"Last year, new owners have taken over Centro, the popular ristorante in Hampton Bays. They’ve kept the quality and generous portions in such Southern classics as clams oreganata; pork and veal meatballs; sausage pizza (with or without gluten-free crust); seafood linguini in a spicy pomodoro; chicken Milanese; and veal Sorrentino." - Beth Landman
"There is a longtime love affair with Italian food in the Hamptons, but even the most well-heeled diners have been balking at high prices. Head a little west to Hampton Bays and costs are a bit gentler at this popular spot where a large chunk of wild salmon is $35; and shrimp Francese with parmesan risotto or veal sorrentino with prosciutto, mozzarella and eggplant are each $39. Sunday nights are particularly fun, when a pianist croons to Sinatra tunes." - Beth Landman
I went to Centro after getting hungry from a quick errand run with my siblings and it was the smartest decision we made. We love Italian food so it was a no brainer and on the plus side the place is so chic yet so classy. The service was great our waiter was kind and attentive. Gosh and the food was sooo yummy!!! Since the three of us love sharing we decided to get different meals and share the food. Each plate had a unique and delicious taste. On top of that my siblings and I all love a little sweet treat so we agreed to split the tiramisu dessert. It was heaven sent no joke, it came with chocolate and vanilla gelato on the side like how much yummier can it get!!! My tummy was so full I could deadass take a nap right then and there!!! I loved my time at Centro and we are for sure going back.

First time at Centro. Best way to describe the food was love on a plate. The owner uses local farm ingredients and his grandmother’s recipes to give us all the experience that he has with his family. My husband and I loved every minute and morsel.
Live music was a lovely touch. Beautiful music but not so loud that it interfered with our conversation. Our waitress was also just wonderful. Highly recommend!

Tried the newly owned Centro for the first time recently and was amazed with the wonderful changes made! The menu is more appealing, the prices much more reasonable, and the service was spectacular! GREAT drinks, GREAT food; looking forward to coming back and trying more!

The food was excellent, great portions and cooked perfectly, the cheese board was a bit lower quality then expected but the Cesar salad, Chicken Parmesan and cannolis were fantastic. The only complaint was that the music was too loud and we had to ask twice before it was lowered. Otherwise 5/5

The general atmosphere of this beautiful restaurant is like none i have experienced in a while. Living out on the east end of Long Island does isolate people from quality and tasty food. Coming to Centro was a a random decision i made but i sincerely wish i had made that decision sooner. Seeing the depth of the wine cellar and bar area of Centro pleased me with its own character and aesthetic. I Ordered the Shrimp Frances particularly and i wish i had tried that too sooner. If you want great food and good service with a good budget come to Centro.

Great food, atmosphere and service! I went with a pretty big group and we were seated promptly according to our reservation; and all of our needs were accommodated. Everyone enjoyed the appetizers, drinks and entrees, will definitely return, and highly recommend checking them out! The staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly as well..

Sat at a table near the bar and got the happy hour specials - i got 3 chicken parm sliders for $12 that were out of this world. amazing flavors and beautiful presentations of the food. chill music was playing that i was bopping my head to. Jack and Furkan were so attentive and great conversationalists. 10/10 lunch

Yelp
The Centro 336 Restaurant in the Hamptons offers an impressive menu of delectable dishes. The cauliflower pizza and spicy rigatoni are standout favorites, but truly any item you order will be outstanding. Complementing the exceptional cuisine is the friendly, attentive service that makes for a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.

Yelp
I'm driven past this place for years finally came with my brother-in-law and I wasn't disappointed. The place was packed. Italian fair with a lot of specials definitely on the pricier side, but the food was delicious.

Yelp
Food was horrible, waited 2 hours for our food, no flavor. I never add salt to my food. I asked for a salt shaker and the salt wouldn't come out so I opened it. Almost lost my cookies. This place is gross. One of the worst we have ever had

Yelp
Not very impressive since the changeover in management. Dining area is very sterile and lacks energy. Food is meh. Hopefully they find a groove in coming months and improve things a bit.

Yelp
Same space. Similar but reduced menu. Good food. Service is slow and the vibe is not what is used to be. All good things come to an end.

Yelp
Seems like a newer place but really an amazing experience. Staff was friendly and the food was delicious.
