I walked in not knowing what to expect—and was pleasantly surprised. This place earns a solid five stars for its outstanding customer service, relaxing atmosphere, and exceptionally creative menu. Every item we tried was crafted with care and presented beautifully. My personal favorite was the Apasionada, though the Mango Sweet was equally delicious. My partner and friends also enjoyed a variety of other options, including the Angelito and Berry Mango—each one a hit. The photos truly don’t do these treats justice. If you’re looking for one-of-a-kind raspados with bold flavor and a unique presentation, this is the place to go. Many come with ice cream, and the soft, finely textured ice makes them a joy to eat. Highly recommended!

Everything was so good, we tried marquesitas, crepa and fresas con crema, very generous portion of fresh fruit and full of flavor 100% recommended

Only got one picture but that’s all I needed. Customer service is amazing and delicious food. They were not stingy with the fruit at all. I thought I accidentally ordered a basket of mangos and strawberries when I saw the inside of the crepe! That alone deserves a 5 star review but because of the customer service I’m leaving them with 6 ⭐️ You need to try this place yourself!

Best little spot in East LA/Montebello area for raspados! The husband and wife dual are very pleasant people! Try their angelito raspado... pecan and coconut, topped with lechera and vanilla ice cream, delicious!

We just so happened to find this place open late!! we were in desperate need of a raspado fix. Family owned EXTREMELY kind and helpful. Explained their flavors, literally got us to try something new and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I'm a little embarrassed to say we came back 2xs within 3 days Super cute and small. Very welcoming!!! YOU SERIOUSLY NEED TO TRY THIS PLACE!!!

This place is so close to my residence and I wish I had found them sooner! If you're at Saybrook Park to play, Chamo Fruit is just a short walk away. They have truly delicious raspados. I've only tried their Chamo-guayaba, Maracuya/passion fruit raspado, and passionada. The first time I got a Chamo, I asked to not have the chamoy mixed in the raspado and only on top. I tried it without any modifications and felt that the chamoy flavor overpowered the fruit flavor. They make their own syrups and chamoy sticks apparently too. They also offer crepes and juices (limited ours for those until 2 pm), tostilocos, esquite, ice cream, and more. The workers have always been friendly. They also have a small wall for people to take IG photos haha. There is a bench for waiting and 2 small tables. The parking lot is small but there seems to be plenty of spots. Parking is free!

We were craving raspados and looked up some near east LA and decided to try this one out. This is a family owned business and the prices are amazing! We got raspados and the kind lady let us have a sample of fresas con crema since she knew it was out first time! The place was really welcoming and I will definitely go back to try their esquites!

Every single item on the menu is delicious! My favorite Crepes in LA. I always buy my dad some sort of raspado and they're all good. My parents really liked the tostilocos too. Everything is made by the owner- some stuff is his own recipe The inside really cute too. Music plays as he prepares your food for about 5 minutes each item. You can get some tacos next door while you wait. Great service overall, nothing bad to say about this place honestly!

Service is very welcoming and very helpful with any questions you may have. The only thing i get the marquesita crepe so delicious I dream of it definitely recommend. Cool little spot for a nice snack as well.

Was craving something with tajin and found the BEST place to grab a tasty snack! Owner is so nice and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. Jealous of those that live in the area, so please don't miss out of what you have in your neighborhood! I'll be sure to go back for sure!

I approve this place for raspados, esquite, ice cream, snacks, and best of all their customer service. You're immediately greeted and not rushed. They offer an extensive menu so I appreciated their patience. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The owner was so nice and welcoming! We had a good time eating our food there. Would 10/10 recommend. It was a great spot to have a treat. They have a good variety of options to have. From ice cream to crepes and juices.

This place is definitely a spot you want to check out if you are in the East LA area, the owner is very kind and the raspados are delicious. The prices are very responsible, it's small inside but there is plenty of seating. I will be coming back to Chamo when I'm in LA again, greetings from Orange County. A++ service!

