Managed to get a booking on the same day we wanted to go which was great. Very quick service and lovely staff - for starters we ordered the octopus and mozzarella fritters which were amazing however quickly went cold as the entrance was left open all night. For mains, we ordered the truffle ravioli and spicy rigatoni pasta which were both excellent and the truffle wasn’t too overpowering which was great! Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Paris and I would go back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My boyfriend and I visited César in March for our anniversary, and it was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The restaurant has such a nice, intimate vibe, dim lighting, a little seductive, but still warm and inviting. It feels upscale yet comfortable, like a place you actually want to linger. Our waiter, Slim, was incredible. I’ve never had customer service like his, genuine, attentive, and just on another level. He made us feel like regulars even though it was our first time there. Honestly, he was one of the highlights of our trip, and we kept talking about how great he was long after we left. And the food? Amazing. Their Caesar salad is top-tier, and the pasta was some of the best we’ve had. Everything was so fresh and full of flavor that we couldn’t stop thinking about it. It was so good that before we left Paris, we made sure to go back one more time, not just for the food, but for the service too. That says everything. Next time we’re in Paris, César is our first stop.

César Paris was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped in, the staff's warm hospitality set the tone for an exceptional experience. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and every request was met with a genuine smile. The food was a masterpiece of flavors, showcasing the perfect blend of traditional Italian cuisine with a modern twist. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted as incredible as it looked. The attention to detail, both in the food and the service, was truly outstanding. César Paris is a vibe. I cannot wait to return.Highly recommended!

Google
We went here to celebrate a birthday and had a lovely evening. The food was absolutely incredible, I would really recommend the truffle pasta as it was one of the best I’ve ever had! Also the burrata with tomato’s was absolutely incredible and tasted really fresh. Service was good but they didn’t have an allergens menu for my friend despite it saying on their menu they do. However they catered for my friend with a gluten free pasta. Music was really good and the restaurant was a good vibe. Tables are a little close together but it’s a busy place so I can see why. Would really recommend for a nice dinner

Bad! It's probably the worst restaurant I’ve been to. Someone said in one of the previous reviews that this restaurant is a scam, I think it describes it best. It’s a place that looks like a restaurant, pretends to be a restaurant, have welcoming staff, but when you are in, they serve you less than mediocre food and drinks. Food is not nicely presented, slopped on a plate, and in my opinion, not that fresh and not of good quality or taste. The interior of the restaurant is old and tired looking and dare say not clean. I ordered an espresso martini cocktail for EUR 20. It was nicely presented but tasted sickly sweet, kahlua watered down with water and sugar with no taste of alcohol whatsoever. I was embarrassed to return it. My daughter ordered penne Stella for EUR 35 (penne pasta from a pack flambéed with cognac on a Parmesan cheeses wheel) mainly for the experience as it says on the menu it’s cooked infront of you - this did not happen. The waiter at the flambé/ Parmesan wheel station stood away from our clear sight and at a good distance from our table. We mentioned it to our serving waiter but did nothing about it.

Came on a Fridat night during the Olympics and we were seated right away. The service was great, waiters and host were friendly and great. They spoke English as well. Food was delicious and service was great in my opinion. I would highly recommend

Google
When I visited Cesar, the staff could not do enough for us and our server was delightful. He would always ask us for drinks and not rush us for our food order. And also accommodated us when we got there early. He even went as far as to bring us a taster of the truffle pasta which we debated getting. I had the lobster pasta and it was incredible, my only point was I went on a Thursday and it wasn’t that busy so maybe a Friday or a Saturday would be better for more of a buzz.

Yelp
We had the best experience at Cesar. We came in as walk ins after visiting the Arc de Triomphe. We got seated right away and the restaurant was relatively empty. They have a mural of all the major celebrities that have visited the place - which I thought was cool. We loved the infused oil that came with the bread. It was spicy and delicious. The pizza and pasta were amazing. The drinks were also delicious and the staff was attentive and kind. The chocolate mousse was also very yummy. All in all I would visit Cesar again the next time I'm in Paris.

