I’ve been getting into Matcha more and more saw this shop online. The service was friendly and they were able to recommend a drink that suits my sweeter taste buds. If you’re a matcha lover and deciding between this and Chamberlain, I recommend here as the service was amazing and it tasted better!

This shop has become a comfort on the daily for me and my routine. The folks here are efficient, kind and patient in an otherwise fast paced and sometimes isolating shopping center. They learn your name, they discuss your favorite shows and are clearly putting that pride in the work served in every cup. 💜💜💜 Mic has excellent suggestions by the way if your ever feeling adventurous to taste something new!

Google
I had such a great experience here! The matcha and vibes were great, but the customer service was outstanding. I was visiting a friend and we decided to try a new spot. Hana greeted us with a smile, was super friendly, and was overall very attentive to us and our needs. We weren't sure what to order, but Hana helped us out with recommendations too! Would absolutely recommend stopping by for the strawberry matcha - it's a little pricey, but so worth it. Looking forward to stopping by the next time I'm in town!

Great place! I love the colors and the vibe and the service was good as well as the matcha!

Every time I visit Westfield Century City, I make it a point to stop by Cha Cha Matcha. I had an especially wonderful experience the other day, as their awesome manager Mic demonstrated and walked me through the process of making my beloved Beautiful Latte with Matcha! I was also honored to be the very first transaction for Cha Cha's newly appointed member, Xavier! The entire team there (including Isabelle!) was very personable, friendly, and informative. Thank you again, Mic, Xavier, and Isabelle for the fun chat and the delicious drink! :)

The matcha was very smooth and delicious. It was a cute place with not too much waiting, which is great, and the ambiance is lovely!💚💚

Stopped by Cha Cha Matcha in Century City and had such a great experience thanks to Dasia! She’s incredibly friendly and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. You can tell she’s dedicated to her work—everything from the drinks to the service was on point. It’s always nice when someone goes the extra mile to make the experience better, and Dasia definitely does that. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Google
Their matcha is phenomenal—smooth, vibrant, and never bitter. You can really taste the quality. I usually go for their matcha latte with oat milk (highly recommend!), but they also have a rotating selection of creative drinks and seasonal treats that keep things interesting. The staff is super friendly and efficient, even during busier hours. They always make you feel welcome, and the service is consistently great.

Yelp
A great matcha spot located in the Westfield Century City surrounded by amazing shops and a clean mall area. Of course I was heavily influenced to try this spot from some of the social media people I follow on different platforms. When walking in aesthetically, it is very pleasing with the millennial, pink and Matcha green color palette. The person who greeted me from behind the counter, was very nice and friendly. Since it was my first time I asked her what she recommended between the two choices of the strawberry matcha and the purple drink. She informed me that both were very popular. However, the purple drink was her favorite and if I liked the flavor of Froot Loops, I would enjoy it, so I definitely was excited to try. For my milk choice, I went with macadamia nut, which she explained was a great option for this drink. It was a pretty process to watch from her whisking the matcha to assembling the ube and lavender mix. With the first sip, it was like drinking literal fruit loops in a cup. It was something that I've never had before when it comes to a Matcha drink, but I highly enjoyed it. It was not so sweet where it was sickly. I would definitely recommend trying this drink out if you are curious about ube matcha mix or looking for an Instagram worthy matcha drink!

Yelp
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! The lady working here with black hair was by far the most rude, arrogant, and disrespectful person I have ever met. She treated me like I was a burden for her. I wish I had not ordered anything. Her attitude was so awful that I was not even able to finish my drink. I threw it out immediately. No smile, no "hello" People with a stale, cold, bitter personality SHOULD NOT WORK in an environment that entails a social setting and engaging with customers. I have worked in retail myself and not once have I exerted any attitude towards my fellow coworkers or customers. I will not step a foot here!!!! Take your money elsewhere.

