Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant Review - Downtown Orlando - Orlando - The Infatuation

"Ceviche is a downtown tapas spot that’s a great place to start a night out. There’s a long bar, which is ideal if you’re on a date or out with a friend, and if you’re with a group, the large restaurant includes tables of just about every size imaginable. The menu includes a variety of tapas, along with things like paella, ceviche, and pitchers of sangria. They also host live music and flamenco shows regularly, so if you want to simplify your night by going straight from dinner to dancing on a stage without leaving the building, you can do that at Ceviche, just hope no one has their phone out." - Maddy Zollo Rusbosin

Google
The server provided decent service. I found the prices to be somewhat higher than expected for the portion sizes and quality. The ceviche was a disappointment, with several chewy parts that are unusual for this dish. The octopus was overcooked, and the cod balls were primarily potato with only tiny pieces of cod. The churros, however, were good, offering a generous serving. Unfortunately, the hostess's demeanor was quite disappointing, as she was rude and unwelcoming, creating a less-than-ideal first impression.

Top notch! Loved the food and atmosphere, service with a smile is the cherry on top. Most tender octopus I've had. The mussels sauce is simple divine. Oysters were so so.

Wow! Why haven’t we came sooner?? This will be a regular stop for us for now on! Hands-down, this is the perfect date place. The lighting was done was beautiful and well your choice sitting outside on the beautiful patio or inside. I would first start with a regular picture of the sangria. Never had sangria, green and red apples. I think that’s what apart Appetizers we had brussels sprouts and bread with pesto we got the lamb chops skirt steak and the short ribs all of that came out to under $100. The plates came out one by one and it was perfect timing. We literally cannot wait to go back. Since it was our first time there our server which I am so sorry I cannot remember her name, but she was perfect. She explained everything to us, even though everything was in a different language. She gave us detailed information on each plate and gave us great recommendations. If you’re hesitating on coming here, please do not. Every single person in your family has a wide variety to choose from even if they are vegetarian. Make a reservation now.

Ahh!, the old Ceviche in a new location. Still remember going to dance to the one in High Park in Tampa, or in the basement of the old Ponce de Leon hotel . The menu use to be bigger, but this one is ok and everything tasted was very good and not boring. Portions are Spanish portions that are bigger than tapas. Charcuterie, meats, seafood are excellent. Service is very friendly. Filled with young chic people, reason for which is loud and vibrant. They do have to train servers better his to serve wines, food, and drinks, and to know the menu better. One of the best wine list for a restaurant of this class. Libations are also great. A fun, fun place to go. They do can improve in the reservation process. A 4.3. As an extra note if you are a fan of the series “ Gossip Girl” you don’t need to watch it anymore if you seat in this bar. We learn from girls showing up even if not invited to the birthday party, the guy that is now intimate with the sister of the previous girlfriend, or the one that cannot be intimate. Drunk guys crying for the ex girlfriend, and much , much more. The Socialite!

Great Tapas bar. The setting is clean and modern. The service was very fast and friendly. Everything we ate was delicious. Not very kid friendly, but a great place for a date. The view outside of the marina is charming and it is a great place to people watch

First time in Saint Petersburg, went to another restaurant the wait was too long. I was with my 87 year old hungry mom. Just a few steps more, I saw this restaurant named Ceviche (I’m from South America) and saw a long line but moving very quickly. We went in. What a wonderful experience this was. Service is top notch. Our server Sofie C. was great. She suggested delicious options. The food turned out excellent. We ordered 5 different food options (portions are not big). My two favorite the Corvina ceviche and the grilled salmon. The Gallego Octopus was good too. We finished with a cappuccino and a tres leches cake. Prices are reasonable for the area. Worth stopping by. Highly recommended

Google
The tapas were good, but I was a little confused because the tapas in Spain are small plates around 5” and here they are midsized plates around 9” averaging $15 per plate. The food was good but a bit pricey and drinks were good. The bartender was nice to work with us to create drinks we wanted if it wasn’t on the menu. Tapas are a bit pricey but I get it bc it’s the nice strip of stores in town so real estate is not cheap. And the restaurant is beautiful with indoor and outdoor seating. I loved the bull painting. So colorful. The bathroom is nice too. Staff are great and accommodating. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Came here to celebrate my son’s birthday. The menu had something for everyone and every dish we had was well constructed and balanced. There is both patio and inside seating, patio is great for people watching and scenic in the evening. We arrived on a Friday night with no reservations and had a table within 5 minutes. Food came out very fast and everything was accurate. Valet parking for $10 right in front, make sure to get your ticket validated! My favorite was the lamb and octopus! So happy I found this place during our trip, I would definitely return!