Yelp
The damn Kardashians got me! I saw this restaurant on their show and since i had a trip planned i decided to check it out and see what the fuss is about. Y'all when i tell you that their bread and chili oil was the best thing to ever hit my taste buds. I am drooling now just thinking about it! we got so full on the damn bread that by the time our food arrived we were stuffed. When you add on that we were just running around champagne france drinking and were eating this amazing bread it just was chefs kiss to a perfect paris trip. My husband ordered a past and i got the margherita pizza and we annihilated everything! The music is bumping, servers are attentive, drinks are great. It is honestly a vibe so I can see why celebrities love it. I would totally recommend a stop here on any paris trip!

Yelp
First off I'm here in Paris on Christmas with family for the first time. They were so excited to go here for dinner. Well we did not have a good experience. Now I'm very understanding of being overwhelmed during a holiday however I don't feel this was the case. We waited for about 20 min for the server to come over. He was attending to every table except ours. He provided every table with bread when he finally came over to us after we ordered beverages. I finally asked for for bread for our table. We received our food about 25 mins later after ordering. During that time he didn't come to check on us,asked if we needed anything nothing. When he bought out our food he took my daughter's plate while she was still eating her bread leaving her holding the bread and not plate again he checked on every table but ours during the entire sitting. I then asked for a manager. I was told it was a woman however she never came to our table she actually just walked right by our table. I then asked for the bill. We paid the bill and also tipped because that's just how we are. After all said and done I went to the woman and man and asked for their names she didn't provided her name and he said his name was Antwa I think that's how you say it. He then asked was there a problem and I said yes your service is horrible and he said oh well and walked away. I may add we were the only ones that were African American. It was highly embarrassing, disappointing and unprofessional. I will never patronize this establishment again and I hope no one has to go through what we went through especially on Christmas with family

Yelp
After seeing this place all over my TikTok, I decided to visit, and now I understand why it's loved by many celebrities! The pasta and pizza are truly delicious, and I enjoyed the ambiance. I would definitely visit again.

Yelp
Our hotel concierge suggested we try Cesar and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was great, and the wait staff was very friendly and accommodating especially since we don't speak French. The food was very good. We started off with fried mozzarella and for the entree, my wife had pasta bolognese, my son order pasta Stella (kind of like an Alfredo sauce) and I had veal with mushroom cream sauce. All were very good. The size of the servings were not small but not the size us Americans are used to having in the 'States. We finished off our dining with pistachio ice cream for my son, my wife has tiramisu and I had the chocolate cake. My son loved the ice cream. My wife really enjoyed the tiramisu which is a high compliment as she is discerning. The chocolate cake was exceptional; the cake was a bit like a "lava cake" but the chocolate sauce was thick and rich and different from the cake which made it all the more pleasurable. One last thing was the bill, Paris is expensive and Cesar's was no exception. However, we felt it was worth it and would go back again. Thanks, Cesar!

Lisa L.

Yelp
It was excellent! My son and I both really enjoyed our meals. We had the Caesar salad, he had the spicy rigatoni, and I had the ravioli with the black truffle cream sauce. The sauce is one of the best sauces I have ever had! I forget the name of the dessert but I think it was some kind of chocolate cake. It was very good!

Ella W.

Yelp
The vibe was great everyone was friendly! The service was very accommodating and the food was everything I asked for. They had pop music and it paired well with the food.

Yelp
If you want mid food and ZERO customer service this is the place to go! We ordered 2 appetizers and both were absolute misses. (Burrata & Tuna TarTar) The truffle raviolis were good. The margarita pizza was just okay. The lack of service was so poor my entire area was aggravated trying to get attention from ANY server at all. While the energy was fun and only got better as it got later, if I wasn't going in a LARGE group, I would not go back.

