Ceresio 7 has elevated unreasonable pricing to an art form. Charging 90 euros for a single day pass is not just excessive—it is blatantly exploitative. This gym charges more for one day than the most exclusive facilities in Switzerland or Luxembourg charge for a full month. That alone should tell you everything about the business model: maximum revenue extraction, minimum respect for customers. Any gym that claims to support health while simultaneously pricing out the vast majority of people is contradicting its own supposed mission. Fitness should be accessible, not a luxury reserved for those willing to tolerate absurd financial demands. The front desk experience was equally unacceptable. The receptionists displayed no charm, no professionalism, and no ability—or willingness—to create a welcoming environment. In a gym positioning itself at a so-called premium level, the reception team should embody the ethos of the space: energized, service-focused, and aligned with the brand. Instead, they communicated indifference, impatience, and a complete lack of investment in the client experience. If the reception team appears this unmotivated at such a high-priced facility, it raises serious questions about internal culture. They act like employees just waiting out the day rather than representatives of a premium fitness brand. And when customer service collapses, no amount of décor or marketing can compensate. Ceresio 7 fails on pricing, fails on service, and fails on delivering the experience it claims to offer. There is no justification for the cost, the attitude, or the overall disregard for potential clients. Avoid it.

The best gym in town. The price is absolutely reasonable because you can come to enjoy the facilities every day ! Big gym space, friendly staff, pool, sauna. Gym also gifted me the bag and bottle (I purchased 6 months membership!) amazing thing that you can book classes for the next day only (before 24 hours) so none of the classes are booked , you just need to be quick ! Super satisfied with everything, highly recommend this place.

Vibe 10/10, machines 9/10 could be a bit more equipment especially for hip thrusts as big soft boxes, location 10/10, bathrooms and changing rooms have everything you might need and are clean, aesthetic, haven't been to the spa but next time will visit definitely!

10/10 facial + spa experience! We were able to access the spa up to 1 hour prior to our facials - utilizing the sauna & cold plunge was a great way to begin the experience. Giulia provided the most incredible facial I have ever experienced. It was the best combination of lymphatic drainage and the great effects of the biologique recherche products. I would highly recommend!

I have an experience in this gym for almost 2 years. The gym has a lot of potential but falls short in several crucial areas. While the gym has top of the line machines and dedicated personal trainers, its management and attention to basic amenities left much to be desired. One of the most frustrating issues is the consistent shortage of towels. The clients actually pay for the convenience of having towels readily available, but the gym frequently runs out of them. Having towels is part of the clients membership. The condition of bathrooms is disappointing. The sinks and the soap holders are rusted, poorly cleaned and falling apart.considering the very high monthly price these issues are particularly disappointing . Clients should feel that they are receiving value for their money. The management needs to be committed to value the customers and address these issues because the gym does have the potential to become a great gym.

Price: - 2170€ /yearly - 320€ /monthly - 80€ /day pass + 160€ registration fee / year (discounted to 100€ ) Very hard to get prices. Requires to be in the gym. Very little transparency when it come to plans.

This gym closed during Covid and when they re-opened they said my membership was finished (I still had 9 months left). But if I paid for a full new year I could get 6 months back. So they are basically black mailing their members into paying another €2000 for staying. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.