Yelp
OK so Ceviche is AMAZING. Let's just start with that. I feel that at most Tapas restaurants that the plates are so small that it's hard to justify spending the money, but Ceviche has great portions with food that is basically perfect. The Patatas Bravas were decadent, the Pork Belly Skewers were perfectly salty and had a great meat-bone ratio and the Chimichurri Lamb Chops were absolutely the star of the show- so juicy, so zesty and so satisfying. The service and vibe went hand-in-hand: fun, lively, fast and experiential.

Yelp
Lovely atmosphere and attentive staff! We got a sparkling wine to pair with our tapas. Pan - the bread was warm and the pesto tasted really good on the bread! I like the herby flavor. Patatas Bravas - a little spicy. Potatoes absorbed all that creamy spicy aioli flavor. Championed al Jerez - I like the variety of mushrooms in this! Manchego Croquetas - the jam was the star! I couldn't get enough of the sweet jam to put on my croquettes.

Yelp
First time trying out this restaurant and here's my opinion: Ambiance can go from casual to formal (if you wish) Our server was a nice advanced aged lady. She was great & attentive. For starters, I had the Iberian Oysters, they were okay, not the best quality. Then I got the Barcelona Bellini to wash that down, that was pretty good drink! Then hubby and I ordered Spanish pork ribs, lamb, and picanha, crossing my fingers it will taste good.. and yes, it did! The picanha & the lamb was perfectly seasoned. Picanha was perfectly medium rare and the Lamb was perfectly medium. The ribs were so soft, it almost falls off the bone! Kudos to chef and the back of the house for making yummy food! Was not a fan of the patatas bravas though. I thought maybe it was just a bit too much of the spicy aioli and a bit over powering. Overall, 8/10 would would recommend and hopefully able to come back here again!

Yelp
The food, atmosphere, & service were superb! They have outdoor dining as well as indoors. We ordered a ceviche, steak with mushrooms & chimichurri, paella, and croquettes. Everything was so good! This is located in a great location just downtown of St. Petersburg. I highly recommend it and will be going back. Yes, it's a little pricey, but you get quality all around so it's worth it!

Yelp
Excellent restaurant! This is the first time I've ever tried tapas in America and they were pretty solid - obviously not like the Spanish ones but still really good! This restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating. We chose to sit outdoor which was pretty nice. Service as also good. As far as the food I must say it was quite delicious. We selected pork, lamb, beef and oysters. Basically had every animal on their menu lol. Their meat was seasoned perfectly as it was so gentle to your taste buds. Additionally, it was super tender and literally melts in your mouth. I've had patata bravas in Barcelona and they taste extremely different from the ones here but still not bad. Overall, this was a great restaurant to dine. The food is excellent as is the location!

Yelp
Food good, service excellent, ambience excellent. Seafood paella and branzino and grilled octopus loved. 2 of 3 of us loved the cold tomato soup. Tuna tartare okay, abit heavy on the coconut milk, I added fresh lime and it made it very good. Toast that came with hard as a rock. tres leche for dessert was okay, not as light and fresh as I have had other places. Big enough to share though and presentation beautiful.

Yelp
After walking past this place a few times, I finally gave it a try and I will be coming back! All the seafood was cooked perfectly. Our favorite was definitely the squid ceviche as it was so tender and bright. The scallops were next up and melted in our mouths. The sangria went down easily and was very refreshing. Once we ordered, the food started to show up soon after. We sat inside this time but next time I'd try the nice outdoor area on a cooler day.

