Amazing just like the first time we tried this spot on Uber eats!! But this time I drove to the location to place my order 👍🏽 Hands down the best birria you can find in a 30 mile radius from my house... No need to look no where else, especially if your in the area just stop by and check them out you won't be disappointed trust me!! Shoot Francisco let me try that Birria en caldo soup 🤤🤤🤤 and I ended up buying one to go to eat later along with my 6 birria tacos. I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends to go try this food that taste like it's family home made. I will definitely be back real soon

🇲🇽 JALISCO, MÉXICO (via Eat the World Los Angeles) - The carne en su jugo has “amazing must try” next to it on the menu, a statement that is hard to argue with. The dish is served with two simple quesadillas and some potent salsa macha which can be added or dipped. All of it comes in another beautiful plate hand-made in Jalisco. This unique dish of roasted and chopped up beef is in a stew that has beans and bacon, and is covered with onions and cilantro. Besides these ingredients, it has the flavors of garlic and a touch of roasted serrano.

CH y Birria was absolutely delicious! The birria was flavorful, tender, and perfectly seasoned. Every bite had that rich, savory taste you hope for. On top of that, the service was excellent—friendly, fast, and welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic and satisfying birria. I’ll definitely be coming back! 10/10

Visiting from out of town, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious, homemade-style food. The portions were generous, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. To top it all off, the horchata was the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommend!

I came here after I saw great reviews- and they where 100% right! Some of the best birria ive had! Taste so savory, hearty and tasty! Rich in flavor, taste like when grandma makes it💖💖 I 1000% reccomend, the birria bowl and quesadillas w broth was fantastic, I reccomend the horchata also. TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY I WILL BE COMING BACK! +workers where friendly and welcoming.

Food was delicious. We had the ramen birria, mulita, and quesabirria tacos. Service was good as well. Felt very eating at home if you know what I mean.

The service was great they were very nice and friendly. The only thing is that there are hardly any tables to sit at. We had to wait a bit of a while to get a table. But other than that great service and the food was fresh and hot. There was a flavor on the birria I hadn't had before didn't care too much for that flavor of spices but it was ok.

This place is a hidden gem. I tried this place out yesterday because I was hungry and in the area. The birria was DELICIOUS! Everyone was very nice too and I loved how it felt very lively inside the restaurant. We tried the birria plate and the quesabirria and I was so impressed by the flavor of the birria. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for some genuinely good birria!

Thought the sign looked cool with the red light under. The birria is made out of chivo, that's rare nowadays but delicious

First time here very good hands down drove from Long Beach to here definitely worth the drive I'll be coming back again here for sure the food is nice and flavorful customer service excellent thank you for the experience

All the yeses! Nothing better than birria Ramen on a cold California day! I love this little gem in Compton! Everything is simple and delicious. I'd get extra cheese on my mulita next time but that's just personal preference. What I really like about this family owned spot is the service, it was so genuinely kind and friendly.

We went on a Tuesday morning and as soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted by a " good morning" my first impression was a good one since the tables for sitting were a limited. After reviewing the menu and making our selections we sat down and waited for our food I ordered the "birria plato" (birria plate) I ordered it with both cilantro and onion and was given both lemons and an oil chili sauce. The birria was very good it was beef it was tender and I'd definitely be back again. The chili oil I n my opinion it was just what the birria needed, it gave it a little kick . I also ordered the horchata and it was delicious it tasted home made and not from a powder mix. While there they had a tv that was playing loud music, it was very hard (after it was turned on) to hold a conversation and felt sort of rushed to leave since we couldn't talk with out speaking rather loudly. Other than that I will be coming back maybe a to go order next time.

This place is legit. Birria tacos were amazing. Came with a side of consommés or au jus to pour on the tacos. Also had a birria plate, both delicious.

Recently tried them for the first time. The service was courteous and helpful. The dinning area and cook area were clean and decorated accordingly. Ordered Barrie tacos and burrito and everything was perfect. Fresh ingredients and tasty. Will surely be a go to.

it's a bit hard to find actually goood places to eat at here in compton but omg CH Y La birria has one of the best birria tacos i have ever tried.. well at least in a WHILE! and not only is the birria very flavorful but actually authentic! 10/10 highly recommended!!

4th time getting food from this place and it's amazing. The staff is so professional and nice. I placed an order through DoorDash and had a problem with the dasher, called the restaurant to see if they forgot to send a plate and they were so polite and even offered us different options to help even when the problem was actually with the dasher. I am very satisfied with this place and their professionalism.

This was my first time trying this restaurant. I went off of the reviews. Everything was wonderful. The food was so fresh. I can't wait to go inside the restaurant and eat. I forgot to mention when I called, whoever check my order for the cheese thank you.