Yelp
A gorgeous matcha spot found inside Westfield Century City in LA. I love the theme, the colors of the store were absolutely stunning and complimented each other perfectly. Very comfy cafe. The inside is a little snug but its not too bad or uncomfortable to wait around in. Drinks: Draft Matcha Latte (4/10) : It did not taste anything like Vanilla and had a super light taste of matcha unfortunately. The only taste I got out of the entire drink was the oat milk. Purple Drink (9/10): We didn't notice but we got charged extra for a Matcha shot we did not order and ask for, but we were already out of the store and didn't think it was worth it to go back to have it fixed. It was delicious, the ube flavor was very tasty and the matcha did balance out the drink. So I guess in the end the $10 was worth it for the drink lol! Service: The cashier was incredibly friendly, she was so sweet and very welcoming. She was so patient with us and was smiling the entire time! LOVED her service. The barista made the drink fairly quick, they were done nicely at an efficient time frame.

Yelp
Not really a big fan of matcha but this strawberry one was quite tasty. Walking around the mall we decided to try Cha Cha out. I went with a strawberry macha and it was very tasty. You get the taste of the matcha but also a slight taste is strawberries. The ginger matcha was not my favorite. It was cool to see them making our drinks.
google avatar

Mary D.

Yelp
Just not a fan of the matcha here. Tasted really grassy and at the same time diluted. They showcase in front how they make your drink and everything is very Instagram coded. So many of these stores all around LA but the drinks were so underwhelming. Service was good. Nothing wrong with the customer service just not for me
google avatar

Yelp
I am a huge fan of matcha, so when I saw people drinking matcha while shopping I was on a mission looking for this place. I tried the matcha latte with oat milk plus agave sweetener. I was surprised even with the sweetener it was still bitter. The matcha itself was very weak for the price you paid. Overall, it is a nice pick me up if you're shopping throughout the day and want something warm to drink.
google avatar

Sara B.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious. The staff recommended the matcha latte with macadamia nut milk. I was hesitant but pleasantly surprised. The milk was just the right amount of sweet and the drink was fabulous. I was sad when it finished!!!! Must try. Thank you for the best experience and such a friendly staff.

Yelp
Everyone and their mamas was carrying around this eye-catching pink cup so when I found out it was a matcha place, I had to try it out! Unfortunately that's kind of when the appeal lost its appeal. The drink we ordered was just alright. It was a hot matcha latte with oat milk sweetened with agave. The matcha left a bit to be desired. If you look at my picture they seem to have a lot of matcha but the flavoring isn't as strong the oat milk overpowered the matcha when that usually shouldn't be the case. I thought their service was fast and the store looks great just didn't taste as good as other places I've had.
google avatar

Tessa L.

Yelp
Cute matcha spot but this is the worst matcha place I've tried! Doesn't even taste like matcha, watered down. Horrible service.. was asking her about the drinks but it seems she doesn't want to answer everything!
google avatar

Nijole T.

Yelp
I absolutely love the Matcha here! They have a great menu in the café. Super cute! The quality is there, well worth the price! Do yourself a favor and have a healthy and refreshing treat, highly recommended.!
google avatar

Yelp
Overpriced of course but what does one expect from this gorgeous mall in Century City! I had a hot matcha drink and a chia pudding with berries. It's healthy and tastes pretty good if you like turmeric and chia seeds.

Yelp
Ceremonial grade matcha, served in a pink, aesthetic art deco-inspired ambience. Their menu offers unique specialty drinks, light fare like avocado toast, and locally sourced pastries, made with matcha thoughtfully sourced from Japan. The company began in NYC in 2016, and has since expanded to 6 shops in LA and NYC. This location in the luxurious Westfield Century City mall is beautiful, albeit very small. There is no seating inside the shop, but the mall offers ample couch and chair seating in common areas. The young girl working was polite. I have heard mixed reviews of Cha Cha Matcha over the years, but my expectations were exceeded. The matcha in my Strawberry Matcha was expertly prepared, and rich in flavor. The strawberry jam added just the right level of sweetness. I got a Chocolate Chip Cookie, which was delicious as well. I loved the flaked sea salt on top. Recommended!

