Overall a very disappointing experience I genuinely regret choosing this party hall. 1. Misleading “unlimited” buffet: We had clearly discussed an unlimited buffet beforehand, but the staff stopped serving after a few portions and even claimed we were eating too much. Completely unprofessional. 2. Forced to vacate early: In the middle of the celebration, they told us to leave because we were “disturbing” guests in the rooms. How is this acceptable? We booked the hall to enjoy a party, and they made the entire event uncomfortable. 3. Unsupportive staff: The staff were not cooperative at all—every request felt like a burden to them. 4. Zero hospitality: They advertise hospitality services, but there was absolutely no hospitality in anything they did. Would not recommend this venue to anyone looking for a smooth, pleasant party experience

Exceptionally Good food, well appointed rooms and conference hall. Sufficient parking. If somebody is a dosa lover they must visit Mulbagal dosa which is in the premises.

The party hall was nice and catering was good. A special thanks to Anusha — the decor was exactly what I wanted. She did a wonderful job, and I’d definitely recommend her decoration services for any event.

The new years eve 2026 was fabulous and the shows over there were 👌to be precized the magic show held over there by SKANDA SHARMA was 🤍🤌 great work enjoyed a lottt!!!!

It says it luxury but its not. Its basic at best. We had room at the end on 1st floor, the noise coming from bathroom window is really loud. There is mould and its dated at best. Holes in bedding, pillows under the covers are gross. You have to heat water up for a while before you consider having a shower.

Hosted my son’s bday party here in the lawn. Very nice atmosphere, clean lawns, good food, prompt service and a nice play area for children. Chairman’s club is a great practical choice for outdoor and indoor parties.

Very nice ambience. Can have meals and chill for a long time. Kids and adults friendly. The veg platter was yum. Would definitely revisit.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. The condition of the hotel room and the facilities provided were far below expectations. The room was unclean, cockroaches & flies around, broken switches, dirty mirror, untidy curtains, poorly maintained, uncomfortable and several promised amenities were either unavailable or not functioning properly. This experience was extremely inconvenient and did not reflect the standard advertised by your hotel. I hope you take immediate steps to address these issues to ensure better service for future guests.
