This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's adorable and definitely instagram-worthy once you trek downstairs. We stopped by for some sweet treats this past weekend, and appreciated the clean and inviting setting, with various sections adorned with cereal-related decor and quotes, including a game room. My bf got the butter beer which had a strong butterscotch flavor that he enjoyed.
I opted for the cocoa pebbles milkshake, which didn't seem to have the right proportions of chocolate flavor and ingredients. It was topped off with a full sized chocolate cupcake, a mini brownie, and a whole ice cream sandwich, as well as an overload of whipped cream, I scooped it off the top and the pile was more than half the size of the cup.
The real disappointment was simply the chocolate flavor of the milkshake itself which was pretty weak, even when mixed with bits of grinded cocoa pebbles. Superficially it was over the top with an abundance of sweetness, too much if you ask me, but it was lacking in what matters most, the taste of the dessert beverage. It wasn't terrible, still drinkable, but it wasn't good value based on quality and cost IMO.
Service was standard and sufficient. The rap music playing in the background was not very pleasant or fitting for the environment. And the women's restroom had three stalls total, two with "out of order" signs, and the other had no paper products (toilet paper, toilet seat covers... nothing) on a Sunday afternoon.
