We ordered 4 dishes and 2 of them were duds and 2 were above average. The 2 duds: the seafood stew was a tomato based and nothing special. The squid were a little chewy indicative of being over cooked. The mussels were disgusting, having a strong pungent flavor, suggesting these mussels were already dead. The meat was also torn. I tasted 2 and spit it out, not wanting to get sick. The salmon was cooked right and tender, clams were clams. I had in mind that what I was getting was a Ligurian bouillabaisse like when I was in Italy, but this WS nothing of the sort. My son had a seafood linguini and the only difference I can taste was one was a soup and the other other a sauce. The veal ravioli bolognaise was delicious. The sauce was very meaty and the filling had hints of coriander and something else. I wasn’t thrilled about the pasta as I felt it was too thick and doughy. Thin would have been my preference. The special of the day was lobster linguini and it was a tomato basil sauce. It was decent with a decent amount of lobster chunks. Overall, it was 50/50 and I probably won’t be returning.

We had our wedding at Cesco in June 2021 and could not have been happier. It exceeded all expectations. Elaine was a joy to work with and anticipated all our needs. She worked seamlessly with our florist. Food and service was fabulous!! It was a perfect day!!

Great atmosphere and service. Old style Italian. Tasty. Quality. Pippin' hot, but salty and sauces are heavy. Nice wine list

I ordered the lamb with veggies and lentils. The meat was perfectly cooked and the food came out in a timely fashion. I also ordered two drinks. The first was the cescopolitan which was a bit of a heavy pour and tasted more of vodka than I would have liked. Then the second drink I ordered was a margarita which was much better! It might depend on the bartender or just the drink, but the food was great!

Cesco is back in full swing. A big thanks to Raffi and Flaco for welcoming me back after such a long time with delicious food and a perfect gibson. And Trio Caliente is back playing every Friday! Come get your dancing shoes on!

Great Florence Italian food, unfortunately closed at the end of Feb. 2022 because of the chef's retirement.

Horrible service! We encountered the 6 issues below on Mother's Day. I sent an email to the restaurant and what I received back were essentially non-answers. When I wrote back to request a refund on two dishes that looked and tasted like it was old and sitting out, I received no response. When booking the reservation, they promised a lot, but when we arrived they did not delivered. Will never return. Don't waste your time or money. Issues Encountered: 1. We made reservations for outdoor dining. When we arrived we were told it wasn't an option because it was cold/windy although it really wasn't windy at all, and we were fine with dining outside. We ate inside in a semi-private space , but when we left, we saw that there were many guests dining outside. That was frustrating. 2. When I made the reservation I was assured that there would be a kids menu. When I asked for a kids menu I was told there wasn't one. When I pushed back, one was brought to our table. Almost all the diners their had kids in their party, so I found it hard to believe that there wouldn't be a kids menu available. 3. Two guests in our party ordered the beef crepe. It was terrible and we should have sent it back. It looked like it was old and microwaved . 4. Our server did not check on us during our meal, not once. Luckily other staff members came by to refill water and such, so any requests were made through them. 5. We experienced issues with the menu as 2 members of our party received a menu that noted "Valentines 2020" which had very different food items listed than what was being served for Mother's Day which caused confusion. 6. We were not offered dessert or anything additional. At that point we were ready to just leave.

Went there for Valentine's day, so it was a fixed menu. The bread wasn't the best but the food overall was pretty good. Their pasta appetizer with lobster had good flavor. The rockfish was very tasty, and the desserts were just right. It was a pricey meal, but was of good quality.
