selection is very limited.
google avatar

Rhonda W.

Yelp
Had the coconut coconut coconut beer which was delicious. They had a lot of different beers however only tried this one. Will have to go back for more.

Monica W.

Yelp
Stopped here after a long drive from Colorado. Great beer, pizza and atmosphere. Loved the outdoor space and relaxed environment. Had our dog and was great for him with all the petting and loving he received. Veggie and Hogjaw pizzas were delish. Had a seasonal beer. Great way to end our day.
google avatar

Yelp
One of my wife and mine favorite stop for a beer and chill to get away for a few. We always have a blast. They do rotate there beers so it doesn't get boring. They also have some food truck that stop by.
google avatar

Yelp
What a neat Brewery. The beers are good and a fun lively Atmosphere. I will be back. Fun atmosphere great wait staff.

Yelp
First time here today. Cool place. Lots of seating inside and outside. Monkey Claw IPA was excellent! Wish they had more food options here.
google avatar

Christina B.

Yelp
Love the vibes here. Very cute space, fun atmosphere to get a drink with friends. I loved the rose sangria.

Yelp
I'm a sore queen. I do not typically like hoppy beers; however, I have always liked sours. The sour that was on tap was the Bling Blau, which was a very pretty looking drink. (I laughed when my boyfriend ordered the same) The flavors were sweet more than sour in a very pleasing way. I wanted to drink another; however, unfortunately we ran out of time. If I didn't have to take a flight back to Indiana, I would have bought some to go; it was that good! The atmosphere is very industrial. There are multiple tables and high tops inside as well as some old couches. The outside patio is covered with a tent and then off to the side of the building are some picnic tables with some heaters for when it gets cooler outside. It sounds like they change their taps often so if I ever find myself in Wichita again, I will surely come back and try some new ones or just stick to my amazing and beautiful Bling Blau.

Yelp
Lovely brewery with diverse seating, friendly staff, and variety of games. Check out their Facebook page weekly to see which food truck is out front each day from 4/5-8pm. There is always a variety each week. They have a nice variety of staple beers with crisp refreshing flavors, as well are fresh new rotating taps. My favorite brew is the Strawberry Saison. Unfortunate they've ran out but they have promised to bring it back again in the future. For a nice crisp light refreshing summer/friendly beer, try the SunRa. If you like stouts, there is currently a peanut butter cup stout that tastes like peanut butter cup meets coffee meets beer. The atmosphere is casual, laid back, and inviting. Take a seat at the bar, on one of the couches, arm chairs, or eclectic tables and chairs. Self-serve Water station near the bar and bathrooms.
google avatar

Jared P.

Yelp
They have a large and open space that is industrial feeling yet somehow still very comfortable. Their patio is great when the weather is nice and regularly has a food truck there to grab a bite to eat. Their beers are phenomenal and they're always working on new and innovative ones. Usually when they release a new beer there's a line out the door. They also have some rad sangria for any folks who aren't exactly beer fans. But that's all they have as far as booze goes, so if you're wanting vodka or whiskey this isn't your spot. The hours are fairly limited but it's not too inconvenient. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer any questions. CSB has some of the coolest merchandise I've seen around, so grab a beanie or shirt. They also can their beer so you grab some to drink at home or gift to a friend.

Yelp
I'm visiting from Colorado and the beer group I'm in had this place highly recommended. It did not disappoint. I had no issues with the street parking and inside felt very open and welcoming. The old couches and chairs had very retro feeling that I enjoyed. It was great talking with Saul while enjoying some beers, he helped steer me in the right direction with my selection. Unfortunately no meals, but they do have snacks and food trucks regularly. If you're in Wichita, check this place out!

Yelp
Central Standard is an awesome place to meet family and friends for an outstanding glass of beer. The atmosphere is casual, babies and well behaved dogs seem to be welcome. The brewers and staff are friendly and very helpful if you have a beer question. As for the beers they brew, they are nothing short of exceptional. They have something for every taste. CSB brews some of the most creative beers in the area. I enjoyed a gose this afternoon we also had two different IPA's and a chili beer at our table, all of them were delicious.

