Yelp
Well I got to say twice I have been sighted for parking on the street at night this is like the third time I am a retired navy pilot that was injured in the Iraq war deemed totally disabled I have a placard permantly hanging on my rear view mirror but I am required to take pictures of my placard and truck I'm disabled I can walk but it it tough. So I came to the solution the city doesn't give a damn about the disabled community be aware !!!

Yelp
the City of Cerritos website is not secure so I would rather not go there. Hope they will see this concern. The gutters that wrap around Pioneer Villas are constantly flowing with water from the sprinklers. The cul-de-sac of Eberle has a home whose sprinklers shoot water into the street. We are in a severe drought and it seems there is no Cerritos city department that cares to make a difference.

Yelp
Public Works pulls answers out their asses. Basically. I was told that as a resident of Cerritos I can pull an encroachment permit and it would be cheaper than if the contractor pulled it. Well the lady at the desk said that didn't matter it was going to be $200 but the paperwork she gave me clearly states that contractors would be charged $570 and she said I couldn't pull the permit the contractor would have to do it . Just wasting my time. Getting different answers from different people over the same thing.
