"Fall-inspired cuisine fills the menu at Chambers 19 and it’s no wonder that this Doylestown restaurant offers a delicious short rib mac and cheese as part of the roster. Shredded short rib combines with gemelli pasta and Gruyere, all of which is topped with delicate chives." - Kristen Kwiatkowski

If you're looking for a nice comfortable weekday dinner, chambers is a great restaurant with a sports bar vibe in the front if you're into watching sports while eating. Lots of historical Doylestown photos all over the walls to see. The food is very good and the wait staff are very kind.

Google
Wonderful experience! All staff, including our server John, were friendly, attentive and accommodating. Telling John that my friend and I were going to split two entrees, these meals were served to us already split on two different plates! The food was delicious and the drinks top notch. 10/10 recommend.

I have ordered the bourbon burger half a dozen times. The first few times it was delicious. But for the last Four orders it is overcooked And chewy The final straw was the chicken quesadilla ordered for delivery: it was soggy and had a bad smell. Not sure if it's different cooks on the grill? Wish I could still order from here, But sadly, I don't think I will be

Everything was quite nice but there was some fairly loud and not so good jazz music coming from upstair. Initially felt that maybe the food was a little pricey for brunch but it was damn good and in the end it didn't really matter. Service was quite good as well, which matters! I would absolutely go back again. Hopefully next time there is no awful jazz music filling up the empty spaces.

Google
The Mac and cheese was excellent. Very heavy though and enough for a group. The shrimp tacos and chicken avocado sandwich were just so so. Ranch was on point. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was very dark but they did have candles. Also was very loud. Seemed like voices carried unusually far in there. Live music was going as we left. Seemed like a good vibe.

Google
Great food, incredible bartender, amazing atmosphere. This was a wonderful stop while going through Doylestown. I just wanted some comfort food to get me by and this place delivered! The chicken fingers and fries were awesome and so was the Mac and cheese. Definitely a must stop in my opinion.

Google
Catering food and staff are amazing! Chambers 19 recently catered our backyard party for 100+ guests with wonderful results. John did a great job helping us plan the menu, even allowing for a few changes the week of the event. Sean and Bec ran the bar and buffet and they both were very friendly and professional. The food was delicious and far exceeded our expectations. We received more compliments on the food than any of our past parties. From set up to serving to clean up, we did not need to lift a finger. Chambers 19 handled everything. We will definitely use them again for future catering needs.

Best food we had in Pennsylvania so far and we are Italian so very very picky! Kudos to the chef ! I ordered a salmon with dill sauce, the salmon was perfectly crispy outside and tender inside and moist. The asparagus were so well cooked that I was able to eat them entirely. My husband had a ribeye steak with garlic sauce and he’s normally so picky with steaks but this time he loved it. We finished our plates entirely! We got an apple cider as a drink which was amazing too. The young girls who took care of us were so helpful and friendly, especially one - unfortunately we don’t recall her name- she had tattoos on both her legs and we talked a little bit after our lunch and she gave us some recommendations on places to visit. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the music not too loud which is perfect . Highly recommended!

Yelp
Sat at the Bar and Britt, bartender, made it a warm and welcoming mid-week happy hour. My friend and I enjoyed Chili, French Onion Soup (a tad too salty for my liking) and fabulous $6 Brussels Sprouts. I also had a Happy Hour shot of Tito's for just $3.50. Happy hour is the way to go here, and Britt is a great bartender. Superb Service.

Yelp
Went here for lunch as it had been here for years and I decided to try. The French onion was not the best I've ever had, but the salads were great and very generous portions. Service was also great.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place , from Doylestown and it's my favorite place in Doylestown. They have a new owner and the food seems to still be really good. The bartenders and servers are always excellent and very friendly, love the happy hour. It's great to have a restaurant with split personalities. One side is a nice , quiet restaurant while the other side is a fun pub. Depending on your mood, you can definitely always be happy here. The cheesesteak was very good , I liked the roll but I believe it was previously frozen and not fresh. The barbed is awesome and the entrees are also really good but I haven't tried the new menu yet.