The food is tasty, i ordered a plate today on my lunch break, and without asking, they served it with cebolla y cilantro, cebolla y jalapeño guisado, some tasty red salsa, and a side of consome the tacos had cheese in them and it went so well with the birria, which was super juicy. i also tried their jericalla and it was super good. like flan with a crème brulee top. The guys working were super nice, they told me over the phone that it would be ready in 10min and when i got there, It was already packed and ready for me :) It looks like they took their time opening this place up, it's nice in there, to eat with the family. I'll definitely be back with the rest of my family. Support your local latino ran businesses!

I had an amazing time here at CH Y La Birria. The food is just amazingly fresh and wonderfully made. The ambiance is cute and cool. The service is fast and very responsible. 5 stars.

Carne en su jugo.... Hands down delicious! Torta amazing ... served as it should be. Plato de 3 Tacos de Birria con consomé was great! Burrito was perfect! All in all will be coming back!

So I ordered for the first time looking for the best birria tacos well let me tell ya to be honest it's ok but not great on taste it was missing something ass flavor wise there consomé was good

Came all the way from Jurupa Valley to try it out! Birria is worth the trip. Service and vibes were cool. They have patio seating with shade on the side. There quesabirria quality that I have only tasted in Mexico.

The food is so delicious. My bf, who's such a picky eater, rated it a 10 out of 10. The birria is well seasoned and juicy. I got the birria plate with rice and beans. As soon as I bit into the birria, without thinking, I said "mmm" out loud. That's how good it was. If you eat at the restaurant, they serve the food in a plato de barro. They also bring you limes, red salsa, chili oil, and cilantro/onions. They bring you plenty of tortillas as well. I also tried the quesabirria taco. So fire! They serve it with red salsa and consomé on the side. Lastly, the horchata was refreshing and well served in a vaso de barro. I also want to add that the employees there are so welcoming and courteous. I'll definitely be returning!

Delicious food. My party had Carne en su jugo and QuesaBirria very moist juicy meat and flavorful. Also loved the aguas are freshly made not from a machine. Cozy space to eat inside. Great for take out. Staff was very attentive.

the quesabirria is worth the travel, and they whipped it up in 5 mins! lots of flavor and the people helping were so nice. it was too poppin in there!

This was our first time to try this place. We were pleasantly surprised. The place is clean and inviting. It is family owned and you can tell they take pride in their business. The food was outstanding. Birria is made with beef and was very tender and tasty. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The question is will we return most certainly. If not in person then delivery. If you are in the area I would recommend you give them a try.

Went to this Birria spot after having a craving while staying nearby. It's absolutely delicious! My family is very picky & our food was perfect! I definitely recommend this place; we would eat there again if we stayed here again! The consume was so yummy; flavorful, and arrived hot to our rental. My daughter drank her Cumbia (that's what she calls it ) like soda she loved it so much! Their service was wonderful

The tacos are so delicious! Not greasy or over loaded with seasoning. I also recommend their jericallas they are homemade and remind me so much of Guadalajara.

Fui a un evento y esta compañía hizo la comida. Estaba tan grasosa que el plato no aguantaba. El arroz era una piedra. Por lo menos la Jamaica estuvo bueno.

Hands-down, the best Birria in Compton! Order the 4 taco plate. Came with salsa and side of consume. Birria was so juicy and flavorful I didn't need to dip it into the consume. The consume Was phenomenal! Prices are great, portions are good, plenty of parking, great customer service, I felt like family, restaurant was nice and clean! Highly recommend you come try this place out, I'm glad I did!!

Amazing birria tacos and consume and extremely authentic. Everything had a home made feel to it even the dishes they use are from Tonalá, Jalisco. Excellent friendly customer service. Accommodated my family who didn't want cheese or cilantro on some tacos. They even have Carne en su Jugo a dish from Guadalajara, Jalisco you rarely see in the States. It was the best I've had outside of my mothers house. Come try the food you will not be disappointed!

The food here is fire, I'm not even a big birria person but this place is worth the hype, Francisco was very hospitable and I'll definitely be coming back soon.

Delicious food. My favorite so far is the birria torta. I tried the birria ramen and it was delicious too but there's something about that torta that makes it taste so good.

Second time visiting and I can honestly say they don't disappoint. The portions have been very generous and the food tastes great. During the first visit I ordered a quesabirria and it was more than I could finish and that's no exaggeration, this time I ordered the torta and well just look at the picture of it so you get the idea of how filling it is.

My man and I were hungry. We walked in. Saw a man eating. I asked if the meat was goat or beef. He said beef. He let us taste a small sample of the BIRRIA, tender, full of flavor. He let us taste the freshly made Jamaica, pure sweetness. The BIRRIA noodles and tacos w/ consume was fire!!! I thought the guy was just an employee. He was the owner. Thank you We' lol be back. Now that's great customer service.
