Chamberlain's Chocolate Factory and Cafe

We came to Chamberlain's to have a birthday party for our 13 year old daughter and her friends. Christy was super friendly and very knowledgeable about all things chocolate and did a great job explaining to us the history of chocolate. We got to hold a real cacao pod and learn about how and where they grow. We were able crush a cacao bean and taste the inside which was pretty cool. She gave us 4 different types of chocolate; we enjoyed them all (my favorite was milk chocolate). We got to make several things out of chocolate and Christy packaged them up for us nicely to take home. Chamberlain's was extremely clean and very well stocked with prepackaged, GORGEOUS chocolate goodies for sale in their storefront. It was seriously the easiest and tastiest birthday party we ever had! I love that we could support a local and family-run business. We will DEFINITELY be back for their other events. This was a fantastic experience that was perfect for the entire family. We learned how chocolate is made and gained a new appreciation for the yummy treat. We also enjoyed the unique activity of making our own candy bar. We all enjoyed adding our toppings of choice and making very own candy bar wrapper. Personally, I would have preferred to have some almonds or pecans to add as a topping, but the owner explained that they are very allergy conscious. All in all great experience and we would probably come back.

We had a fantastic experience at the Chocolate Factory! Our kids had so much fun creating their own chocolate treats—it was a hands-on activity they truly enjoyed. The presentation about chocolate and its history was engaging and educational, and it really captured their attention. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and patient with the children, making the whole visit even more special. The kids were so excited and talked about it all day. Highly recommend for a fun and sweet outing!

The lottery ticket bar is absolutely delicious. There’s something magical about the chocolate liquor. *drool* I want to order 12 to have once per month.

I ordered a fruit bouquet for a co-worker but had the wrong address. Joe and Christy personally reached out to me late in the evening to get the correct address so they could make sure the delivery was received when promised. They went way out of their way to make this happen and I cannot thank them enough for their care, kindness, and personal touch. I will be a customer for a very long time. I also just found out they offer vegan chocolate and have classes and fun events. I am so excited to have found this hidden gem💜

We had an absolutely fantastic experience celebrating our child's 6th birthday at Chamberlain's Chocolate! The staff was great—patient, friendly, and attentive to all our needs. Great Staff and Efficient! I stopped by for a half dozen Chocolate Covered strawberries and they got my order ready in 20mins! Straight to the point, I got what I needed, and at a fair price. Great Presentation, Strawberries were sweet, tasty chocolate, and my lady is happy! 10/10, I'll be buying here again

My women's group visited Chamberlain's Chocolate Factory today and we were all impressed. The store has a wide selection of chocolates. Trust me- the dark chocolate with marzipan was fantastic. We also did the chocolate bar class with Christy. Such fun! She gave us an informative presentation about chocolate, so interesting. Then we sampled several bites of different chocolate from semisweet, milk chocolate and white plus a bittersweet. A then the fun started !!! We selected our chocolate, poured into molds then added a selection of Oreo's, pretzels, M&Ms and crushed peppermint. We finished off with the top layer. While we waited for our bars to set up, we designed our label. Everyone enjoyed this visit and we're looking forward to a return trip. Oh... they plan on opening a restaurant next door in the Spring, so watch for it!

My daughter and I attended a chocolate making class here and it was such an enjoyable experience and the chocolate is amazing! I highly recommend their products as well as the service and experience!

I made several purchases from Chamberlain's in January 2024. My wife especially loved the chocolate covered pretzels and the chocolate drizzled popcorn. I'm on my way back for more. By the way, you'll need the place your popcorn order a day ahead.

I want to start by mentioning this place is under new ownership as of late last year and these people are fantastic! This a great family owned business, you can truly see how passionate they all are about chocolate. The chocolate making class was absolutely amazing. We had so many different options of toppings to decorate our creations with. They also allowed us to try so many different types of chocolate. The owners are so kind and accommodating, they even happily accommodated an allergy for my friend and made sure she was still able to participate. There storefront also has great options of sweets for good prices. I highly recommend this shop for fulfilling your chocolate needs along with the classes!

Had a blast here doing a chocolate making class I bought on Groupon. The owners were SUPER informative about the process and the history of their business and made the experience a great one. There wasn't really any chocolate MAKING involved in the class, but we got to select the types of chocolate we wanted to use to make different deserts with chocolate that were delicious. At the end, I left with a container full of delicious tasty treats. I would definitely recommend this as a unique and fun night out.

I brought a kiddo to the Chocolate Making Class on a weekday and would definitely recommend this! It's only $10 per person and you can make your own candy bar. Which is bigger than a Hershey's and so much more legit. The class starts out with a sampling of 4 different chocolates - white chocolate, milk chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, and dark chocolate. They tell you a little bit about each of the chocolates and the history of chocolate. They even have a real cacao for you to see! Next, you get to pick which chocolate you would like. Unfortunately, they don't offer dark chocolate, but you can choose from the other three. You can choose to make a candy bar, or you can choose to make little truffles from molds. You get a tray of toppings (M&Ms, pretzels, Oreos, Graham crackers, chips, and rice crispies) and can use any and all of them for your chocolate. When you're done, it takes about 10 minutes in the cooler to harden, then you're free to go! They provide you with plastic bags to pack up your chocolate. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this for bringing kids or even a date night. It's cute and takes no more than an hour. I would recommend calling ahead to let them know that you're coming though, because they do sometimes get parties or groups.