We loved our raspados and crepes from Chamo Fruit. I got the aposionada (mango-tamarindo) It was perfectly tart and sweet. My girl got the tropical (pineapple-mango) Very refreshing. The brother got the Oreo/Nutella crepes and he loved em. Thanks for the great drinks and food. The service was great.

I have been coming for three days in the evening THURSDAY, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AND ITS CLOSED. Las mecerías que venden CREPAS, MINI PANCAKES, en donde venden CHUCHERIO tienen y deben estar abiertos por la noche. La gente sale a cenar de noche y ustedes NO ESTÁN abiertos. Por eso yo tengo que llevar mi servicio a otro lugar. Los tacos a un lado de ustedes están ABIERTOS TODO EL DÍA, y cierran hasta la 1am y ustedes que venden desserts cierran temprano. EL QUE QUIERA TIENDA QUE LA ATIENDA. Lazy people. Very extremely disappointed!!

Best Raspados, Esquite & Crepes I've had. And talk about customer service the owners I'm assuming they are whom are the workers yes they work in their business are the sweetest couple and most welcoming people as soon as you walk in their smiles from ear to ear!! If your craving something refreshing you must stop by and get your self a raspado the best!!!

I love all the desserts ! My personal favorite is the strawberry malteada ! We don't live close , but definitely worth the 1.5 hour drive !

I love this place! I come here about once a week and get the raspados. I personally love the raspados de Guayaba I move that they make their own syrups and add real fruit to them. My favorite spots for raspados

Yum. I got a mango tamarind, tajin, and chamoy raspados and my daughter got a Nutella with house cream and pineapple and mango crepe. It smelled amazing. My daughter said it tastes excellent. The best. And it was pretty big. Like a big stuffed pancake. Love the value and the quality. The owners I'm guessing is who took our orders and they were very nice and helpful. (And patient) Will be back again when I'm back in the area. Glad I got a postmates order from here.

I have gone a few times here and tried their raspados and corn. The corn was good, but the raspados were just..ok. Nothing out of the ordinary. I know one of the raspados was too sweet, it's simply your preference of sweetness to be honest. As for the corn, it was good. The pace is small but does have 2 tables to sit in. The couple that works there are nice, friendly, and welcoming :)

Raspado was 10/10 Angelito raspado was the best! 10/10 as well. Never had a raspado with a scoop of ice cream in it and it was delicious. Will definitely come back to try other flavors. Recommend this place for a good tasting raspado and friendly service. Price 5/5 Flavor 5/5 Service 5/5

Raspado tropical was DELICIOUS My husband enjoyed the mango raspado and my son the tamarindo. Sooo good!! Would definitely come back.

They really have a great selection on raspados and other snacks. Even so it a small shack they make it happen for you. They have a variety of things to get and always satisfy our cravings. I recommend this place, you can really customize what you want and price is reasonable for what you get. It always taste fresh.!

Super Awesome My wife has been telling me about this place for months now so I took her after work one day and OMG the mango raspado was super good. My wife also got some chips with different items inside of them and that was also delicious. This place is cool the owners are awesome and they make you feel like family. East L.A. has another bomb spot!

Great flavor and beautiful little family that runs it. The pecan with coco with the ice cream was perfect for this hot weather.

My sister had this at her birthday party. I guess they do catering. The workers are so nice and friendly. The esquites is so good and flavorful with a little kick to it. I ate so many of these. I could not stop! The raspado was so delicious. They put so much huge chunks of mango and they have a variety of flavors. My friend really liked their coconut and pecan raspado. I highly recommend hiring them for a party or visiting their store if you get a chance! Yum!!!!!

We've bought raspados and esquite. Very good flavors. It's right next to Canelo's tacos, so you can get a taco and raspado fix in one stop. Good COVID protocol.

They have great snack selection come here often for raspados and the crazy nuts. They have crepes and thrifty ice cream. The owners are so friendly will keep on coming to this spot.

Highly recommend this place, no cans used to prepare their crepes. Fresh water de strawberry/ cucumber and horchatas (not too sweet) also try their esquites which aren't spicy.