Yelp
Another great local brewery you must try. Great beer offerings! Cute outdoor patio area with string lights, plenty of great seating, looking across to a nice park! Close to downtown, within walking distance of Douglas. But just on the outside enough that there's plenty of parking and it's not crowded by other buildings. Inside is very nice open design with tons of seating options. Staff was super friendly and took our order very fast! They also work with a lot of local food trucks! Take a look at their website or social media to see who's there! We went one evening when Flying Stove was there. What's better than delicious fries and out of this world burgers with a cold beer? Not much! Wichita is very lucky to have plenty of options for good local beer and amazing food trucks, CSB is the best bet to get both on most evenings. Definitely recommend them, for a date, meeting friends or groups, or taking just your dog on a walk and need a beer! (The patio must be dog friendly because there were a few - awesomeness ) Also spotted some Sangria! Very nice!

Yelp
Okay I'm in love. I'm from Kansas City and I found myself missing this place the other day. I myself am a sour beer drinker at heart. So this place was up my alley before we even arrived. AND THE GAMES! My cousin and I could play all night long. I believe I ordered the Louetta and loved it. Truly there's not much more I can say other than that I loved this beer and could have hung out there all night! There was a fun food truck outside and everybody was very nice. And dogs are allowed inside! It's also unique that they bottle a larger can of beer for you to take home or drink on the spot. One of the best breweries I've been to!
google avatar

Elle R.

Yelp
This place was great! The beer was delicious and the service was awesome! Being out of towners, we called ahead to ask if they served food. Tyson was extremely nice over the phone so we decided to give it a shot. The personal pizzas hit the spot, not the best pizza you'll ever eat but definitely worth the money. Tyson gave us great service, and even gave us some cool bars to hit up after the brewery. Oh and the beers were yummy. Definitely try the red cicada!
google avatar

Lucas E.

Yelp
Dope, retro vibes at CSB. Super hip, but not pretentious. Plenty of that Kansas midwest hospitality to be had! The beers are really excellent, lots of styles all executed with care & intention. Such a fun place to hang. Drink local!
google avatar

Patrick W.

Yelp
CSB is among the best breweries that I've ever been to. The outdoor space in the middle of the residential area is fantastic. The two beers that I tried, MPL Yard Games and Drop Top Caddy, were very good. I wish that I was in town longer so that I could go back. If I ever make it back, this will be a must stop for me. Also, they get bonus points for having a food truck out front.
google avatar

Yelp
If you don't know what summer in the winter tastes like, you should visit this place and ask for a Hindi P. Sabro and take gallon home!
google avatar

Drew D.

Yelp
One of our favorite spots in town. Incredible atmosphere & some of the best beer around. They are only open Thurs -Sun No real food just meat/cheese plate Food trucks are quite regular & delicious! Great patio & cigar friendly They have amazing beer, an IPA or two usually but mostly brew funky beers/saisons/sours. If you have an open mind you'll fit right in! Highly recommended!

Yelp
On the long (and boring) drive from Kansas City to Oklahoma City we made a stop over at Central Standard Brewing. I was hesitant, but as soon as we got parked and walked in I was SOLD. Fantastic bartenders, and even better beers. I had a few too many beers the night before, so went with something liter than I usually would have and got the Girlfriend beer. I don't drink many wheat beers anymore, but this was one of the best ones I had ever had! It was so good, I ended up buying a crowler of it on the spot to take home to my wife. They also had a catering company doing lunch, and I had some of the absolute best brisket nachos I have had in my entire life. The decor was different than any other brewery. It was like someone had gone through a 70's estate sale, and bought all their chairs and center pieces and matched them with modern industrial chairs and tables. A very cool concept that was perfectly executed. They had a great patio, were dog and kid friendly, and had plenty of space for our group to get a table. Thanks Central Standard! We will be back on every trip through Kansas!