Yelp
Wow! I'm still thinking about my meal here over 2 weeks later...came to Ceviche with a large group, which was awesome for sharing dishes. Ceviche's menu has a lot of unique items that you can't get at other places in St. Petersburg. For me, highlights included the crispy potatoes which were smothered in a smoky eggplant sauce, the marinated snapper crudo, tuna tartare and stuffed red peppers. The cocktail menu was innovative and funky and had lots of fun drink options. Are they a little pricy? Yes. Do I care? No. Would 100% recommend this place and would 100% come back.

Yelp
If you're looking for a place that truly celebrates Spanish cuisine, this is it. The star of the show was the Paella. I can confidently say it was the best I've ever eaten. The texture was perfectly cooked, with a delightful balance of flavors that danced on my palate. The generous amount of meats included was impressive and cooked to perfection. Just wow! The sangria was the perfect complement to the meal--refreshing and delicious, it had just the right balance of sweetness and fruitiness. I could drink it all day! We also tried the croquetas, which were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside--pure bliss! The papas bravas were a fun twist on traditional potatoes, loaded with flavors that kept me wanting more. And the octopus ceviche was tender and seasoned just right, making it a highlight of our tapas experience. The ambiance is fun, warm and inviting, with attentive staff who genuinely care about your dining experience. I can't recommend Ceviche Tapas enough!

Yelp
Oh gosh. To sum this place up in one word - yum. I don't know if the review needs any more than that, but I promise yum encapsulates the food we've had here. And it's a tapas bar too, which is 100% my vibe. The best thing about tapas is that I absolutely don't know where the limit is. Is it 2? Is it 3? No clue but my rule is the more the better! Went back twice while I was in the area because the food was genuinely so good! But as their namesake goes, their star is 100% the ceviche. I got the salmon on my first round there, and it's hands down my favorite. Bright, just citrus-y enough, and fresh. The corvina ceviche was also pretty good, but the salmon is still hands down my favorite. Service was wonderful, and super quick. And the ambiance was perfect. Place was absolutely gorgeous. Perfect for brunch with your friends or perfect for date night! If you're ever in the area this place is 100% worth the try.

Yelp
We had a great time and delicious food this past Friday. We enjoyed our tapas of salmon, mussels, steak and meatballs. It's was lively and busy! Nice to see and the lights were still up! Enjoy!

Yelp
My companion and I decided to go to Ceviche for dinner as we had not been there in a while and it was a special occasion. We went on a Tuesday night at 6 o'clock, and were able to get a table for two with no problem. The hostess met us at the door and immediately showed us to our table. The waitress approached and took our drink order. We ordered a bottle of cava, and knew that we would be ordering the gazpacho, queso de Cabra, and a third, as yet undetermined, dish. The waitress was very efficient and took our order with a smile. This is a lovely well appointed restaurant with a very attentive staff. It is not too noisy, and the tables are not too tight. Our cava arrived quickly and was deliciously dry. The gazpacho followed shortly thereafter and was exactly as we remembered. A lovely deep tomato flavor with a nice acidic bite. Very refreshing - the essence of summer. The iberico Belotta showed up shortly thereafter and was as you would expect. Much more flavorful than the Jambon Serrano. Salty, meaty goodness. The queso de Cabra came quickly, as it does in a tapas restaurant. We knew that this would be the centerpiece of our meal as it is always delicious. Hard to go wrong with goat cheese and a spicy romesco sauce. This is a delicious dish and should be ordered along with anything else. We finished our meal with an order of the meatballs, and we're very pleased with their texture, flavor, and presentation. All of the dishes were tomato-sauce based but oh so different. We finished our meal with the Basque cheesecake and the iced espresso cocktail. The Basque cheesecake was very light and not heavy like a New York cheesecake. We were delightfully surprised at how airy it was. The iced espresso cocktail was delicious and went down quickly. It's pretty strong. This is one of our favorite places to eat in St. Petersburg and I'm surprised I haven't reviewed it until now. Over the last three years they have been consistently delicious with fair prices and a very nice attentive staff. We had returned from Barcelona few years back and we're surprised that Ceviche's dishes were so much more flavorful than any food that we experienced Spain. Now, if we could just get them to add fideua to the menu.

