"Barcelona’s hottest new Colombian restaurant isn’t your standard arepa bar. It’s unlike any other in Barcelona, with two tasting menus (six courses for €55 or nine for €95) of colorful dishes that spotlight Indigenous recipes fused with Spanish colonial and African flavors. The result is a modern interpretation of Colombian cooking. There’s a chicken “sancocho,” or stew, a blend of Latin American vegetables like potatoes and pumpkin, with tangy sofrito brought by the Spanish settlers and African yuka, or the delicate pescado a la talla, cooked steamed in a banana leaf and laced with corn and native spices.