Yelp
Cool, eclectic little joint. Definitely would be a better time when it's nice out and that patio is open. Pretty good beer but limited alcohol and food options available.

Kevin M.

Yelp
The place to be. Won the Hatch chill fest beer festival (iron chilli head 2022!). Ask for Megan! Love them.

Yelp
Probably the best brewery in the region. 100% for sure the best brewery in Wichita. Killer beer, especially if you are into Belgian styles, wild ales, sours, mixed fermentation etc... The diehard beer nerds will be in heaven. Lots of firsts going on here. First foeder in Wichita, first puncheon, first crowler machine. These folks are really putting in 100% effort into making this brewery the best and most badass. The decor and atmosphere are top notch. Lots of cozy vintage seating, couches etc... Amazing bar design to belly up to for a few brews. Cool regional art adorning the walls, and kitschy tchotchke's on the table. Brew house is in full view and if you get there early enough on a weekday you might even catch the crew hard at work brewing delicious elixirs! The smell of the grains is great! The huge garage doors open to a great patio in a quiet neighborhood complete with string lights, giant jenga and picnic tables. Bike friendly, and even the occasional mans-best-friend is welcome! CSB (as the cool kids call it) offers light snacks including meat and cheese trays to share, and an in-house blend of "party mix." Most evenings there is a food truck outside to provide more substantial offerings. Don't show up expecting a lot of "Bud Lite" substitutes, CSB is into full flavor and complexity. But don't worry, from the "Girlfriend" on the lighter end, to "Keef Richards" coconut porter on the dark end -- CSB has plenty of variety. For the non-beer drinker there is sangria (on tap!,) or a fruit-fizz non-alcoholic soda, also made in-house. Staff is insanely friendly and knowledgable, you can feel their passion for craft beer. The brewers love to tell you about their latest creation and tip one back with their patrons at the same time. If you love beer, then you will love love love Central Standard Brewing. Very highly recommended!

Yelp
Love this brewery!! I have two growlers that I bring with me every time we visit. The aroma is for those of us that love craft beer. The atmosphere is so laid back and inviting. The staff is usually the same and always eager to serve. They are always kind and fun! It's a must stop place when I'm in town. Love their sours and IPAs.
google avatar

Ryan K.

Yelp
Attended their soft opening and was blown away at how wonderfully executed the night went. You would assume a high paid stage director organized the stream of the evening, but it was just some very passionate owners and staff! Beer was fantastic along with the complimentary hor dourves. As the evening ensued, two very large glass paneled garage doors lifted above our heads becoming the ceiling inside. The patio area became exposed and scenery was endless. Contemporary picnic tables add a humble and warmth that create comfort. They create the comfort of speaking to others on a completely random note. I have always had great experiences and love visiting for the beer and experience.
google avatar

Sanaz M.

Yelp
This place is a random find. I was lucky my friend introduced it to me. It was relax and great atmosphere and we had a lot fun socializing. They have a huge jinga board to play. On nicer nights they open the doors.

Jada H.

Yelp
This is my favorite brewery in Wichita. It has a relaxed atmosphere. The workers are friendly and give great suggestions. The sours are always fun to try.
google avatar

Manny M.

Yelp
My wife introduced me to this place and it really is a nice change up on the normal place to meet up with friends. Just keep in mind their hours! I think their open wed- Sunday and close at midnight every night their open. They do every so often put on great events where it can get crowded. From time to time when I am here we have played their games and met new people. Some people even bring their dogs with them. There is a handful of parking around the area so drive around a bit and you will find something. Great place to chill and hang hope you discover it's greatness like I have.
google avatar

Tyler S.

Yelp
There are a few places for a great Sunday funday In Wichita but you should definitely put this fine establishment on your list. Always amazing service and tasty beverages! Their souvenirs are great too!
google avatar

Tom L.