Yelp
I was in the mood for a beet salad and I just so happen to find s 19 Bistro. The house was very kind and welcoming. Tor was our server and she was great from beginning to end. The appetizer's and salad came out very fast. I have to say the service was 5 starts. Tor was great. The ambiance was dated, but well kept. Though the food was delivered in a timely matter, the food was a little sub par. I really don't think it was the chefs fault, perhaps it was the ingredients they were given. I really don't know. Though my steak was prepared to my liking (ribeye) it was not S flavorful or tender as any ribeye I have ever had in the past. The burger bun was like day old bread with hard edges. In conclusion the staff you have are great, but the ingredients used need to be stepped up.

Catherine G.

Yelp
Amazingly good food however service was incredibly slow and our server saw fit to chatter away to a group of friends at the table behind us while we waited 10 minutes to be greeted after seating....21 minutes just to get a beer, another 15 minutes for the food AND THEN SHE PROCEEDED TO HAVE ANOTHER 15 MINUTE LONG CONVERSATION WITH THE TABLE BEHIND US WHILE WE THEN WAITED FOR THE CHECK ........sorry won't be returning...food is always good but don't have a spare 2 hours to be held hostage in a eating establishment. The manager/managers need to know what's happening.

Yelp
Some friends and I were looking for a place to stop by for a quick snack and a drink! We stepped right into Chambers and found a spot at the bar. We got lucky though, it was the only open spot left on a Saturday in the summer. Service was quick to take our order shortly after we sat down, however we did wait some time for our food but it was understandable with how busy it was. Good drinks and good appetizers. My friend and I spilt the Pickles and Pub Pretzels! Perfect pretzel bread that's got a little crunch but super soft insides. The pickles were fried to perfection and not oily at all! For the dips, it came with queso and chipotle sauce. We both preferred the queso!! For the ambiance, it's definitely a bar! It's got relatively loud music and sports streaming on the TV. We sat directly in the bar area - it was a bit louder than our preference but we also picked a bar when my friends and I were looking to catch up! Fun environment, especially at night. Overall great stop! Definitely would stop in for a drink and apps another time!

Yelp
It was a Friday night date night when we came across Chambers 19. It's in the center of town, across from Starbucks. We decided to check them out and heard they serve a fantastic burger from another Doylestown foodie. We walked in without reservations, and we were seated in a few minutes. The primary side seems a little fancier, with leather-backed seats, a fireplace, and a well-lit bar area. We were seated on the other side where the atmosphere was more laid back with tv and sports playing wall to wall with a good selection of 90s grunge rock playing. It was crowded but still offered an atmosphere to hear your date from across the table. I heard rumblings for this as the best burger in town, the Burger Au Poivre (demi glazed mushroom sauce ), with an order of wings to share. Overall it was a good burger, but I look forward to making a top burger list for the Doylestown area. Love to hear what you might consider the best burger in your opinion so I can add it to my following destinations. #trendingflavor

Yelp
The service is average and the drink menu is misleading. The after dinner drink menu has 2 prices per drink but does not explain them. If you order one of the after dinner drinks as anything on the rocks they will charge you for a double automatically without tell and/or asking if you want a single or double. I thought I was ordering a $35 drink, instead it ended up being $70. Nothing on the menu indicated asking for the drink on the rocks would automatically turn it into a double nor was I informed of the same when I ordered the drink. Fraudulent

Yelp
My wife and I had dinner at Chambers on Saturday 2/24. Food was pretty good. Waitress did a nice job and was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, when we got up to leave, I left a cap in the booth. When we got home 15 minutes later and I realized that I had forgotten to pick up the cap, I called the restaurant. The hostess, who was very nice, looked right then and found the cap in the booth; she told me she would put it behind the bar for safekeeping until I could retrieve it. Now, let me say that it was a very nice hat that my wife had just given me for Christmas: brown, wool, patchwork design, ball cap style from Italy. Goes for $65-$70. So, when I showed up the next day, less than an hour after they opened, the hat could not be found. An employee looked and then the owner, who took my cell number and said he'd check further with employees and get back to me. He didn't, I called there twice since then and haven't heard anything back. I don't normally complain, and I'm not looking for a free meal. It just would've been nice to get a call back. And, since I went back to get the hat less than 24 hours later , we all know that somebody on the staff must have taken it. Sorry to have to say that, but sure looks like it. Like I said at the outset, the food was good, the waitstaff friendly and efficient, but we're probably not going back...