Yelp
Honestly, it's a quaint place. It caught my attention because I do love matcha but there was a purple drink I was highly interested in. Cha Cha Matcha actually reminded me of a more matcha-themed Alfred's coffee. Prices almost the same but still oh so slightly cheaper with no $10 latte in sight. The customers were more animated than the interaction with the barista. I'll leave it to a long day. The decor was aesthetically pleasing as most overpriced drinks spots can go. Overall, I didn't mind enjoying the aesthetics for a one time visit. Will I go out of my way to become a regular? Not necessarily. They have enough comers and goers around that Westfield to worry about not having to be better. It's really one of those, if you happen to be around and want to treat yourself a little... This is another spot to cross off, just to say you crossed it off. My purple drink was a mix of CBD, lavender, ube and my choice of almond milk. Was the purple drink worth it? Yeah, I'd say so! Tasted like something you should drink at Taylor Swift's Eras Tour. Only a swiftie will understand this. But yes, come for the purple drink. Enjoy! A little $7 treat to yourself whenever you happen to be around.

Yelp
Cute barbie vibes and aesthetically pleasing, but mid drinks. Service was also a vibe, with the guy happy to answer my question about recommendations for someone who likes fruity/floral. PSA they charge 0.25 for light ice, which I didn't mind, but would appreciate the heads up. - Strawberry Matcha $8: Had it with oat milk. Not too sweet, though matcha was grassy like? Not as much depth as I'd like. Strawberry puree was good. Liked this better than the lemonade - Matcha Lemonade $6.50: this was grassier than the other, and the sourness paled in comparison. One of these drinks gave me and my dad a stomachache wooops will prob not be back, unless I'm feeling adventurous since they do have some unique drinks e.g. Chai Matcha

Yelp
I didn't realize how much I could love Matcha until I started going to Cha Cha Matcha. It's in the Westfield Century City Mall, and although they don't validate there you can get your parking validated if you spend $10 at Gelson's. They have a variety of seating options outside, both connected to Cha Cha and nearby in the mall, and it's a great vibe. They have a large posted menu with different ways you can order your matcha, and my three favorites were: Strawberry Matcha ($8) with Matcha, Fresh Strawberry Syrup, their Beauty Blend, Honey, Vanilla, & your choice of milk (I recommend oat). Although a higher price point, it's unique and worth it. This is great for anyone who wants to try something sweet that has a strong berry flavor and fun texture. Mint Matcha Lemonade ($6.50) with Matcha, Yuzu Lemonade & Fresh Mint. This is great for anyone who wants something crisp, refreshing, and citrus-forward. Draft Matcha Latte ($7) with Nitro Infused, Vanilla, Matcha, Coconut, & Oat Milk. This is great for anyone who wants a smooth take focused on the classic profile.

Yelp
Cha Cha Matcha is a very aesthetic and cute matcha shop. Definitely for the aesthetics, the matcha latte itself is okay. It was more of a grassy flavor, not for me but I love their whole aesthetic. I appreciate how subbing milk was free of charge. They had a wide variety of milk options too such as oat milk, skim milk, and almond milk. The printed "I love you so matcha" napkins were my favorite. Great service, but won't be stopping by a second time.
google avatar

Alyson D.

Yelp
Tasty! Their matcha is good quality, and the light sweetness and flavors cover up how earthly matcha can be sometimes. Definitely worth a try!
google avatar

Taheera C.

Yelp
Enjoyed both my drinks I got here. Compared to other's reviews I do feel this is a high quality matcha, my drinks were made well and you are getting your $ worth due to the large size of the cup. Imo matcha taste best when simple or complimentary flavours, thus a regular matcha latte or strawberry matcha. The draft was nice but I prefer a regular matcha latte. The strawberry was delicious if you want extra sweetness.
google avatar

Ani O.