Really convenient if you're looking for a great set of strawberries and chocolates to send to friends. Used to order weekly and had great results. Only 3 bad orders experienced of the many orders we've had.

We took their "chocolate making" class which as a cute date night or outing with your kid, this is great. The owner is the grandfatherly type figure equipped with a ton of information and cheesy anecdotes. He hates Hershey's chocolate but doesn't make his own (they melt down Peter brand). Which is why I didn't purchase any extra goods from them but Peter's does make good chocolate. The class doesn't teach you anything you couldn't learn by guessing (we spread melted chocolate and covered it in toppings to make bark, dipped strawberries, rolled ganache that he made in toppings to make "truffles") it was also BYOB but they provided glasses. We shared wine with other couples & everyone was friendly so that was enjoyable. After each round, he took away extra chocolate to toss out, but we ate a good bit of it anyway. It was fun and the owner was friendly so I'd be willing to go back again for chocolates instead of the class. Also, the place is in an office park so it's kinda hard to find, just so you know.

We went to a class on Friday evening. Class was fun and informative. We each made a full to-go container of treats... much more than I was expecting. The instructor, Jules (sp?) was helpful and knowledgeable. After class we perused the store. It was more interesting after we saw how some of it was made. Two things... I'd happily take the class again and try different combinations and techniques. The class is suitable for teens to adults. And, this is my new chocolate store ;)

Discovered Chamberlains today!!!! My daughter and I ordered a chocolate Freakshake to share because we just couldn't help ourselves. Before leaving we thought we should sample the handmade truffles and chocolate covered nuts etc so took an assortment home for my husband. They were just as delicious so we'll definitely being going back...especially since they host adult chocolate goodie making classes.

Had a sort-of last minute order with a small delivery window and they got it worked out without any problems. The delivery itself is a little pricey but overall it's not that expensive considering the costumer service was amazing and the chocolate is delicious.

First time to stop in. Owner is exceptional nice. And the products are to die for! Going to be here awhile as busy at this new location. We are getting several things including made to order chocolate covered strawberries.

Besides the chocolate being extremely tasty, they are so sweet, helpful and patient there! Highly recommend stopping by their shop! They will work with you to find exactly what you want. They also did a great job catering the small chocolate box gifts at each table of the Johnny mac scholarship fund gala. It's such an important cause to support children of the fallen

Found a Groupon deal to BYOB and make chocolate and decided to go with a few girlfriends. What a great experience! We learned a few things and had a great time with 2 of our favorit things Wine and Chocolate. Would def recommend! The new store is also super cute and has a wide selection of coffee, drinks, dessert and of course chocolate to select from.

For what it's worth, this place is pretty cute! I came here for a children's birthday party. The party was a neat idea, the host was super sweet and tried her best to engage with the party. I would come back for treats or a coffee in the future if I was in the area but i wouldn't have my kids party here. When I think chocolate factory I think upbeat, high tempo fun and colorful. This is not it.

I had the most wonderful birthday surprise fruit basket delivered today. It was wonderful and the young man delivering was so thoughtful (and safe) and truly made me feel special. In a world where we do have to be distant be gave me a connection and I am so grateful my friend knew to order from this business!

Stopped in for coffee and a treat. Very small selection and very average. I hate to say the coffee made me sick or the cake but I hadn't eaten anything and my stomach was so sick and cramped after trying this place. Sorry not a fan.

1st time - 12/23/18 I called the store and someone put me on hold forever, then I drove all the way from comming to the store. MJ - the owner was there and she asked me to fill the request form which I did and she said she will call me that day or the next day. The request form was for my kid's birthday party for 1/11/19. 12/26/18 still no return phone call, then I called store and the person - he said the owner wasn't there but he will call the owner to call me back right away. On the same day, I also went on their website emailed MJ for the bday party confirmation. Within the next a few days no return phone call, and i was calling daily but wasn't able to reach anyone. Today - 1/10/19 Brain - from the store emailed me back and asked if I have been contacted. Finally I am contacted one day before the bday and it's too late。

I've been going to Chamberlains for years, and I love their new location (much easier to stopped in after work for a little pick me up). My favorite thing I've ever tried was the chocolate covered orange peel, but their truffles also hit the spot. Love the coffee they have added.

Milkshakes are awesome, cake is delicious, and the owner is phenomenal! Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Had my teen daughters birthday here. Was pleasantly surprised-had a fabulous party complete with decor, dessert, treats to take home and a little bit of education about chocolate. Our party coordinator did a great job keeping the party moving and the kids had a great timed enjoyed every bite! Would recommend! Great addition to the East Roswell Community!

This place is terrific. Incredibly delicious treats and friendly service.

We went here for the chocolate making class. The party room was the back of the business (storage room) The owner put chairs and tables up and served us lunch. The salad dressing was in a measuring cup and lemons for iced teas was in a mason jar. One of the owners used the same gloves he handled the trash with to serve us chocolate. He kept touching everything with those dirty gloves they he touched the chocolate before service us. Didn't ear anything.

Great new location, much more space. Wonderful gift options.plus cafe. Hot chocolate was ordinary but the mousse desert was outstanding. Love the buckeyes too! Very friendly staff.