Yelp
Went here on a quiet weekday night. Cozy place with decent menu. Food is standard pub fare, with slight elevation. The sauces with the pickles and pretzels was very flavorful. Service was attentive. It's one of the few places open later than it's neighbors offering food, so will likely come back here again.

Yelp
Nice comfy bar right on the main stretch. Menu has lots of options for everyone. Burger was great and it came with tasty chips. Drink prices here are great too. Definitely stop in here for a bite to eat and a few drinks!

Yelp
This place is the run of the mill sports bars. The food is OK. They have two bars. On the right side it gets super crowded. On the left side it's supposed to be upscale and more classy. However, the barstool are the cheapest barstools you can buy, and they all are different heights. That is the most annoying thing in my life. Barstool that don't sit straight, or are different heights. That is the most annoying thing I've ever encountered at a restaurant or bar. However, the bar back who is actually a server who is bartending is very good and friendly and efficient. The two other people that were sitting at the bar were also very cordial and gregarious.I ordered a Reuben sandwich with extra sauerkraut but, it did not have extra sauerkraut. Became with taro before and they are so yummy. I do recommend coming to this restaurant because it's just nice to be in a quiet space that has good spirits. My humble regards, K.David

Yelp
Chambers 19 Bistro and Bar should just drop the Bistro from their name because clearly this is not a place to eat but only drink. Having been to this restaurant many times over the years it was always a place for a dependable meal. Not great but a good solid meal. Yesterday's meal however was so abysmal that it was barely edible. The guacamole was brown and old. The fish was overcooked and completely dried up. The " rice pilaf " was rice with some chopped carrots. This is a place we will not be returning to.

Yelp
Best Burgers!!!! From the toppings, to the sides -- just all around delicious. I've had other things here before too and its consistently good. But I'm here to talk about the burgers. Perfectly cooked, quality meat, not too greasy. The mushroom one is like a gravy, very savory, gave me meatloaf vibes but so tasty. Fresh mushrooms and delicious sauce all around. Comes with taro chips, they're crisp and yummy. On the other 2 plates with upcharged and tried the fries and the cole slaw and I'm so glad we did. The fries are amazingly "crispity" - just quality, flavorful and extra crisp. The cole slaw was homemade and not drowning in mayo. Not pictured, we tried the fried pickles and soft pretzel basket - so yummy, came with a cheese sauce and a zesty ranch - perfect start and not too big to fill up too much. It's your old school, good bar food. Friendly staff, who was attentive. Overall a great staple on Main Street, worth the try. I know I'm the evenings they often have live music and other entertainment too.

Yelp
Always a cold drink and a great bite to eat! Awesome place to meet up with friends!!! The staff at Chambers is super friendly and attentive!!! Love Chambers!!

Yelp
My wife and I decided to eat here on Saturday night to try something different. I ordered the cheese plate for an appetizer and the skirt steak with a vegetable replacing the fries. As usual I ordered the steak rare. It was rare and quite tasty. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the steak. The cheese plate was also quite good. It came with about 12 little slices of cheese and a cheese infused with blueberries. Also included was a small selection of berries including strawberries and blueberries. It was good and I enjoyed it as an appetizer. One small complaint is that the timing was a little off as the entrees came while we were still eating the appetizers. We like to take our time and talk and enjoy the little time out we get. Unfortunately when the entrees come before the appetizer is finished it makes us feel a little rushed. The service was good. We did not have reservations, but the hostess, Jessica, was friendly and handled the situation quickly so we could get a table without delay. The server was also friendly and stayed on top of our order. We decided to have house wine of which they had a nice selection, and it was quite affordable. The bottom line is that for a change of pace and a nice Saturday dinner Chambers 19 was a good choice. We will come back again.

Yelp
Fantastic options for taco Tuesday, flavors were great and unique. But holy s*** is the bartender useless. 1 star for him. Had his back turned to everyone the whole time, left for too long and left bar unattended and then came back with a chick that sat down to drink and socialize with him with another group of people. Waited way too long to check in with us. We're fully prepared and wanted to order more food and drinks but didn't because of the bartender annoying us. If you want good tacos definitely go, but don't sit at the bar.

Janet D.

