A Midtown favorite for seasonal small plates and craft drinks, Centro brings a metropolitan energy to Reno’s tapas scene. Edible Reno-Tahoe recommends it for shareable plates, a strong bar program, and a convivial back patio.

Without a doubt the best food and drink in Reno. Chef Travis is both skilled and brave in his ideas and execution. The rest of the staff is the cream of the service industry in northern Nevada. I have been to Centro dozens of times and have never once found anything to complain about.

A phenomenal experience! Food was amazing and the service was even better! We are in town for my best friends bachelor party and Erin was amazing! She was super friendly, had great recommendations and even have the staff write a personalized card for the groom. If you are looking for a nice date or to have a party, make sure to check out Centro!

This place is incredible, one of my favorite restaurants in Reno hands down. The drinks were top notch, and the food was outstanding. Every dish we ordered had bold and unique flavors that had us wanting to try more. The food was brought out quick which made trying numerous plates convenient. Centro stepped up the food game in Reno, give it a shot you will not be disappointed.

Amazing place. A must see and eat! Chef Travis has a great place, great menu, amazing staff, cool artwork, and great vibes. The bartender Dean recommended checking out Virginia City which we did.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely phenomenal. We may have accidentally ordered the entire menu—and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Every dish was bold, beautifully plated, and bursting with flavor. The ribs? Melt-in-your-mouth. The pork belly? Perfectly crispy and rich. Corvina? Delicate and divine. Two espresso martinis (perfection) and every dessert later, we were in a full-blown flavor coma—in the best possible way. Cocktails are next level, the tapas-style service keeps the energy fun and social, and the ambiance hits that perfect sweet spot between upscale and relaxed. Centro is a gem in Reno. If you know, you know. If you don’t—go. Highly recommend.

A small plate restaurant in Mid Town across the street from the Nevada Museum of Art. It’s quaint with outdoor patio dining. The service is very good but the small plate dishes are excellent. I had an evening out at the Nevada Art Museum then over to Centro for a light dinner. My evening was perfect. The food and service here are exceptional.

Found this little gem when our snowboarding plans got cancelled by the 2023 Spring blizzard. Intimate restaurant with an open kitchen (sit at the bar to admire the chefs at work). Fair prices for the portion. 4-6 dishes for a party of two would be a good amount to share. Would definitely come back for the burrata salad that is more than meets that eye and the NY strip that has a creative combination of flavours.

Excellent food with a creative menu. It’s billed as Spanish tapas, and it obviously is based on the idea, but this is not your traditional restaurant. Chef is brave with the different combinations. Everything we tried was great. I thought the tomato and burrata was served a little too cold for my preference. The ice for cocktails is perfect. A little bit noisy inside, but not too bad. Nice outdoor seating with heat lamps too.