Yelp
We recently dined at Ceviche Tapas Bar, and it was an extraordinary experience. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening (especially the outdoor tables) The snapper ceviche was a highlight--fresh, zesty, and impeccably seasoned. The tender snapper, marinated in citrus juices, was like nothing I've ever had. A must-try dish! For dessert, we had the churros (not pictured), which were the best I've ever had. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and perfectly paired with rich chocolate dipping sauce. If you want to feel like you've stepped into Spain, come to Ceviche! Definitely one of my staples when I travel to St. Petersburg now.

Yelp
Sangria and tapas? Say less! So we went here really just because their Sangria was highly reviewed, honestly I agree with those reviews! We went with the higher end of the two and it certainly was worth the few extra bucks. Nice and boozy and sweet! The whole pitcher went down far too easy! The tapas were delicious and the ceviche was certainly good enough to put it as the name of the place! Our waiter Jarrod was a very charismatic guy and was very knowledgeable about the menu, giving us insight on fan favorites as well as his own. Thanks Jarrod!! Overall very pleased with the food, service and atmosphere, will return!

Yelp
Was super excited to try this place after a friend suggested it. We were kinda disappointed. The Ceviches were pretty good but not typical in textures or tastes. Large hunks and some are very over flavored citrus based. Plates were VERY very pricy for such small tapas. Be aware nothing came with chips or tortillas so you eat your small plate of meat with a fork. Happy hour and specialty drinks weren't anything to write home about.

Yelp
Our server must've been having a bad day. I don't think she smiled once! I had the seafood paella and it was all right. Unfortunately it wasn't very flavorful. I also had the appetizer ribs and bread, which were good and a decent Pinot noir. I would try it again but maybe just for Tapas.

Yelp
Loved this restaurant! Everything we ordered was delicious. Love the vibe outside and the inside is nice too. We started off with a drink, the octopus ceviche and the raw oysters. We were wowed, we loved them both and ordered more oysters, they were toooo good with whatever they topped them off with. We then ordered the manchego croquets and the Picanha. We loved these two dishes as well!! Although I have been here once before about a year or two ago and I the croquetas were better when they were in the shape of the triangle. The way they do them now had too much of a cheese ratio almost. The drinks however, they could add more of a variety or let you request the flavors you want. I tried and was turned down to alter a drink and was confused because normally it can be done. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Yelp
Came here for lunch with a friend and ordered a variety of tapas. All the tapas except for the pan con tomate came out after 5 minutes of ordering, this gave the impression that the food is not fresh/sitting around. The casa ceviche and tuna tartare only came with a few chips, we asked for a few more and were charged $4 for the small extra portion. My favorite dish was the salad and meatballs. The service was incredibly slow. The atmosphere is really nice though.

Yelp
Parking is awful down in the marina -- but this restaurant makes it worth the $20 valet. We walked up on a Saturday night with no reservations, but we were seated immediately on the patio. Busy area but the fans were blowing so it wasn't so hot, and our server was attentive. She took our order and the tapas came out less than 10 mins. We ordered the meatball as and casa ceviche, then the chicken paella. The meatballs were so good and had a nice kick of spice to them. The house ceviche with shrimp, octopus, scallops and fish -- with the fresh veggies and crunchy plantain chips were TO-DIE for. And the chicken paella was so good, salty and soft. If you've ever been to Spain, this will almost taste like home. The bottom of it could have been crisper but the taste is there. Definitely coming back!