Yelp
We dined on Saturday night at an outside table on the sidewalk. It was definitely loud but it was also loud inside with a party going on. We were told right up front that they were short of help. Not exactly what you want to hear. How does there issue become the customer's issue? Food was good. Not spectacular but good. Service was fair. We would definitely go back but maybe during the week.

Ann D.

Yelp
Was not impressed at all being in the center of Doylestown. I was expecting a lot more. Food was mediocre at best. I ordered blackened salmon with asparagus and white rice. The salmon was not blackened, just tons of pepper, the asparagus wasn't even cooked and the rice was hard. My margarita was very watered down. The restaurant was very loud and the service was slow and kept forgetting our orders. I definitely will not be returning. Very disappointed! Oh, and my S'more lava cake was dry and flavorless. That's all.

Christopher D.

Yelp
I've had the pleasure of returning to Chambers after they re-opened for both lunch and dinner. Their burgers remain spot on. If you are a fan of fried pickles the pickleback burger is for you. The new menu has a lot of great entrees. On my last visit I ordered the Shepherd'spie. Wonderful mixture of browned beef, vegetables in a warm gravy topped with mashed potatoes, served in a cute cast-iron skillet. The drink menu remains strong. The craft beer selection is top notch with a mixture of national and local selections. While in-person dining may be done for2020, I cannot wait to return in the New Year.

Yelp
The bouncers are super weird and agressive. They also have an uninviting atmosphere for the LBGTQ community. Music is ehh. Mom's is definitely better.

Yelp
I'd like to give a shout out to Mr. Justin Mannato for the customer service he provided to me when I was in need of a last minute venue for a small wedding gathering. He was super calming of my nerves about the quick planning process and was willing to accommodate all of my needs at a reasonable price. He was super flexible and that is not easy to come by. He also was very good at quickly interpreting what I was asking for and making helpful adjustments. I'd highly recommend Chambers 19 for a medium-sized gathering of friends, family, or coworkers. Also, having been a resident of Doylestown since 2016, I can attest that this place is a wonderful neighborhood spot, day or night. The food is tasty, the menu is diverse, and you will be supporting a wonderful local business by going there. Thanks again!

Yelp
we stopped in for lunch and were hoping for a good meal. we were wrong. The lettuce on my salad was not fresh. The croutons also tasted stale and the dressing had very little flavor. The other meal ordered was a steak wrap. It was described as shaved steak, but turned out to be tasteless ground beef. It looked like dog food. There are many more restaurants in Doylestown that would be much better. The service was good.

Jeff B.

Yelp
We came for dinner on a Saturday night. We sat in the main bar are at a high top by the window. It was a cool dinner spot. Good for people watching. I had the NY Strip with blue cheese. It was cooked medium and it was goodMy wife had the Anglotti. She said was ok. We will stop in for drinks next time.

Yelp
Chambers 19 is the pocket aces of the Doylestown food scene (reference chosen for a reason). I'd call it a hidden gem but its way too big to hide. Full disclosure, I only started coming here because I'm in the Tuesday night poker league (Riverchasers, free to join and play....cheap plug) and from the first thing I ordered was "all in." I first fell in love with their steak quesadillas (like I'd serious dream about them some nights) sadly they were taken off the menu during Covid and haven't made it back quite yet (please hurry!!!! we miss them). Since then I've moved onto the sheppard's pie, the bourbon chicken, and the gold medal winner..... The Waldorf chicken salad (holy crap that's delicious) I'm here almost every Tuesday (having a life is overrated) and I've never had a bad meal. Wings (kickass), Entrees (mouthwatering), and desserts to die for. No matter what you order, you can't go wrong. And for the love of good please tip your servers!!! Our Tuesday server (shout out to Shannon) just never stops moving. One of those intuitive servers that just KNOWS! Your glass will never go empty (I swear she can see a half full glass from a mile away), she always quick with a kind word and quicker to get the food out. Simply the best. Come for the food, stay for the poker......see ya next Tuesday?

Yelp
Not sure how but the French onion soup was cold, then my disgusting chicken fajita was cold as well, I guess I discovered they don't know how to cook. My wife's cheesesteak was very good and so was my son's burger, maybe they didn't like me.

John M.

Yelp
Great neighborhood restaurant with an all star menu. Treated like good friends when we eat here.

