Visited for lunch on Valentine’s Day and had such a fantastic experience from start to finish. The host and service were genuinely stellar — warm, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. The food was absolutely incredible. We started with the calamari, cheese sambousik, and Hummus Sojok — every dish was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. For mains we had the mixed grill, which was cooked perfectly and packed with that authentic Lebanese taste. We finished with the milk & rosewater pudding, which was the perfect sweet ending — light, fragrant, and delicious. The homemade lemonade was also amazing and so refreshing. You can really tell why this place has won so many awards — the quality is top-tier. Easily one of the best Lebanese meals we’ve had. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

Went here for Valentine’s Day and the food was amazing. Huge amount of choice on the menu. Our favourites were the Arayes and the baba ghanouj. Would highly recommend getting the trio of cold mezze dips. The service was 10/10 with a very attentive waiter who really elevated the experience.

Good to be back at Chamisse after along time these guys always keeping consistency, Food always great a real taste of Mediterranean Lebanese cuisines(from padron pepper to black aubergine, warak enab, and grilled prawns) I can’t ask for more, as well as a same friendly faces for many years delivering a good service means this guys are doing a great job. Looking forwards to my next visit soon

This has got to be by far one of my favourite restaurants. I go often to it when I am in London and the food is authentic and consistently delicious. Service and attention to detail is spot on. A must try! You will most certainly not be disappointed!

Just visited Chamisse for a family meal. Everything was wonderful. Delicious food, freshly cooked with lovely flavour. We were looked after with warmth, charm and friendliness. Very nicely presented restaurant, with a lovely cosy feel. Our children loved the food too. Thank you so much!

we are from California. My sister discovered Chamisse through Google. We went and were delighted with our meal and the service. I am a vegan and my sister is not. We both found selections to satisfy our cravings. As stated before the service was excellent and I cannot speak highly enough of the meal. I will definitely recommend and go if revisiting London. .

Dude this place is amazing. Best food we had in London. Everything is made fresh. Really well priced. Plan on going here again. This food looks simple but the flavor is outstanding.

Fantastic Lebanese food with excellent service. All the cold mezza were delicious and lamb chops included in the "Chamisse Mixed Grill" main plate were to die for! The variety on the plate really let you taste a bit of everything they offer. They also have Lebanese beer! We will definitely be back.

Got hommos and grilled pepper (I don't remember the name) as appertizer. Both are good. Also got Chamisse mixed grill. Food is good also. Overall the feeling is good but not amazing. Will I come back? Probably not.

This was my first time having Lebanese food and it was pretty good. I've had all the dishes before but I guess they weren't strictly Lebanese cuisine. The hummus and falafel were delicious. The hummus was creamy and the falafel was crunchy. For our mains, we shared the chicken and lamb shawarma, and the lamb kebabs. Everything was presented beautifully and the flavors were great. I even learned about mixing vermicelli and rice together. We finished the dinner with baklava. It came in two varieties: pistachio and dates. The staff is attentive and the food was great. It also helps that it was next to my Airbnb. I recommend Chamisse, especially if you're looking for something different.

In 2 weeks in London, this was my favorite restaurant, hands down. The food is what food dreams are made of. I felt like I was at a dear friends house & their grandma was cooking for us. Literally everything we tried was delicious. And the service was above & beyond. The owner even remembered my aunt who had eaten there before. It wasn't super busy (we ate kind of early) but as the night went in it filled up & delivery orders were constantly being fulfilled. If I ever move to London I want to live within their delivery area!

Amazing Lebanese grill! Quaint restaurant with extremely attentive hosts. The mixed grill was wonderful, with the best grilled lamb I've had. Lebanese house white wine was a great match. Perfect place for a relaxing Saturday lunch!

Found this amazing small boutique like restaurant while in London. The food was tasteful and amazing, had the Charisse mixed grill and was able to enjoy various selection of skewers. The Kebbeh appetizer was out of this world! The service was great and friendly! If your looking for great tasty Lebanese food, look no further!

This place is beautiful decorated and the waiter was friendly. The service was amazing! The food is reasonably price and absolutely delicious. It was my table's first time eating Lebanese cuisine. The waiter offered to order for us and got Halloumi Cheese, houmous, mixed grill (lamb and chicken), and a mix of tapas. The flavors were amazing and was one of the best meal I've had in London. If you don't know what to get, definitely ask for the waiter's recommendations! Afterwards, we got min tea and the Lebanese coffee, which my friend said was a pleasant surprise.