Yelp
Food was horrible here. This place is overrated. I did not like anything that I ordered at all of the service was OK.

Yelp
Really like the food here! Great service as well! Dinner with a view. Restaurant is very crowded at night with all the celebs!

Yelp
After a full day excursion we were dropped off in the Arc de Triomphe area (Wagram Avenue) and found this place. We didn't have reservations but was seated right away. We sat there for about 15 minutes nobody acknowledged us and I had to wave down the host and he motioned for me to wait. A few more minutes went by (I think about 5) our server finally came and by then we knew what wanted. I ordered the Linguini Vongole (clam linguini), a glass of sauternes and my husband had the pizza italianissi. My linguini came in a tied up plastic bag where they cut the top open when it arrived at my table. Good flavoring with plenty of clams. My husband said his pizza was okay and was mushy towards the middle that it was hard to pick up and eat. I would've given this place two stars but since my linguine was good I gave them an extra one. Otherwise, this place is a little stuck up and expensive.

Dorothy L.

Yelp
Absolutely wonderful! Thank you for making my daughter, Grace's, birthday amazing! Food, staff, hospitality was outstanding.

Meghan L.

Yelp
This place is your average tourist trap. They likely pay celebrities to dine there and advertise them because I could not find one good thing to say about their food or service. Our server (don't remember her name but it was a young woman with very curly hair) was unbelievably rude when I asked her a question about the food. She responded with a huge attitude from the jump as if she was irritated I was even asking a question. I don't know if these workers are underpaid and overworked or what because if you're advertising yourself to be a high end restaurant your service should also reflect that. I wouldn't go back or recommend this place. You'll likely be underwhelmed with the food and disappointed with the service.

Yelp
The food and ambience were amazing but even more special was the service that Julian and Jamal gave us. They made our lunch the absolute best! Very special and memorable. Thank you Julian and Jamal (also thank Chef Zero for us ;)

Yelp
I travel frequently to Paris whenever I have free time. I've been everywhere from exclusive restaurants to cafes to street vendors. I am aware of and appreciate the culture. I first saw this restaurant posted on social medial and decided I would try it out on my next trip. I dined there this evening and it was absolutely subpar. The restaurant boasts 'fancy attire' but in actuality the patrons were in jeans and sneakers and even the wait staff were in sneakers. I felt wholly overdressed. The drinking glasses and carafe were dirty. The mirrors on the wall were were also dirty and looked as if they hadn't been wiped in days and the plates were chipped. The meal in itself was average... nothing stands out. Quite frankly it was tasteless and a bit bland. As mentioned Ive been all over France multiple times and this just wasn't usual. But that wasn't the biggest issue. The issue that concerns me was the glass that I found in my cocktail at the end of the evening. We had already paid the bill and informed the wait staff. They offered me a complimentary shot from the bar. I kindly declined. At that point I just wanted to leave. I think this restaurant spends too much time attracting and catering to celebrities which in itself isn't bad if that's your restaurants mission. However one shouldn't forget the regular clientele. They shouldn't forget those who presumably got them were they are today. Do better Cesar and get back to basics. It doesn't take much to clean before you open. To double check food and drinks for safety so even regular patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Yelp
Service was 5/5 - waiter Marco was very entertaining, enthusiastic, and engaging. Accommodated dairy allergy and special requests. Appetizer artichoke salad was delicious. Linguine in lobster bisque was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had - gave a healthy portion of lobster as well as pasta. Played great music and had a great atmosphere. Fantastic location close to Arc de Triomphe.

Yelp
Our meals were good. It was a bit too crowded and noisy but we still had a good time. The service was correct but could feel a little favoritism for the regulars and more influential customers. The waiters were still kind. Overall it was nice.

Yelp
If I could give Zero stars I would. If you like fine dining this is not it!!! This place acts as if it's a club. They do not honor reservations and they have a line for you to wait in to get in. They do not care that you have a reservation you will wait in line as if you don't have one. Then they will allow anyone that is friends with staff enter before you. The worse experience I've had in Paris. Do not believe the reviews!! This place is low class

Robin F.