Yelp
I have tried this location before and it was good. I went back to try something new and decided to get the purple drink which contained ube and added matcha. It was delicious. It was a bit sweet so if you don't like sweet drinks then this drink isn't for you. Overall service 10/10 and the place was aesthetically pleasing too!
google avatar

Yelp
Cute place located in the Century City mall. It's small but has a lot of interesting matcha based drinks. The aesthetic is adorable with pink overlays. They do also sell snacks like soft serve. I got the Matcha Lemonade ($6), which has a yuzu lemonade base. Prices are what you would expect for an LA shop. I did enjoy my drink and you can still taste remnants of the matcha even with the strong yuzu flavor. Service was quick and efficient.
google avatar

Lady P.

Yelp
Cute little pink and green cafe. Indoor/outdoor. Staff weren't bubbly as the place is, lol, instead Matcha Lemonade was happiness ... soooo good. Ask for more lemonade than matcha, as it can overpower the taste of the lemonade if there's too much matcha unless you light stronge
google avatar

Su C.

Yelp
I regrettably did not read the reviews before getting a matcha. I do NOT recommend this place for authentic matcha lattes. The decor caught my eye, and I was in hopes that the matcha would live up to the cafe's aesthetics. While they sell "uji" matcha from Japan, I can attest that this is the least flavorful matcha. My sister ordered the cold, I got a hot, and they both tasted like milk and foam with a hint of matcha powder. It was unfortunate to have spent $7 per drink sipping on matcha powder flavored foam. I recommend going to Blue Bottle for matcha lattes. They also don't charge extra for oat milk.

Yelp
Actually pretty surprised by the reviews that Cha cha matcha has. Cha cha matcha originally caught my attention with their super cute store front. Ima sucker for detail and presentation. Upon walking in I noticed the pretty small menu of house drinks. I asked how the draft matcha was and the employees were nice enough to let me try before hand. I really enjoyed the draft matcha so that was my choice. Within seconds, literally seconds my drink was handed to me. The house matcha is creamy without dairy with a great matcha taste. I really enjoyed it and to be honest didn't see anything wrong at all with their staff. I look forward to going back to try other items.
google avatar

Shehla M.

Yelp
Loved the detail inside! How cute is this place?!? I love how you can see everything behind the counter! How your drinks made, what's happening, nosey much? lol My drink was made within minutes and handed to me! Utterly delicious! I can't wait to try other drinks as well. Great service and delicious food options like pastries which I'm looking forward to trying next time!
google avatar

Yelp
Came here for the limited edition Lemme drink...it was tasty and pretty...can't wait to try the other drinks. The avocado toast was a little too tangy for me!

Yelp
I was really excited for Cha Cha to open at Century City! Green tea before & after movies? Yes, please! However, my first visit over the weekend was a fail. We excitedly lined up and were confused when we saw people walking out of line empty handed. We got to the register and excitedly ordered the Draft Matcha Latte but were told they didn't have any milk except skim or whole. The draft matcha is a premade drink that uses oat & coconut milk so they didn't have it. So two things - -Every single drink offers your choice of milk so it would be a good idea to mention this to customers prior to ordering. -But more importantly---how do you not have 3 of your 5 milks? Y'all are at Century City Mall. Gelson's is in the mall with you. Walk over, get your soy, milk and coconut milks you need --- then walk back. If you don't have what you need for your entire menu (every drink says your choice of milk and some require the alternative milks), then what kind of drink shop are you? This was on a Saturday afternoon, mind you, prime time. It made zero sense. I was excited about snacks but they didn't look appealing to me which made for an instant sad face. I ended up just getting the plain cold matcha ($5) which was smooth and tasty. But a pretty disappointing experience with lackluster service and responses. I'll definitely be trying them again but it's going to be a long while. I was so disappointed.

Yelp
There's always a massive line out the door at this location but it moves quick! It's a really cute cafe, with limited seating right outside. They have refreshing drinks that are good, but it's not super unique. Also when did drinks become $10?!
google avatar

Gabrielle U.

