Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel

If you’re searching how to access for tour eiffel this is the station you can have easily access from every part of paris.

If the train is going to stop so early in the evening, please have more ticket machines at the station. We waiting for at least 20 minutes in a long queue to buy a ticket only to be told the train wont come for another 40 minutes and we may or may not be able to get our ticket in time.

I missed this place. Happy to be able to enjoy it again!

There is only ONE single ticket vending automate. Unbelievable! And this is the metro station close to the most frequented attraction point for tourists in the whole France!

Talking about this metro station revenue staff, they are horrible and pathetic, don’t have any customer service and very rude to tourist and specially to families. Tourist are not generally aware the process of tickets and instead of help staff are persistent on issuing penalties straight away and threatening to call police which is terrible. Had three tickets and came into station through barriers and revenue staff asked to come aside, said two of the ticket is not validated, I didn’t understand what that meant. They Don’t speak clearly, we really felt harassed of being tourist and seems they taking advantage of not knowing the process. And that even when it’s 11 pm and your kids are tired and sleepy. End up paying as the staff don’t understand English or don’t want to speak or understand. I am sure no one will care about this because it is what it is. An advise to tourist if you are travelling by trains here please get help from locals clearly don’t get in trouble with rail staff.

Had a great time here seeing the Eiffel tower. There are bus stops near by (e.g. the Big Bus tours, or others). Recommend getting your tickets online in Advance if you want to go to the top. The top is over 1,000 feet high and has great views of the city, but is not free.

Small area of departures, long lines, no information booth. You just have to read the map and figure it out. Switching trains is complicated make sure you read the signs every step of the way. Rush hour is packed so hold on to your wallets/purse and push forward and hold your nose lol!!!