Yelp
Burgers were great. Service was solid we ate in the bar area. Try the pickle back burger!

Yelp
I am sorry to review Chambers as low since I live right in Dtown and always go here as a great "go to" with good food and service. Went Sunday for early dinner and such a disappointment. Ordered surf and turf. No clue how to cook the meat. Thinking the nice guy that runs the bar is cooking? Cold and tough. No knife could get through it. And no offer for a steak knife. When sister in laws streak was rare that she asked for well done they took it back to kitchen and left her cold mashed potatoes and veggies. Could they think to reheat her sides? When that came back outside browned and inside rare. Was a disgrace. Very amateur people running this show. Service ok though could waitress have checked this. Still gave decent tip for bad meal. Disappointed

Yelp
We've been here for brunch, lunch and dinner for more than 20 years and brought along family and friends many times; have also recommended Chambers to others. Last week and this week we had made phone reservations for dinner, but when we arrived the hostess didn't have our information and seemed defensive about this. We waited for our table but after ten minutes we left because no server arrived. I wish the new owner well, but he could take trips from previous owners Matt and Adrienne, and the bartenders could take some tips from Patrick, the former bartender, who always made us feel welcome and at home Matt was often on sight and mingled with guests, and we chatted with him dozens of times. I sincerely wish the new owner and employees well and we might give Chambers another try this spring to see if there's been improvement in service. The food and drinks are good, no doubt, but they are also good at many other Doylestown restaurants. Cheers.

Yelp
Going to Chambers this evening with friends. Have not been here in several years so we were definitely looking forward to coming back. Loved the warm cozy updated bar area. My friend and I both ordered the seafood with pasta dish and were looking forward to the "lobster, shrimp and crab meat" with pasta entrée. The crab meat was nonexistent and the "lobster" consisted of the scrapings left over from the shell. My friends entrée was heavy with pasta while mine was very soupy. Since we were dining with friends, I did not want to send the dinner back and embarrass them. I do not usually complain, but when I order a meal I at least anticipate that it will be delivered as advertised. I know these times are trying and difficult. However, At least I expect what I pay for and nothing more. I find Chambers using deceptive marketing. If they are unable to deliver what they advertised, take it off the menu. Better to have a smaller selection than to lose customers. I am sure my opinion and review will not make a difference, but I still feel compelled to express my severe disappointment with our meal selections this evening.

William S.

Yelp
Just had dinner here Saturday night. Looks like a reduced menu so that St Patrick day specials were made available. Food was good, a little pricey but it is in Doylestown.

Ed W.

Yelp
Cozy, affordable place space in busy Downtown. Pre pandemic they had a great Sunday brunch. I hope it comes back. It was low jay and really well done. Great burgers at lunch.

Yelp
Had a surprisingly great meal and drinks here with family this past weekend. Spur of the moment plans bought us into town and hubs who grew up in this town haven't been to "this side" of Chambers (unsure what that really means) in years. With no reservation - we fortunately got one of the last booths, as it was really crowded on a Friday later in the evening. (to be expected). Our server was a friendly young lady, who made several recommendations or commented oh good choices. The mac n cheese app was delicious. The candied bacon/short rib on top really elevated this dish beyond your standard adult mac n cheese. Onion petals standard, the dipping sauce was great though. Pretzel sticks, food service item, and the pickles were good - again great dipping sauces. I've been on a fish and chips kick since taking the month off dieting, and this fish and chips did not disappoint one bit. The fish batter was great, held on the fish as I cut into it, and held its crunch perfectly till the end. The "chips" - fries - were alil on the softer side, would have liked them more crispy but that's just a personal preference and I'm sure they steamed a bit under the giant piece of fish. Hubs and cousin in law's hub loved their burg, cooked perfectly to their request. Cousin loved his quesadilla and finished it off without complaint. Again, our server did a fantastic job keeping our rounds of drinks on speed and checked in with us at just the perfect pace - hats off to her as it was extremely busy. After the kitchen closed and we stuck around for "just one more" drink - i got in line for the restroom and quickly realized there was a major confrontation about to happen (nose to nose!) so I ran to get a bouncer/doorman. I encountered first kitchen staff and shouted that I needed a bouncer - he quickly waved me around into the hallway and grabbed a younger tall guy (think he was a barback also) and the bartender quickly ran over to diffuse the situation using soft skill rather than brute force. They made me feel safe and confident that I could continue my evening at the establishment Def. a spot I look forward to returning to - we all had a great time, eating, drinking, and enjoying the atmosphere!