Yelp
I love this spot. Fresh citrus infused octopus is MY FAVE!!! I used to get it in the islands all the time and was so pleased to find it here, in St Pete- done like a local! The lamb chops were meaty, delicious and cooked to the perfect Temp. Sitting outside at CEVICHE any time of day is going to promise a fun set of characters while you people watch the restaurant epicenter of beach drive. Highly highly highly recommended
google avatar

Yelp
The ambiance at ceviche is what initially led me to dine at the restaurant. The inside of the restaurant is romantic and beautiful for a night out. Their outdoor dining also has the appeal of a tropical night out in St. Pete. I was slightly disappointed by the flavor of the food and the portion size. The Casa ceviche is undoubtedly delicious with the classic flavor you expect from a ceviche. However, for the price, the portion is extremely small (smaller than what I would expect from other restaurants serving tapas). I would say that it's difficult for even 2 people to share this dish; ideally each person gets their own. The croquetas are VERY flavorful and extremely rich. The ham and manchego are definitely the stars of the show in this dish. The Rabo de Toro was flavorful but the majority of the small dish was fat/bone. The Gazpacho Andaluz was refreshing after a meat-heavy meal. Service was excellent and fast-paced! Overall, best place for ambiance but not my favorite place for the actual food.

Yelp
Went after going to the Dali museum and was in the mood for Spanish food (from Spain). Inside the ambience is nice certainly a place to be on a Thursday evening. Food tastes good, sangria was too light for me so I switched to a Spanish wine. I do recommend asking price about an item if you are not ordering from the menu as o was charged $18 for a glass of wine. Don't get me wrong it tasted good but a tad much when you have 2 glasses that add up to almost $40. I think I could have gotten a bottle. Overall not a bad option but I still haven't found a good authentic Spanish restaurant in Florida
google avatar

Yelp
The grilled octopus (Pulpo a la Gallega) is absolutely phenomenal! One of the most tender octopus preparations I have ever tried. And still the right amount of chargrilled skin. If you've never tried octopus, this is the place to try it. I will say that the dish overall was a little lackluster aside from the octopus itself, just capers, olives, and arugula. I also prefer octopus served as a whole tentacle versus sliced up, and the portion (seemed like one single tentacle) is just average. That being said, I will order this again and again, given how perfectly the octopus was cooked. I also tried the meatballs, which are fantastic. Solid 8/10, not too salty, with a little bit of spice.

Yelp
Really popular restaurant-- no reservations so go early. We got to try several tapas as we had a big party. Really liked the salmon tapas and the potatoes brava was nice and spicy. The squid ink paella was yummy! The rice had a lot of flavor. The service was excellent even when they were busy.

Yelp
Our favorite spot in St Petersburg and maybe even in the entire Tampa Bay area. Admittedly we love both tapas and ceviche so that doesn't hurt! We went there on a hot day and sat outside. Our server wasn't very experienced but she tried really hard. As for the ambiance, we sat outside a stunning view of the coast and the water, so that's an incredible plus! We ordered multiple items, and they were all truly amazing, making it our favorite. The Casa Ceviche, the Snapper Cruso, Atun Ceviche, and the Picanha among other items. Everything was great and spot on! Very delicious! The Negroni was different to say the least, despite the beautiful presentation.
google avatar

Alayne U.

Yelp
Yes I hadn't realized moon under water left and that ceviche took its place until an old friend suggested meeting up there. Their menu is a little less extensive as it once was but the food was delish! We enjoyed the space and had excellent service! I'll be back!
google avatar

Yelp
We walked in on Saturday night around 6pm. They don't take reservations but we (party of 2) were seated immediately. We got a variety of tapas and sangria (the house and the seasonal). We came hungry and for the two of us, we ordered 6 tapas and left full! Service was quick and a great experience.

Yelp
**** Review 150 **** Stopped in late on Saturday night. The place was pretty packed, there was a wait time for a table or the bar is first come, first served, so I closed the bar. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The drink menu has lots of wines, specially from Spain, and the bar has plenty of spirits. The place was a little loud, specially when there's that one person who loves to talk over everyone. The food was very delicious, Tapas are supposed to be small plates and enough for two people to try, but with smaller servings you would hope that meant lower prices, unfortunately that's not the case. But that's expected from the where the restaurant is located and the people they're trying to cater to. The Pulpo (Octopus Ceviche) was delicious, they do offer Cholula in case you need a little spice. The Branzino was phenomenal! I ordered it on a recommendation from the guy next to me at the bar, I would highly suggest getting this. The Lamb chops had great taste, but mine were over cooked, but that could have just been by accident. Finally, the picanha were delicious and perfectly cooked. I'll definitely will be back to try their Paella, they have 4-5 types, but it does take 45 minutes to prepare. Whether you're looking for a fun time with a few people, or just want to have a nice wine and try a few dishes, this is a great place to visit.