Yelp
Matcha is my lifeblood and the only reason I discovered this place was because my coffee date had recommended we try it out. The young woman who helped us was incredibly nice and gave us recommendations. I went with my usual, a hot matcha latte with oatmilk and honey. It was pretty good! I appreciate places like this because chain coffee spots have prepackaged matcha pumped with sugar. It tends to be overly sweet for no reason. I'd for sure try this place again, my friend had a strawberry matcha drink of some kind that looked delicious so that will get me to give this place another shot. Also, their pastries looked pretty tasty... they also have matcha ice cream. Need to try it all, for science you know ;-)

Yelp
Cha Cha Matcha in the Westfield mall in century city, LA offers drinks hot and cold, baked goods with the focal ingredient as Matcha. Matcha in its bright green tea extract hue is wondrous in terms of its many health benefits: Antioxidants to help boost your immune system, and helps with your Liver and much more..research and read up on it yourself. Really like matcha and have been to this shop multiple times. It's NOT this best matcha compared to Tea Master in Japanese Town DTLA but this shop is closer to Me and Beverly Hills. Every visit here, before I order I insist the staff handling my order Put on a fresh clean pair of gloves. The staff are not cordial and are so bored with their lives being in this job it shows. One particular staffer always seems to be more concerned about her drink in hand than helping customers, and she really needs to be fired asap a la Elon Musk! The serving area is always messy, not neat and sometimes needs to be cleaned from spillages. Suggestion for the nonproductive staffers: make use of your time cleaning the shop and making it look presentable, perhaps it will draw in more customers! And more importantly, have a positive attitude or Cha Cha Matcha yourself out. All the healthy benefits Matcha offers is negated/diminished/cancelled if the staffers are not cordial, have a negative attitude and don't maintain clean areas for food and drinks.

Yelp
Super clean spot. Loved the ambiance and interior design of this location. Luckily it wasn't busy so I got my drink quickly. It was my first time at a Cha Cha Matcha even though they exist home in NYC. I tried the UBE Matcha Latte and it reminded me of Froot Loops cereal milk and I am forever obsessed. I wish I took a picture since the green and purple looked so cool- but I drank it too quickly.

Yelp
Thursday: After lunch nearby, we walked through Westfield Century City Mall and I gasped when I saw Cha Cha Matcha! I had to try a drink! Decor: Really pretty pink, green & glossy, loved it! It reminds me of Miami! What A Beauty: Grateful to the girl at the register who is so sweet and gave me a sample of one of their most popular drinks, which I ended up ordering, because I loved it; Beautiful Latte! Yum! Bee pollen, raw honey, vanilla... had me at first sip! Sweet Treat: To my surprise, we noticed the fluffy Matcha Beignets! ! Absolutely & yes, please! They were fantastic! Overall: Thank you so matcha, loved the experience, Cha Cha Matcha! Great all-around flavor & friendly customer service! I'll be back, whenever Om in the area, as well as try the location closer to me in Venice!

Yelp
Drinks are very pretty but the taste was nothing special. It's a cute place to go with friends or if you're craving some matcha latte and need something quick :)
google avatar

Lucia L.

Yelp
I honestly wasn't the biggest fan of their signature strawberry matcha drink, which was $10!! and had a really strange, unpleasant after taste. I tried my friend's pink drink and it was a lot better, so I would definitely recommend going with their other unique drink options. My favorite is definitely the seasonal pumpkin spice soft serve, which is just so creamy, flavorful and refreshing! You can tell that they use really high quality milk, and I love how the soft serve isn't icy or watery at all. They also give you such a huge serving for only $6, which is really surprising considering LA prices and portions. Service has been a bit of a miss for me both times I visited- the employees are polite, but they definitely seem disengaged and slow-paced even if there's no one else in the store. Nevertheless, they're always happy to give you a free sample of their soft serve so I would highly recommend stopping by and giving them a try!

Yelp
Way too expensive. I dont care what fancy ingredients they use, that's too much for a drink. $7 for the matcha chai and $9 for the purple drink because she asked me if I wanted matcha inside the $7 drink without telling me it was an up-charge or what that up-charge was so I didn't think much of it and said yes. She made it sound potentially included. She said it's meant to be with the matcha. It was $2, making the drink $9. I should have known better. That's crazy expensive. Both drinks were good, the purple drink was the best though. It was super delicious. Both drinks were on the sweet side whereas other places where you order matcha they make it a strong matcha flavor without too much added sugar but these were sugary.
google avatar

Warren T.