Yelp
Was recommend to me by several friends. My husband and I were greeted by a super friendly guy and our waitress was not overly attentive, but fine. My husband had the duck and said it was really good. It looked good and if I was one that ate meat, would have ordered that, but I shouldn't eat animal products due to a digestive enzymes disorder I have had since gallbladder removal and pancreatic issues. I had a veggie burger ( black beans) and to be honest, it was the most tasteless veggie burger I've ever eaten. My bad I forgot to ask them to omit the cheese and was disappointed it came wrapped in a Naan bread, not pita as I was told by our waitress: (Naan is made of butter and yogurt, where a pita is free of animal products). They really need to up their game on the plant based side. Leave the spinach raw not cooked because it looses it's flavor and texture when wet. Raw ingredients can add a textural crunch which is appetizing. People used to not eating animal products such as cheese, use a variety of things to add flavor and texture, such as raw onion, raw greens, pickeled veggies, lemon. Cooked veggies are fine also, but more appealing when in combination of crunchy ingredients or crisp bread. There are other restaurants with live music that accommodate for plant based eaters. The fries were also not very good, mostly because they were cold. When it came to the music: the venue was not my cup of tea. I'm in my fifties, but walking through the bar on my way out was strange and hellish. Was packed with mostly people my age trying too hard to be contemporary. I felt like it was an eighties high school reunion out of wealthy suburbia. In other words, it was not a very diverse atmosphere. There is one shared bathroom for both men and women, so yes, there is a line, sorry guys. I really went in with the intention to like it there, but honestly, won't be back. Gave it three stars because our greeter was very nice. Heading down to East Falls tomorrow night at LeBus for some homemade sourdough bread, veggies and live jazz to recover.

Yelp
Went on a Tuesday to check out the lunch specials. The food was fantastic but the service was anything but. It took multiple minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me and when I asked if I could get a drink I received attitude. After finishing my drink, I sat and waited patiently for a second one. When I called for her attention, I received attitude again with the comment "I saw you were empty". She was rude and neglectful. Will not return.

Yelp
I came here about a week ago for Bucks Co Restaurant Week. Their menu was awesome and a great deal! Food is delicious but I knocked a star for plating and presentation. You can't judge a book by its cover but you also eat with your eyes first. The taste of everything made up for these small details, though! I started out with the cheese plate. It was a selection of 3 cheeses, cured meat, prunes, pecans, spinach, and bread. There were also two spreads - bacon jam and what I think was supposed to be an apple chutney. Not only did the presentation look beautiful, but the flavor combinations tasted beautiful as well. Smoky bacon jam with sweet pecans and a creamy, salty cheese. Fresh spinach with a crumbly cheese. I wasn't crazy about the chutney because to me it tasted like apple pie filling - delicious, but not quite what I'm looking for on my cheese plate. Next came the lobster bisque. It was silky and luscious and everything I love in a soup. The lobster was sweet but there was a subtle bite of spice from what I think was Old Bay seasoning that you could feel in the back of your mouth. The cream base reminded me of a blush sauce for pasta. It had a fresh quality that you would find in a tomato base but a heartiness that you get from a cream base. I was missing a garnish to add a little bit of texture - chives would have been fantastic or even just some chopped parsley for color. Despite this, I cannot recommend it enough. My entree was the Pan Seared Salmon Dijon. To be perfectly blunt, I was not impressed when it was brought out. The salmon looked overdone and the dijon sauce was haphazardly splashed onto the plate as though it had been accidentally spilled there. However, based on my prior two courses, I remained hopeful. What looked like overcooked salmon was really just the hardest sear that I have ever seen on a filet. The crust was crisp and salty but the fish melted like butter. I had never understood what chefs meant when they talked about crispy fish skin - I get it now. Normally, I cringe at fish skin but this added texture and taste to the filet. It didn't even need the dijon sauce, though I'd never say no to a good mustard preparation. It had the spice of dijon with the sweetness of honey and brown sugar. The allspice gave the sauce an earthy depth. Everything was served over a haricot vert risotto which was a textural combination of creamy and crunchy that added a great element to the plate. Somehow, I was expected to still eat dessert. I don't like to let people down so I obviously couldn't say no. Chambers 19 luckily had one of my favorite desserts, creme brulee, so it made it easier on me to power through (even though creme brulee is super heavy... whatever). It was a simple, no frills preparation, although it was a larger serving than what I would typically anticipate. There were patches of sugar that weren't properly brulee'd, but it didn't take away from the light flavors of the custard. Yelp
Have eaten there several times, and it has been very good Ate there tonight. My order was not done as requested (overdone steak). They handled it in the best way possible (whisked it away, apologize,,and brought whole new platter which was excellent). They even brought a dessert as a courtesy. Husband's peach chicken was excellent too. Kudos to an excellent staff too.