Yelp
I went with a couple of friends and we ordered a few differents things so we could try as many items from the menu as possible. We got patatas bravas, machego croquetas, pan con tomate and paella de mariscos. All the dishes were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Everything was so delicious we couldn't stop eating. We left nothing on the table. We ended up paying about $25 each, which I think is more than fair considering the amount and quality of the food. The amazing food was paired with amazing service. Our server was really nice and attentive. The resturant is decorated in a chic way while still implementing traditional Spanish elements. They had great music and everyone seemed to be having a good time. The restaurant is located in downtown St. Pete, so you can go for a stroll afterward or get dessert at one of the many ice cream shops!

Yelp
Great dinner for a group. I love tapas & ceviche has some really good options. Service is incredible, my server remembers my friends and I every time we come in. Patatas bravas is a must get, octopus is great, & you can't go wrong getting some meat and cheese.

Sarah Z.

Yelp
so good!!! i'm plant based, and although they didn't have any options labeled, our server was so nice and pointed out all the options i could get. 10/10 service, vibe, and taste. loved looking at the tree across the street while eating. would definitely come back.

Yelp
WOW! Literally the word we used to describe every single tapas that came out of the kitchen! We indulged in a variety of dishes and split the seafood paella. The service on a Saturday night was absolutely amazing! We were seated right away and our server checked on us regularly! Since this is downtown st Pete's, the ambiance was exactly the Florida vibe you'd expect with great decor and excellent people watching capabilities. We enjoyed a couple bottles of rose & would absolutely come back for dinner when we are in town again! 10/10

Yelp
Good food + great service Went on a Friday around 6 and sat inside since there was a 30min wait for outdoor seating. Friendly staff and food was delivered quickly 4 dishes was enough for 2 people if you're not getting paella. I'd prob skip deviled eggs (seemed like they were prepared hours before) and croquettes (taste like hush puppies.. not what we were expecting) Looking forward to eating here again and trying the paella!

Yelp
Amazing!! Every dish is amazing and the cocktails are top notch. Daily happy hour is a bonus!

Yelp
My sister lives in the Tampa and took me to ceviche when I came over the weekend! I got in pretty late so we had dinner at 9pm and it was an amazing experience. We sat inside at a booth and there were plenty of other people there eating then too. We got a pitcher of red sangria and it was delicious. It was don't between the 4 of us and was just the right amount. My sister got an aperol spritz which was Devine. Would highly recommend both. We got two orders of the patatas bravos which was my favorite thing the whole trip. Then 2 of their portobello relleno which I could eat 4 of if I could. The patatas were a little spicy but nothing I couldn't handle. And then we got one round of the picanha -skirt steak with mushrooms and chimichurri. I would go back for sure, need to find somewhere like this in chs. Parking wasn't terrible we found a spot right out front!

Yelp
If you are starving, this is not the restaurant for you. Their tapas are true tapas...small and almost bite size. Despite that, the food was tasty. We had the casa ceviche, lamb and salmon, which did not disappoint. With each tapas averaging 14+, and not scratching the surface of our appetite with what we already ate, we opted to grab food elsewhere to fill our appetite. The pic shown is the shareable sangria, which was delicious. Things to note, it was impossible to call ahead as no one answered the phone. I was calling an hour before...When we eventually got there, we waited for 45mins to be seated. We opted for 1st available and were eventually seated outside on the sidewalk - which is a great location- weather permitting. There is limited street parking so you may want to Uber or catch the free trolley and walk.