I was quite surprised to read some of the really bad reviews. Perhaps this place has changed managers? Anyways, I ordered from here for a Friday work lunch for twenty-people in the office. I ordered a range of dishes and they were all outstanding. This was one of the few occasions that we didn't have any leftovers and everyone was commenting on how amazing the food was. I can't speak for eating-in as this was delivery, but the delivery actually showed up on time which is a rarity and the food was great. Since we had such a big order we ordered most of the items off the menu. We were very happy with the food here. They even followed our special request of labelling each item! We'll be ordering from here again!

We were the first time at a Lebanese. They somehow sensed that and offered immediately help wit the menu. For a better overview of the typical taste of this special kitchen the boss offered something like a tapas and offered to order for us. They even recommended some drinks, that would go well with a the dishes. We definitely appreciate the choice of the food but beforehand they told us, we only have to pay for the food we like, the others are free. It was the best dinner we ever had. Really friendly service.

Our son took us for lunch recently. He takes all his friends from out-of- town there. Terrific experience. The food was delicious and fresh. We can't get Lebanese food like this in New York but I know what good tastes like. This is it. Casual atmosphere but delicious.

The food here is delicious! Totally flavourful and a great variety of tapas or full plates to choose from. Standouts were the meat rice and the haloumi hand dough... and the mamoul for dessert! The decor is cozy and trendy and the staff were so welcoming and attentive that I'm sure I'll be returning soon.

Yes, it looks like a kebab shop. Not even a nice one. Order in anyway, some of their food is really good indeed. I couldn't tell you if they warm Meade is good as I usually only get cold ones. The baba ganoush is especially good, and so are the baklawa. Which is why I keep ordering from them as those are my vourite anyway. The falafel are a bit on the dry side though and I didn't really like the stiffed vine leaves... So a but of a hit-or-miss.

I've learned my lesson. I should've read Alex's review before I made this ill-advised order online. Lesson learned, Yelp reviews will lead you to the right meal. Delivery service sites? Not so much. (looking at you Urbanbite.com...!) Everything was very heavy/greasy/oily. From the hummus to the grape leaves to the tomato/olive salad: all laden with heavy oil almost to the point of being inedible. The falafel was dry and the bread crumbly. Gosh, sorry...I can't find anything redeeming about this order or experience except that the delivery was fast. For nearly 20 quid I was left VERY disappointed in the food. Skip it.

I've been around the world and this is still my favourite spot for authentic Lebanese food. This is beyond outstanding customer service, it's definitely a must-do spot in London!

Very friendly wait staff, very fulfilling food, very flexible with bookings. Great music mix, from Lebanese to Latin to Easy Listening to Christmas! (We were there on November 18). Just read the poor reviews and they're definitely outdated. Very clean inside and they use contracted delivery services, so the delivery issues should be directed toward the delivery services, not the restaurant. I don't write many reviews so when I'm inspired to give praise or criticism, it's DEFINITELY an establishment that left an impression with me.

Really delicious mezzes, lots to choose from and I 100% recommend the pastries with lamb and pine nuts, also loved the bread with halloumi. It's on TasteCard too, service was fast on a Friday lunchtime, but I wish the dining section had windows.

We had an outstanding overall experience here. We had a short amount of time before we needed to be at the Dicken's museum nearby for a tour. The owner was gracious and accommodating and recommended a mixture of hot and cold mezza. He suggested which ones to order after asking our preferences so that we could enjoy our meal and be out on time. All the dishes he brought were delicious. The Baba Ghanouj and beet root hummus were outstanding. He even explained to us how to fry Haloumi properly. Great service and great food. I recommend this restaurant highly. If you are planning a trip to the Dicken's Museum, plan to eat here for lunch or dinner afterwards.

This place is the best Lebanese restaurant in London. The food doesn't get any better than this. I'm not sure the 2 other reviews are reviewing the same restaurant. Check any other website. Tripadvisor, or Just-eat.co.uk, it has the highest ratings and from hundreds of people. I have eaten here tens of times throughout this year, and I continue to eat from here at least once or twice a week. The grilled sea bass is amazing, tabbouleh, fattoush, falafel is wonderful, shish tawook, mixed grill platter. You really cannot go wrong. To everyone that loves Lebanese/ grilled food/ Mediterranean food. this is the tastiest place in London. Definitely should be given a try. And if you don't like something, call and tell them. The customer service is fantastic, and i'm sure they would make it up.
