Most of their outlets were closed down post Covid and this is the only outlet available now across New York. Spanning across 4 floors, they still hold a very decent amount of branded and luxury fashion goods - from sunglasses, jackets, handbags, to shoes, jeans and undergarments. Designs and sizes will vary according to availability and what you see is also depending on your luck. Grab what you can once you have your eyes on it as you never know if that will be the last piece ever. Stall was well-organized generally and staff was helpful.

I finally got around to visiting this reopened location back in the spring of this year, and I was a bit underwhelmed at first since the permanently closed location in Bay Ridge was my absolute favorite store and I still mourn that store to this very day. I revisited this location again recently to give it another chance, and I was amazed at how much more this store has to offer now since my last visit. The racks have more of the designer brands that I normally buy, and to me, the prices are very reasonable in spite of what other reviewers are saying. The store isn't too crowded and everything looks well organized. I know the owners are slowly trying to recapture the essence of what this landmark store was prior to COVID, but it will take some time, and I know they will get there again. The only complaint I have is that I neither work or live closeby otherwise I would make a habit of coming here every week like I did at the old Bay Ridge location.

Susan (Accessories Dept) provided outstanding customer service! She assisted me in this ending gloves on a brutally of old January morning! First time in the store, it's now on my must visit list. Highly recommend! Store was neat, clean and organized!

Came back to this place after years of Century 21 Stores being out of business and it wasn’t the same experience I had when all locations were open. Now, Century 21 leans on more luxury items then what was sold before, making it hard for the regular Joe to purchase some clothing that’s on the low end and good quality. I went here for some cologne as well and I was disappointed with their limited options. I also went to the bathroom here and there was a shit storm. Literally. Shit all over the toilets, stalls walls and floors. It was gross man. I understand that it wasn’t the staff that shit everywhere but at least close the bathroom. But my rating wasn’t because of this.

One of my favorite places in NYC. I could spend hours here! I see many customers from Europe. It’s so difficult to find places in the States where you can wear high-end fashion brands, but it’s still a great place for fashion lovers!

I'm glad they open again so I'm able to take my cousin to shop for discount cloth with a good deal. We went to many floors. I thought my cousin will be more interested in buying perfume but he just focusing on sport shoes but he took long time to design what he wants to buy here, LOL.

I was very excited when this opened last month. They are still work in progress i guess. They only have 3 floors now and home and living floor is no more. Not much discount also. And not all the luxury brands are there which used to be there. The bags section looks good. The store is very organized

Great place to get discounts items. Much more band names items than other two discount shops