Ceviche is conveniently located close to the beach and in a nice area with lots of other businesses. There's a nice outdoor patio but we opted to sit inside because if the heat. Staff was friendly and food came out quickly. We had the salmon which came out piping hot with a nice crispy outer layer. It was sweet and the spinach that came with it was also sweet. The spinach dish we ordered was had great flavor. It tasted very similar to the spinach that came with the salmon. The fig tasted great in this dish. The tuna ceviche was ordinary in my opinion. It was good but also on the smaller side and didn't come with any chips. The croquettes were crispy on the outside and a bit mushy on the inside. Felt like it was missing something in the filling. A sauce would have elevated this dish. The bacalao (cod fritters) were good but the filling was mostly potatos, very little fish. Last dish was the lamb. They were overcooked first my taste (they were medium well) but had nice flavor. The eggplant was good but I'm not sure it complemented to lam chops. Seasonal sangria was made with cava and very refreshing. Overall an ok experience.

Yelp
The location, service and food was very good. Watch out for the price of your wine. Wife ordered a 9 oz of white wine and was charged $22.00, a little high when the bottle at a local store cost $22.00. I would go back because overall it was enjoyable

Yelp
I love this place, if you love Ceviche as much as I do, you just try the Atún, Pulpo, and their newest addition - a Peruvian style dish. And the sangria is the best in town!

Yelp
Ceviche is simply AMAZING! This was my 3rd time visiting and trying new tapas. There is not one plate that isn't good. If you are looking for a nice dinner date and drinks or day lunch in St. Petersburg close to the beautiful Pier, this is it. The 3 times the waiters have been really good. Service is 5/5. I recommend you try: Manchego croquetas, pulpo a la gallega, gambas al ajillo, queso de cabra and obviously their paellas. Paellas are freshly done when you order so they advise you it can take up to 45 mins to be ready. It is worth the wait. Just order some tapas first and you won't even notice 45 mins went by.

Yelp
These croquetas are a must order when visiting Ceviche. A crispy outer shell filled with ham, chicken, and manchego. it's placed on top of a saffron potato puree and served with a piece of Jamón, I can't imagine how many orders of these they serve on a busy Saturday night. 4.65/5!

Yelp
Overpriced and below-par food. Croquetas (supposed to be chicken, ham and cheese etc) are just deep fried potatoes with no favors. When I pay $13 for a ribs dish (I know it's "tapas") I expect a little better than 2 regular sized and 2 miniature ribs (they are literally bones), and they tasted no better than Applebee's. I know this restaurant is on Beach Drive therefore I pay for the location, but I'm not exactly dining by the water therefore it does not make much difference if I dine here or at Red Mesa or Miller's. I'm okay to pay more for a good dining experience (location, food and service) but this place is not worth it.

Yelp
Ceviche is exactly what you want from a tapas bar. Classic menu with some special dishes, beautiful tile bar, and fast service. Our group ordered the classic seafood paella, the short ribs, the skirt steak, octopus ceviche, croquetas, and patatas bravas. That was enough to feed 6 adults (with some room for dessert). I highly recommend the skirt steak and patatas bravas, they were both excellent! The price ended up being very reasonable when split between us as well. Super fun place to go out with a group of friends!

Yelp
This place was so good! Food was fantastic, not pictured was the ceviche which was great! The rabo was my favorite absolutely recommend, drinks are literally so good! Service was very good, the restaurant was quiet since it was later in the afternoon. definitely recommend!

Yelp
Loved this place! Food was great... don't skip out on the sangria! The plates are tapas style so that means smaller, appetizer sizes.

Yelp
This was my first time going back to Ceviche since they moved. I was a little disappointed with how much smaller their menu is. The papas fritas were delicious, the picanah was also delicious. One thing that I was not expecting was to find a hair in our croquetas. When we told our waitress, she was defensive and barely apologized. She told us that she had informed the manager and that it would be removed from our check. The way it was handled left a bad taste in my mouth. We used to live going to Ceviche, specifically the Tampa location. However we will not be going back.

Yelp
I am a true Taco Tuesday lover, but Ceviche turned me on to Tapas Tuesday! How fun! The tapas are served at a discount rate from 4 PM to close. We sampled a bunch and washed them down with some fresh Sangria! Our favorites were the croquetas and queso de cabra. They are pretty cheap so you can sample a ton without feeling guilty! We sat outside and the ambiance was really nice. Our server was friendly, and we had a great date!