Yelp
Music very loud and RAPi. Don't visit if you are over 50! Food was pretty good , but nothing special. It's Paris. Cute girls don't make the food better.
google avatar

Ngoc L.

Yelp
This place seems to be popin all the time! Was here on a Monday night and it was tough getting in without a reservation!! I was lucky enough to be seated right away Bc it was just me and my sister! But afterward, it seems there was a 45mins wait for dinner! I would say the place had a nice loung-y vibe that's good for 2-3rd dates. But nothing intimate, music is super loud and overly stuffed with people. steak with fries. -okay, nothing spectacular Clam linguini -the clam was perfectly sauced, but the linguini was a bit harden, I don't think they were cooks all the way. Services - 7/10

Maria M.

Yelp
BEST PIZZA!!!!! Order the Italianissima pizza & thank me later :) The ceasar salad was also incredible. Aperol Spritz to drink added an incredible spice to this already outstanding meal.

Yelp
Last meal before hearing back to NY. Not what I expected Disappointed in service, found hair in my wife's pasta, extra charges for everything: water, mozzarella. Please be advised, this is a very expensive restaurant with not the best service. Also, had flies on the wall. Everywhere!!! However, food was ok. It's your average tourist trap next to Arc De Triump. I recommend Samesa Italian which is not to fat. Awesome food, good service and descent price. Plus feels more homely.

Anna E.

Yelp
Honestly this had to be my favorite restaurant in Paris! I loved the food, sucks I couldn't eat it all but everything was super yummy. Only thing they need to change is the MUSIC. Super depressing. They need to either get a DJ or just have a better dance / happy playlist.

Armelle K.

Yelp
Tres bon restaurant italien, le risotto a la truffe est délicieux, le porn star martini eat le meilleur que j'ai bu a Paris, super ambiance et tres bon service

Eva H.

Yelp
The place was super fun and loud. We went twice second time was definitely better. The food is AMAZING! It's a must, there is a smaller restaurant called "Maria" which is basically the same food but smaller and way more quiet. Both amazing. I would recommend the pesto pasta and the meatballs.
google avatar

Yaacov E.

Yelp
Classic Tourist trap, high prices and average food. I have ordered the seafood risotto which was a special dish that day and despite the fact it was average and the fact it was partially heated by microwave they charged 32 euros for it. The rest was as average as the risotto... Would not recommend going there!
google avatar

Pietro T.

Yelp
Lunch visit Smell from downstairs bathrooms pervaded dining area Service mediocre Food average -pretty garlicky Hygiene alert- watched waiters take unused bread off tables and put in basket that is used for other customers that came in later#ecoli Avoid
google avatar

Ann W.

Yelp
As I am writing this review, I'm dreaming about the seafood linguine that I won't be able to get in the states. So good! It was fresh except the mussels. Every thing was cooked just right. octopus was not too chewy, wished there was another scallop, and the shrimp was good. Not too much tomato sauce. I want more!!!
google avatar

Jim H.

Yelp
Bad service-Server acted like we were bothering him. It appears this place caters to locals and not visitors. Veal dish was mediocre at best and they didn't bring the promised pasta with it. My wife's chicken brochettes were good. Server (who I believe was the manager) went out of his way to inform me that the tip wasn't included in the overpriced bill. Tacky.
google avatar

Heather J.

Yelp
The food is amazing, service (almost) impeccable (one server was top-notch; the other just decent), great music (dance) and ambiance. Very lively with lots of beautiful people. I guess I just don't give it 5 stars because I feel anonymous; I prefer the attention and affection of smaller restaurant owners.

Scott M.

Yelp
We came to this restaurant because of the recommendation of the Cartier salesman. What a treat! This place was absolutely exquisite. I'm not sure why it has such poor reviews. The ravioli was the best I've ever had. Better than in Rome! The service was also stellar. I highly recommend this place.
google avatar

Frank L.