Yelp
This might be my new favorite brewery in town. I like IPAs and all, but it is also nice to have some variety. Their imperial stout was great and you can even get a 40oz can you go if you want (well, for any of the beers, not just the imperial). Their blueberry gose was also really nice for a warm afternoon and I'm not generally a huge sour beer person. Everything I've tried there so far has been worth it. Extra props for the food truck out front and a really nice indoor-outdoor combined space.
google avatar

Susan F.

Yelp
Who knew Wichita could have such a cool Brewery. LOVED the decor. Very good beer too. A great place for hometown and visiting beer drinkers alike! Just needs some pizza or other good beer-snacks food.
google avatar

Tom L.

Yelp
CSB makes quality beers- they always hit the target on whatever style they are aiming for. My favorite is The Wizard, an IPA with grapefruit and pine notes. Girlfriend is a refreshing hoppy wheat. They make sours and goses too. The atmosphere is relaxed. I've seen patrons of all ages. Dog friendly. A great place!

Bill J.

Yelp
This brewery is the best brewery in Wichita, KS hands down. I love how the workers recognize me everytime I come in, I'm always fascinated with what's new on their menu. I can't help but enjoy the environment, very diverse group of people. This is definitely a hipster place to hang around and chill, the fashion people wear reminds me of my hometown Los Angeles. You see different kinds of people here and it's so good to see. But my mind was blown when I saw hipsters around, I never thought I'd run into people like that in Wichita. Great place to mingle around too, especially if there's barely any seats. HOWEVER, out of all of the breweries in Wichita. This place is definitely the best out of all of them but there's one thing that sets me back along with my relatives that I bring here when they're in Wichita.. this place gives you the "beer runs" like it's so bad! I can't help it but run to the bathroom every 15-20 minutes. After every run to the bathroom to release my beer shit, It's worth it in my eyes.. So fair warning/advice to my fellow Wichitans that have this issue, grab yourself a water with your beer. It doesn't stop the problem, but it eases it a lot. I wouldn't take a hot girl here on a first date.. only because of this reason. With all of that being said, cheers folks!

Jenny H.

Yelp
We love this place! Some of the best beer we've tried. I am not a fan of sours at all, but I tried the Double Vanity and loved it so much I bought 12 cans to take back to California with me. Evan, our bar tender was awesome! If we ever get the chance to come back to Wichita, we are definitely stopping by Central Standard Brewing.
google avatar

Jake R.

Yelp
This place is one of the coolest spots in Wichita. Enjoy the beer, the patio and the people. The vibe is great, good music always. Food trucks for food. Get here and enjoy.

Yelp
2015 introduced two new breweries to the Wichita area, and now we can finally claim to have a brewing scene just like most other cities of a moderately large size. While each brewery has their charms, Central Standard is the best, and it's because of the sour bacteria that finds its way into many of its beers. So many breweries stick to the standards - an IPA, a hefeweizen, a brown ale - but CSB started from the beginning brewing nuanced and flavorful sour beers that went well beyond the norm. Within a year of opening, they've bottled their first beer (limited release), and brewed a collaboration with Odell, not to mention becoming fully ensconced within the local Wichita brew scene (I maintain that their Sour Hatch Kid was the best beer at Johnson's Hatch Chile Festival last year). Not only do they brew beyond the norm, their location is unparalleled. They did good fighting the neighborhood to renovate that old warehouse across from Hyde Park, because sitting on the patio on a warm night, a food truck slinging grub on the curb or the grill fired up, live music playing inside amid the crappy 50's furniture, you might have a hard time believing you're in Wichita. CSB's success is no secret, and it's unfortunately the worst part about the place. Visit on a weekend night that's offering music or a special event and you'll be lucky to find a place to sit after muscling your way to the bartenders. For a more enjoyable experience, visit around noontime, grab a little lunch, and enjoy a well-rounded beer amid the sounds of this sleepy neighborhood in the Design District.

Yelp
Super hipster/trying too hard. Loud atmosphere, beers had WAAY too much going on with every beer. Limited options on cans//bottles. Great patio to come to on your bike or with your dog.