Yelp
Great fun coffee place in Westfield Century City. The interior aesthetics reminds me of the Memphis style, which has gone through a revitalization in recent years. I came on a Sunday and they weren't busy at all. I ordered the purple drink, which consisted of lavender, purple ube, calming blend and milk. They have a variety of milk options, which I find to be pretty standard these days. The barista also asked if I wanted to add matcha powder, which I gladly accepted. She tossed a hefty amount on matcha on top, which was great that I was getting that antioxidant boost. The drink itself tasted quite healthy with a dash of sweetness. I would definitely return for more next time I'm in these neck of the woods.

Yelp
google avatar

Yen L.

Yelp
The matcha here tastes super watered down. From looking at the color, it looks like it would have a strong flavor but it does not. You can tell the matcha quality isn't very good here. The nice thing about this place is that it looks cute, but that's really it.
google avatar

Jerry J.

Yelp
Ordered a drink that costed $10 and regretted it immensely. Got the beautiful latte (matcha) because it contained collagen and I want beautiful skin but the flavor is fairly standard -- not too sweet so that was really great. The location at century city mall is super convenient and great as a refreshing drink after lunch. Down to go back and try their purple latte (which contains CBD and ube). The service was super kind and they were really patient with explaining all the drink options, and tailored my drink with all my sugar and ice specifications. When I requested less ice, I anticipated the drink to still contain like a bunch of ice cubes, but instead they only put 4 ice cubes in (like, literally 4) which was really nice because I felt like I got more matcha as a result. Super huge shoutout to the staff for being so attentive to my customization requests!
google avatar

Sheila W.

Yelp
Some of the best turmeric Matcha latte I've had around LA. It's a tiny spot in the corner. Once you place your order, you can watch them create your drink and don't forget to take a selfie. I enjoy getting mine on ice, and sometimes will treat myself to one of the pastries. My favorite pastry is the Matcha doughnuts. The ambience is a fun vibe. One day while there I wanted to HER who was ordering. It gets crowded some time, but the line moves pretty fast. It's definitely worth stopping by.
google avatar

Caroline K.

Yelp
I finally got to try Cha Cha Matcha. I ordered the strawberry matcha with almond milk, which was refreshing and light. I think I'll ask for less ice next time as half the cup was mainly ice.

Yelp
I would give this place zero stars if it were possible. Food and drinks are okay. The service is HORRIBLE. Unbelievably horrendous service. Like seriously, unfathomable. I went in today 1/22/23 first customer of the day. It was literally myself, the cashier (she was cordial) and the barista (worst barista and customer service I have ever witnessed first hand). He should be reprimanded and if you have received complaints about him previously it pains me greatly to say this but it may be time to let him go. I ordered an iced chocolate latte with oatmilk. The cashier told the barista my iced drink order. He made it hot. When I mentioned it the cashier said "yeah, I told you iced..." he looked at me and very condescendingly said "oh... um... I don't think I can make it iced today... um look at the chocolate..." *picks up plastic sauce bottle and shows it to me* me: okay, what other sweeteners do you have? barista: um, honey... me: do you have brown sugar? barista: *motions to self service sweetener counter* uh, yeah... me: can you make an iced americano? barista: um, we don't have coffee... you can go next door... Now I understand this is partially my fault because I didn't realize there's no coffee here. However the barista was sooooo nonchalant and condescending that I honestly could not take it. I literally left the drink on the counter and walked out. No refund, I just had to get out of there. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. Honestly, insane experience. I worked in the service industry as both a barista and a grocery store cashier for over 10 years. I know customer service, and beyond that I know how to treat people with kindness, respect, and dignity. This experience was honestly mortifying. I feel bad for everyone involved. :(

Yelp
The pink and green aesthetics itself pulled me in on the spot. The place is really cute and in a convenient spot for a quick grab-and-go while passing by. I ordered the draft matcha latte and it was so smooth. The sweetness was just right, and it was overall refreshing! I wasn't sure what to expect since I ordered it on a whim, but it for sure did NOT disappoint. I recommend this one. It definitely would've been a 5 star visit from me if it wasn't for the service. There were only 2 employees working the day I went and I was the only person in the store. Both looked at me directly and walked to the back without acknowledgment. They came back after a good 5 minutes. I was a little confused but I really wanted some matcha in the moment.