Yelp
We thoroughly enjoyed our dishes - Bruschetta - Quattro stagione pizza - gnocchi with a creamy Gorgonzola sauce The restaurant staff were excellent (originally from Italy), it helped we spoke both French and Italian, so they enjoyed our company. The food and wine prices are reasonable, decor was modern, great staff, and nicely located walking distance to the arch de triumph. They also do take out, and there were lots of orders being delivered.
google avatar

Francis A.

Yelp
The place is nice. Small and cozy, the food overall is not that great, specially if youve been to Italy and know the flavors. Wine list is fine, also the appetizers, pizza and desserts. Staff is friendly and service is fast.

Susan B.

Yelp
We had a lovely lunch with waiter sadeek. Booked diner the next evening with him. When we arrived there wAs lots of internal fighting among wait staff. My interpretation is he was taking money from other waiters. Head waiter insisted on waiting on us. Service fast and abrupt. Made us crazy. Food can be good but the grandma who owns the place needs to put someone in-charge who is not so bullish. I hate this was our last dining experience in Paris.

Maria V H.

Yelp
Terrible service. We were treated very poorly from the moment we entered the restaurant. The server was so arrogant and more interested in walking around with his head in the air. He took our order after a long time and kept talking to others in between. Had to ask for our drinks several times and part of our food. Would NOT recommend this place. Food was just mediocre.
google avatar

Raymond T.

Yelp
Good solid Italian food with excellent service. This place was close to where we were staying so we tried it on a lark. Started with the buffalo mozzarella and tomato appetizer which was a substantial amount of fresh moz. The table had the calamari, veal Parmesan and margarita pizza all of which were very good. Calamari was not greasy and lightly breaded. Veal was tender with a thin slice of prosciutto on it which was new but very good. Desserts of lemon tart, panna cotta and tiramisu were all above average. Would have liked to have seen a more extensive wine list but that's my only gripe. Service was efficient and polite...
google avatar

Paul L.

Yelp
Solid Italian food. Good service. I almost always stop in for a meal when I'm in Paris. Been going there for 8 years.

Jennifer H.

Yelp
Our dinner was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The ravioli with truffle sauce is highly recommended. The waiters are friendly and speak good English. In a very cute part of Paris. The restaurant itself is small and cozy.

Jm J.

Yelp
Every time I have been eating there I have never been disappointed. The waiters are very welcoming and professional. The pizzas are very good, so are the pasta! You definitely can trust this place to have an enjoyable dinner!

Joan E.

Yelp
Pizza ok. Way overcharged for a 1/2 bottle of wine. Tried to scam us and told us tip was not included in total which isn't true in Paris. Actually harassed us about it 3 times. Wouldn't go again.

Diana K.

Yelp
Restaurant is centrally located. Food is good, not great. Service is adequate, not overly friendly if you are a tourist. They continue their scam of telling you service is not included, when their menu clearly states service is included. Recommend that if you charge your dinner, just charge the food and leave a minimal cash tip!!
google avatar

Michael H.

Yelp
Just happened by this place during an afternoon stroll and checked out the menu. It looked really good so I went in a made reservations for 8 at 8pm. They did not even take my name but said No problem!! Came back at 8pm with my party and they remembered me, greeted us warmly and showed us to our table. They then proceeded to put pizza down on the table for free to welcome us and began to take our drink order. The wine was very reasonably priced and delicious and the food was spectacular. Being from Boston where we have the North End I know italian food. This place can hold its own anywhere!!! Our server was nice, the tempo was relaxed between courses. We had a birthday so they brought out a dessert with quite a candle show and sang happy birthday to my Mother. At the end of the meal was lemoncello on the house for all. I could not have been happier with the meal and the pricing was great for anywhere let alone Paris. Well done at Cesar. I will be back on the next trip to Paris.
