Mini K.

The noodles are store-bought, so it isn’t true kalguksu. The broth itself is quite peppery and spicy, so if you’re taking a child, you’ll need to specifically request a non-spicy version. By default, it also comes with kimchi, so if your child doesn’t eat spicy food, be sure to ask for no kimchi as well. The noodles weren’t hand-cut, chewy, or rustic as kalguksu should be, and overall I left quite disappointed.
