I have always been a fan of Chaiwala’s milk cakes and karak chai. I visited this branch for the first time a couple of days ago with my friends. We ordered milk cakes, chicken rolls, and karak chai, and the food was very good with no complaints at all. The place was also pleasant, clean, and had comfortable seating. However, I felt the customer service could be improved slightly. There was no greeting or smile, and communication from the staff was quite minimal. As the café was not busy at the time, this stood out a little. Overall, it was a good experience, and I hope the service can match the quality of the food in future visits.

I make very good Indian tea myself, so it’s not easy to meet my standards. To be honest, after eleven years in London, none of the Asian restaurants or shops impressed me with their chai. But Chaiiwala is the only place where I truly enjoyed authentic Indian tea. Love it!

I’ve been a regular at Chaiiwala - Harrow, visiting around 4-5 times a week, and it never disappoints! I’ve tried a wide variety from the menu, but my absolute go-to will always be their karak chai with a samosa – the perfect combo! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and they never fail to greet us with a smile when we walk in. If you’re looking for a cozy place to enjoy your snacks or grab a quick bite, this spot is perfect. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area. ☕️🫶

Dropped by around midday and tried the jalapeño & cheese pastry along with the mango falooda. The falooda was so good - super refreshing and full of flavour. The pastry was decent too, but I couldn’t really taste the jalapeño in it. Staff were friendly, but service was a bit slow. It’s quite a small place and gets busy, so it might be tricky to get a table if you’re planning to eat in. Overall, a solid spot for a quick bite!

I visited this chaiwala and ordered a Pink Tea Frappe and a milk cake. The frappe was extremely sugary, and when I mentioned it to the guy at the counter (the one with long curly hair), he was quite rude. He said, “That’s how it is,” and when I explained that I drink this regularly and it’s never that sweet, he replied, “So what do you want to do now?” in a very dismissive tone. I was very disappointed with both the attitude and the service. I ended up asking them to throw it away since they refused to make any changes. On top of that, the milk cake I bought was old and spoiled by the time. I got home. Since the shop is a 36-minute drive from my house, I couldn’t go back to return it. I even tried calling the shop, but no one picked up. Overall, I’m really disappointed with both the quality of the items and the customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place. This was my 1st and last time.

had an exceptional dining experience at [chaiwala Mohammed Firoz ]. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—every dish felt crafted with passion. Service was quick without being rushed, and the team anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food paired with outstanding service!”

Bought 2 chia and ghajar Ka halwa (sweet carrot dessert) as takeaway when I came to the car opened it. It was pink coloured dried milk split milk (disgusting) with some small pieces of carrots. It is nothing like ghajar Ka halwa. I took it back to them and they said this is how it comes from the head office and there is nothing we can do about it. I told him I will take something else instead and in response he said you have eaten half of it. Which is a complete lie. I respectfully told him keep the halwa and I left. The level of customer service and food alike is awful. You see 4.8 star reviews and thousands of them positive. I can't feather how one will accept this kind of food and customer service

The service was just fine, we ordered the caramel coffee which was extremely sweet. The coffee taste wasn’t even there.
