Cha Cha Cha at PDX is a solid option when you want something quick but fresher than the usual airport grab and go. I ordered the street tacos, and my friend went with the breakfast burrito. The ingredients were fresh and the portions generous, clearly better quality than typical airport fare. That said, the tacos didn't quite deliver that true “street style” flavor you’d find from a Portland food cart or neighborhood taqueria — they’re tasty, just a little more polished and airport-safe than authentic. My friend’s burrito had the same vibe: filling and well put together, but not something you’d detour for outside the terminal.
Still, for a sit-down meal before a flight, it's a good choice. The service was efficient, and the bright atmosphere felt very Portland casual—laid-back and welcoming.
