Talking about this metro station revenue staff, they are horrible and pathetic, don’t have any customer service and very rude to tourist and specially to families. Tourist are not generally aware the process of tickets and instead of help staff are persistent on issuing penalties straight away and threatening to call police which is terrible. Had three tickets and came into station through barriers and revenue staff asked to come aside, said two of the ticket is not validated, I didn’t understand what that meant. They Don’t speak clearly, we really felt harassed of being tourist and seems they taking advantage of not knowing the process. And that even when it’s 11 pm and your kids are tired and sleepy.
End up paying as the staff don’t understand English or don’t want to speak or understand.
I am sure no one will care about this because it is what it is.
An advise to tourist if you are travelling by trains here please get help from locals clearly don’t get in trouble with rail staff.