Yelp
Please go learn what the proper elements are in a Cobb Salad. I was served one tiny slice of avocado that didn't even taste like an avocado. The dressing was almost flavorless. Very disappointing.

Yelp
Pickles and Pretzels were great. Bartenders WORKED IT tonight and it was amazing, had a great time here.

Yelp
Always a treat. Staff if extremely friendly, the food is tasty and the prices are pretty reasonable for a restaurant in downtown Doylestown. Make sure if you order the burger (delicious) that you get Taro chips on the side. They're amazing. If you're a sports fan, The Other Side is perfect with plenty of TVs and, in the summer, it's open to the street. The main bar, while small, is very classy. A great place to stop in for a drink after work.

Yelp
My wife and I were in downtown Doylestown looking for a spot for lunch when we saw at chambers 19, as we entered we were greeted quickly and pleasantly and seated within minutes. We were showing the specials and the regular menus as well I'll be honest, it was difficult to make a choice there is so many good offerings. My wife had a pulled pork BBQ sandwich that was topped with a sweet and savory bacon jam! I went with the Ultimate Steak Sandwich, first off I was pleasantly surprised by the creamed garlic sauce, nice touch to the melt in your mouth prime rib of beef on a fresh steak roll. Our meals came with a side taro chips that are light and crispy, it was a real treat not to have the same old potato chips. We finished with a delicious house made carrot cake, we couldn't get enough of it! The server was pleasant and attentive and the owner stopped by our table to see how our meal was, he was a great host and had spent a few minutes with us. Overall an excellent lunch experience, we will be back for dinner very soon.

Yelp
During pandemic, decided to try curbside pick up. Just a burger but it was yummy! I've eaten here several times before this whole pandemic and have enjoyed their Sunday brunches and afternoon lunches. Have yet to ever have a problem or a bad meal. A nice gem in Doylestown... make sure you check it out

Yelp
Had the chef's special (I think the chef's name is Rob) Scallops, Shrimp and gnocchi. It was fantastic, probably the best dinner I ever had there. And Patrick the bartender is great.

Yelp
best food in d-town. My mouth waters thinking about the gourmet grilled cheese or bacon jam burger . Not to mention, they've got the friendliest bartenders around. (Shoutout Justin, Lexi, and John). It's nice to have a local place where you feel comfortable and know the food and drinks are always gonna be great.

Yelp
I was literally blown away by the food here. I live in the city, but the fam still lives in Doylestown-area, so I always like to hit up a new place to eat when I come home to visit. My boyfriend and here came for happy hour / dinner and absolutely love it. We just got back from Maine, so I of course got the lobster roll, and he got the fish and chips. Lobster roll was so good I couldn't believe it. And for $8 on HH, I couldn't believe the portion. Boyfriend was happy with his fish and chips and got a huge portion as well. We stuck with wine, which was just okay. But I'm excited to come back for dinner again soon!

Yelp
This place was disgusting and I honestly don't know why it's open other than the fact that there aren't many bars in Doylestown. It was filthy, trash and food all on the ground and dark because the lights didn't work. The tables were so close together I felt like I was on a date with the people next to me. Our waitress was bad. I don't complain about waitresses because their job is tough but she didn't remember anything and she wore these nasty furry gloves, God only knew how many germs those things carried and they were on our plates. The food was good, just good, and the only saving grace, however there was limited options and everything came with weird chips. This was a one stop spot for me for a friend's birthday and needless to say I won't be going back.
