The Best Breakfast Tacos and Burritos in Dallas | Eater Dallas

"Have a craving for breakfast tacos, but it’s 3 a.m.? Go to Cesar’s Tacos in Oak Cliff. This 24/7 taco stand has been open since 1996 and still serves what may be the most affordable option in town: A 99-cent chorizo and egg or potato and eggs. Even at $1.20 on flour, it’s a steal. There are also options like barbacoa or trompo tacos. This may be the only place in Dallas where one can get Oreos and pineapple agua frescas in the same order." - Henry James Ferry

I asked por gorditas doradas.. de chicharon.. the chicharon came out soft, the gordita came out soft.. and they charge more for gorditas Dorados.. been many places, they are far better.. this Ceasars tacos location always drop the ball on delivery .. wrong orders, missing orders.. last time I'll buy here. #15 =$12.50 plus Dorado plus jarritos drink.. $20.50 not anymore.

Dining is small but comfortable, I generally do takeout anyhow. Do keep in mind, there is no public restroom, so make sure you go pee before you go.

This place was MUY DELICIOSA! We had been craving some authentic Mexican food since we don't live with our parents anymore, so if your missing some good Mexican food; this is the spot to go. The person comes out to your car and takes your order, which was REALLY convenient, it didn't take long at all to get our food! It was definitely worth the price! I would say my only complaint is how "simple" the menu is, a little more detail on what comes the items would be nice but other than that it was delicious!

Fast service, but the desebrada tacos was flavorless, the bistek was the only ones, that I liked. No, I won’t be coming back. I’ll be exploring the surroundings instead.

Had never tried this place , the tacos were good and the fried gorditas with picadillo were delicious!

Definitely not very fresh cilantro. As u can see I found lots of very nasty inedible pieces. Very small tacos too. Not what I expected for more than $9. Not coming back.

First time here and I decided on chicken fajita tacos, it was before lunch hours and I guess the fajita seasoned chicken wasn't ready. After telling her it was my first time there, she gave me a sample of the regular chicken and it was good. I ended up ordering 2 regular chicken tacos and they gave me 3. Very sweet service and very great street tacos, green sauce was awesome and spicy the way I love it... Definitely going back.

It’s been years since I’ve eaten at this place and today reminded me why. The meat wasn’t chopped properly it was long and stringy and had a weird taste, horrible quality meat, the salsa was watery and our nachos were nothing but corn chips, a couple pieces of meat and many many spoons of sour cream, if I wanted to eat sour cream I would of went and bought some. Now I know why this was the only taco spot on a Friday night that was empty. Food went to trash, my only regret was paying 35$ for disgusting food.