Yelp
Parking: Parking validation (for 3 hours?) at Gelson's with a $10 minimum grocery purchase! Drinks: Cha Cha Matcha has a great variety of matcha-based drinks with ingredients stated on the menu. My favorites are the purple and blue matcha. Be forewarned though, to add matcha is an extra $1 for the specialty drinks. Surprising since the whole theme of the place is matcha and I would have assumed it to be included. Definitely on the more pricier side of drinks I've had ($10). Ambiance: Very inviting interior decor but very minimal waiting space inside. There are a lot of small tables lined up outside though.

Yelp
After randomly finding their Venice location, I was really excited to learn that the Century City location was coming and even more excited when it opened! So here's why I'm knocking a star off -- I love the idea of all these different matcha type of drinks, but I didn't realize that if you want matcha, it costs extra? It's already $7-$10 per drink but ok, matcha is extra. So I opted for the Beautiful latte which really was delicious. They heat it up perfectly. But by they I mean the staff who seem very uninterested in being there and very unfriendly to me the excited patron who had tons of questions and excitement about ordering there. I'll go back in the future, but kind of begrudgingly until I have a better experience from the staff. Getting foofy drinks like this should be fun and not greeted with contempt lol.

Yelp
Hands down the SMOOTHEST matcha I have ever had. I admit their matcha is overpriced for what you get IMO (which is why i took off a star) but it's always so consistent and they use amazing ceremonial matcha. It's always so bright and tastes so high quality. The ambience of the place is great! Everything is very aesthetic and photographic. There are no seats or tables inside only 14 seats outside the place. The place is also inside the mall on the first floor, between Scotch & Soda and La Colombe, across from Kiehl's. It's a bit inconvenient to get to since you'll have to deal with the busy parking lot and then take an elevator/escalator up and then depending on where you park a 5-10 minute walk to get there so a little inconvenient. But if you're already at the mall and need a little pick me up, this place is perfect! My order is the matcha (matcha & water) or the latte if I want something creamy and milky. Because these are unflavored, they really allow the high quality matcha flavor to shine and from there I would go to the flavored drinks. My favorite flavored drink would have to be the ginger tumeric! The ginger flavor is so strong which I love. I also tried the matcha lemonade but I found it to be too tart for my liking. I'm looking forward to trying their seasonal drinks and can't wait to try more matcha drinks Would I come back? Yes

Yelp
WORST STRAWS. Asked them to fix this issue but they aren't interested. Impossible to drink this without getting a straw next door from colombe. Strange.

Yelp
My gf got the beautiful latte because the guy at the counter said it was the closest option to a vanilla latte. While they were making it we asked what the beauty blend (first ingredient in the description) is and they said it wasn't actually a blend of coffee flavors and they don't serve any coffee despite having lattes. This was a little confusing but we got the drink and it ended up tasting like glorified oat milk so $7 seemed like a ripoff. It was thrown out only halfway finished. Overall it was still cute and I might go back to try one of the matcha drinks. I'm giving it three stars because I'm sure their matcha is better and what they're known for so this poor experience may have been our fault.

Yelp
Really delicious! Drinks are a bit overpriced but really yummy. We had the strawberry lemonade and the matcha lemonade. The fresh mint and lemon in the drinks is so delicious and adds such a nice refreshing taste. Super cute store but no seating inside.

Yelp
What a cute place! As a matcha fan, I have never seen a place that has such an extensive menu of matcha items. Cute decor. Quick and friendly service. Taste drinks (hot or cold!)
