Where to Find the Best Breakfast Sandwiches in Miami | Eater Miami

"A day of shopping at the Shops at Merrick Park is made better at this cafe with a energizing quick breakfast bite like the “Egg Focaccia” made with three eggs, bacon, Manchego, tomato, and avocado, a baguette tostada, or the “Egg Croissanwich,” a combination of eggs, bacon, Swiss cheese, or tomatoes. A variety of crepes is also offered, along with green smoothies and skinny juices like the “Beet Goes On,” a blend of orange, carrot, beet, spinach, and lemon." - Juliana Accioly

Oui! D'accord! C'est Bon! It IS good. Really cool cafe with a twist in that it's got a large assortment of fresh vegetable juices/smoothies for those who are more health conscious than the more decadent baked in house treats. Imad, the manager greeted me with a hearty, hospitable greeting not usually encountered around these parts lol. Really cool location on the second floor of Merrick Park. Chicken Empanada coulda used a lil more seasoning. Very cool place well worth visiting!

Nice looking restaurant in a beautiful establishment. Unfortunately, the food was absolutely abysmal. I wouldn’t mind paying the high prices charged if the food was just okay, given how nice the environment is. But the food wasn’t even okay, it was actively BAD. The coffee was watered down, the quiche had an off putting flavor, the meat “kibby” was stale. Only the fresh squeezed orange juice was good (duh). There’s gotta be another over-priced establishment nearby that will serve something that’s at least edible. I’ll never come back here again unless it’s for orange juice or a Diet Coke. BAD. Gave it 2 stars because the cashier was nice.

I just had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. There were seven people working with only one person in front of me and it still took over 10 minutes for them to make a basic iced latte. This was because two of the individuals working were more interested in chatting with one another, one individual was more focused on watching another person use the juicer machine, while two people were in the back just standing around. Only one gentleman was filling orders and actually doing his job. Additionally, and most concerning of all, one young lady was eating on the counter where they are supposed to prepare food, which is highly unsanitary. When I finally got my coffee, I asked the gentleman who was actually working if I could speak with a manager and he said that there wasn’t one in site. Overall, it was an abysmal experience.

Our next family food adventure take us to C'est Bon located inside Merrick Park in Coral Gables with a category of 4.1 and more than 234 reviews. We come to eat some snacks to continue walking around the Merrick Park and we make the stop in this place a little coffe shop, the decoration is ok for this kind cafeteria. Service was normal nothing impressive, I order two drinks and one of them I have to return because I only water and the new one delicious and Latte looks like capuchino cuban very dark coffe but I don't want to return back again, but the desserts we order was exquisite. Recommend place.

Nice place to visit while you shop for a quick coffee and a snack. Not very busy, around 11 and the orders come out quick. However, they do not have any high chairs. Completely missing the mark on that one seeing there is a kids studio and lots of kids stores at the mall.

What the hell is going on with the glass that makes pastries look bigger?!! When we got our orders they were so much smaller. $4 for a tiny tiny empanada. Needless to say we are not coming back. Head over to any other bakery and get plenty of items for $30 not 2!
